Excellent experience with general manager, Alex and team. Thoroughly explained everything I wanted to know. Very patient with me as I took awhile to decide. Very easy and pleasant process. Wayne did a great job giving me a full tour of my new car. Love it!
We recently leased a vehicle, and our process could not have been smoother! Dante, Louis, and Samantha were amazing throughout the entire process. Dante was very informative and communicative, even after the deal. This dealership gave excellent service and would highly recommend!
Audi Fremont and its staff was courteous, polite with a no-pressure attitude. They answered my questions on the phone before having to go down, and there was no bait and switch in anything. Their honesty and earnestness in doing the right thing has won them a customer who will keep coming back. I highly recommend taking your business there. And of course, I love my car!! :-)
Amazing experience from scheduling the test drive through purchasing my car. Nico was super knowledgeable, friendly and took great care of us. The sales manager was reasonable on the trade in with no negotiation tricks and the finance manager was great at walking us through the options. Would definitely buy there again!
This review is a long time coming however absolutely worth writing as the service here was fantastic. I worked with Lawrence, he was friendly and informative, open to my questions, and quelled any of my concerns. He made the process extremely easy, reached out to me multiple times, it feels great to have someone in the car industry you can trust. Thanks Lawrence for the excellent service!
One week after having Audi A8 white, I am even more satisfied. The color of white with black on top looks better in sunshine than in the car shop . Extremely quiet and smooth drive.I want to offer a special thanks to David Stevens who took more than one hour to explain to me how to operate the car with patience and warmth. That adds lots of the enjoyment !
- Sales charged me extra $ on lease down payment than initially quoted. I later found out and asked. Said it was a mistake, but my monthly payment went down as a result. It turned out to be a lie. I paid extra, but my monthly payment did not change.- Finance tried to make up a charge and add extra $800 dollars to the down payment. Finance also tried to charge more than $2000 for Audi care which is like $900. When I called these out, finance guy was pacing around saying oh my god, acting like he saw an incredibly stubborn customer.- Finance guy also tried to lie saying that monthly lease payment will go down over time. He also kept saying I was being cheap when buying an expensive vehicle. Maybe I was being cheap, but I really didnt want to be fooled into paying something I dont have to pay.- I told how Finance guy acted to sales. They were saying this is a serious issue and they will follow-up with me. Have not heard back for 6 months.- They put in wrong address for the license plate. Ended up having them mail me the plate.
Great sales team, not a good finance team.My sales associate, Nico was knowledgeable and was a straight shooter. He called the car for what its worth and I loved that. He called out the plus points and the minus points of the vehicle I was testing, and also other models, even competitors.I felt the finance team was pretty unclear of the numbers being put on the table, the offers were a big mumbo jumbo. Would appreciate some clarity upfrontOverall, I did walk out the door with a good deal. And minus the experience with finance, I had a good time.
Audi Fremont is very lucky to have Samantha and Nico. Both of them provided exceptional service and made me feel very comfortable for my first Audi purchase. Samantha made the entire transaction experience very easy and smooth and Nico made my experience very entertaining and easy. I like that I’m even able to ask questions after the sale. Overall really great experience and lucky to have been helped by Samantha and Nico. Looking forward to the many car washes and we’ll see if their car service is as good.
Audi Fremont is the Best Car dealership ever. I have bought many cars over the years, Audi Fremont makes the experience absolutely delightful.A Team of professionals and they know how to respect the customer. This is the second car I have bought from Alex the GM in Audi Fremont. He puts customer first attitude and has never been sales oriented. He provides all the information to make an informed choice.Highly recommend Audi Fremont.
I recently had to drop off my Audi for a climate control issue and while I was there, Frank Santos the service manager was able to help answer and meet my issues. I have enjoyed this dealership’s quality of service esp. their service department over the past few years and this time was no different. They provided a loaner (cozy A4) and were highly communicative of what they were doing to my car. I was unable to come in on the day of pick-up (Saturday) due to a busy weekend and Frank told me it’s fine to come in on Monday. I have enjoyed also the wonderful assistance of the Lady working at the payment / cashiers desk and this place always makes me fee like an appreciated customer. Highly recommend!!
Outstanding buying experience. My wife and I appreciated Sales Manager Samantha Songs no-nonsense straight forward no pressure selling approach. Finance Manager Louis Garcia handled the paperwork efficiently and pleasantly. Nico Chang did an outstanding job of patiently explaining all the cars functions, and followed up days after the purchase to help us out via phone to program the MMI functions. We were impressed at how much he knew about the vehicle, given that he had just started working there. In fact, he know much more about the vehicle than any of the other sales personnel at other dealerships with years of experience. At the dealership, all personnel were still wearing masks, and the sales floor was very clean. In the days leading up to the purchase, we had visited five dealerships in the Bay area (three Audi, one MB, and one Lexus) and this was by far the best.
My Audi Buying experience at Fremont Audi was really exceptional and fantastic! Everyone included in the process was knowledgeable and friendly. I got a great deal on my purchase. I will definitely recommend my friends here.
Absolute best car buying experience ever - and in what is clearly a sellers market. Found the car I was interested in online and submitted query for test drive when available- immediately received acknowledgement via text, email and call by online support, Ben Baysic, who was excellent. Was then contacted by sales associate at the dealer, Dante Kanki, who was exceptional - regular updates, proactive contact etc. Once car was available to see/test drive, went to dealer and Dante was excellent in sharing all features etc of car - very knowledgeable about the car and package. Everyone from manager (Samantha) to other associates were friendly, professional. Arnell, the gentleman who provided contracts etc was professional, knowledgeable and terrific as well. After purchase Dante took another hour with me to make sure car was set up for me, set me up with Audi connect, etc. Exceptional service start to finish - will definitely take my car to service there and would absolutely recommend to anyone in the market for an Audi
Probably the best car buying experience Ive ever had! I inquired about a used vehicle through their website and was contacted immediately. I live in Oregon so the whole transaction was done over the phone. Every single person I talked to was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They all made me feel like my car deal was a priority and I never felt pressured. I will be recommending Audi Fremont to all of my Bay Area friends and family!
Nice friendly staff fast service
Best Audi showroom in area area. Huge inventory, helpful agents and good customer service.
Usually service here, pretty good reasonable prices and quality work
Very professional and courteous. They were able to accommodate a few hiccups on our end very patiently. Special shout out to Nico Chang, whose suggestion for selling my car helped me make 4k over what was offered at the dealership.
David Stevens was our sales representative and we have had a truly astonishing experience with him. I generally dont like it when car dealerships keep calling me and aggressively push for a sale. David was extremely laid back, he replied all of my questions and assisted me at just the right level so we ended up buying our vehicle from him. We will be back in a few years and contact David again. He is hands down the best salesman Ive ever met in my life. Cheers!
If you ever need to service your audi, I highly recommend this place. They are straight to the point, I appreciate the drive thru service at checking in, my service advisor is great and gave me several options, also got a great loaner vehicle while they work on my vehicle.
Exceptional, outstanding experience & one I will remember as personable, knowledgeable and timely.
We visited the dealership and talked to Wayne Kuo, who was familiar with the vehicles. Wayne was very patient and pulled out the car information for us to make comparison, and eventually, we were convinced that this is the best choice for us.I changed my review to 1 star because the car was broken after three days. We got so frustrated, but the sale person never replied my email. Luckily, people in service department are nice, and they ordered the part quickly to fix the problem. Be careful about which sale person you choose. They might never care about you after selling the car to you!
David Stevens, our sales rep was great! Not pushy, informative, eager to help and resourceful. We changed our mind on what to get when we arrived. There were no vehicle available in the showroom that met our new criteria. David was able to look into the system and find the car in the back fresh off the delivery truck still under wrap. This is much better experience than another local Audi dealer and Fremont BMW. Got a new car!
Highly professional and supportive sales team. They understood the requirement and worked towards earning the trust and business. Exceptional integrity and clarity in communication. Deal was closed within 2 hours and we left the place so satisfied and happy.
Good inventory & helpful salespeople. The Finance folks not so much...tried to hustle me into buying unwanted stuff. All worked out in the end...am a happy camper now
Hello, My experience with the first time at the Audi in Fremont I was treated with respect and friendliness. The work was performed very quickly and precisely in a timely manner. Im very happy with my service rep Frank and I will bring my car back for all my repairs.
Frank Santos is absolutely one of the most awesome people and service technicians Ive had the pleasure to meet. Hes an all-star who goes above and beyond for Audi, ensuring all customers are treated professionally and respectfully. Frank is super friendly and will do his best to keep you happy - I am more loyal to Audi as a result of him! I have a few other Audi dealerships around me, but would rather go to Fremont Audi due to Frank Santos. He deserves more recognition than a Google or Yelp review. Thanks, Frank for all your hard work!
Sales (David Stevens) and Finance were extraordinarily concerned that I got exactly what I wanted in my new Audi e-tron! Super helpful, efficient and no pressure!
Awesome car buying experience, Samantha was very respective of my time and its the best dealership I have ever bought a car from.
Place lost our IDs and took no OwnershipJust wanted to follow up regarding our IDs and state how extremely disappointed we were with the situation. With our conversation with Samantha, we felt very dismissed with no ownership on her part regarding where she placed our ID. During our appointment, all we wanted was an OTD price with an estimated APR, but we felt very pressured to provide IDs and SSNumbers to run a credit check although all we requested was an estimate.Having no recollection of the driver licenses after obtaining all our personal information including social security numbers made this a security threat on our end. We filed a police report to the Fremont Police Department and filed a report with the California Better Business Bureau. The response of Alexander Shikhmuradov General Manager was also quite nasty and unprofessional
Donte and Omar were awesome. My hubby and I love our new car!Everyone was very professional and welcoming.
Always a great experience giving my car for service there. No complaints. Quick service if you have an appointment and stick to it.
Bought our new Audi Q5e at Audi Fremont through the Costco program. Worked with Alex Rostin who was fabulous. He explained both Costco program as well as additional price discounts, rebates, tax credits, etc. He also was very knowledgeable about Audi vehicles and specifically our Q5e. Would definitely go back to Audi Fremont for my next vehicle.
Ney in the parts department was very helpful & knowledgeable in obtaining my accessories which I didnt have a chance to purchase @ the Beverly Hills location when I drove away in my new Audi.I called him on Tues to order the parts and 2 days later he left me a message that they arrived. Great customer service! After I picked up parts, I had my car detailed. This is my first time owning a Audi and so far Im really impressed with the car and the support staff.
This was such a great experience and we walked out with an awesome new 2021 Q3. Kenneth and all the staff were so nice and very helpful. Just so we didnt have to wait the guy in finance came in from home on his night off. This was absolutely Top Tier quality service with a smile! Thank you Audi of Fremont.
This dealership is where I bought my A4 and they were very friendly and helpful. They helped me choose the car that I wanted. Happy with the results.
This review is solely for AJ - he is exceptional service advisor and provided me an honest and outstanding customer service and out of all Audi dealership in the Bay Area Audi Fremont is by far the best when it comes to premium service.Audi Of Oakland does not provide the same service as Fremont.I’d rather travel 30 mins away just for what Fremont is offering. They will take care of you and your Audi.
They spend hours on phone and when you walk in, they start from scratch. Use your time elsewhere. You need to explain to them at least 3 times for them to give you a sliver of hope that they understand. Then they change the sales rep on you and you repeat. They don’t even keep up with changes on Audi website. Trying to fit his sales into what is available rather than what the customer wants!Seems like Philip from a month back, was dealing with the exact same team of incompetent people as I had to for Q7. I feel your pain of driving 4 hours, and deal with it.
What a fantastic dealership. After getting the cold shoulder at Audi, Palo Alto, we were cautious about staying with Audi. Im so glad we did because Carl, Dante, and the whole team couldnt have done a better job for us. From start to finish we were treated with respect and with customer service that I havent experienced before at a car dealership. They make me look forward to the next visit whenever that might be. I couldnt recommend this place more highly. Thank you for your outstanding effort and for making the process fun and easy. Carl & Dante are the best!! This should be your next stop if you need an Audi, I know it will be mine. Thanks, guys.
Exceptional experience and great team - David, Ruis and Luis .
Defiantly 1 star for the worst customer experience ever. I checked their website for a Q5 and set an appointment with then to come and check the car next day. before my visit I received 2 emails from them confirming the appointment time, and I confirmed those both email. i went there exactly on time asking for the sales guy who should meet me and he was unavailable, then someone checked me in and i started to talk with a sales guy and he told me sorry the car youre looking for was sold already, so why they didnt emailed me back with the update and the car is not available no more. You waisted my time and my family time. Then I asked the option to lease a new car and checked one of their cars, I met with Ms. Song and when we starting negotiating the offer she told me sorry this is not how I do business and I have nothing to do for you, with her informal way I decided to leave and not complete doing the business with them and she turned her back to me and throw the paper with the offer in the desk and didnt say even thanks or good bye.The conclusion, this dealership is the worst customer experience ever and will never come back to them even if they will get me the best offer, specially Ms. Song who had an informal and inappropriate way of talking or dealing with customers.
Great experience with Samantha Song & Lawrence! Great dealer for sales and having my first service - Frank S. is also amazing. Highly recommended!
My husband and I had a great experience with Carl, Jay and Omar at Audi of Fremont. The customer service was seamless and personable. No sale pitches, or the typical “run around”. Just solid service. I was impressed with their genuine customers first approach. This is the place if you want to lease or purchase a car.
TOP KNOTCH SERVICE!!!!! THANKS, AJ!Returning to the dealership Wednesday pm for 55k scheduled service appointment since I had a positive experience last time. When I got the shop, my service advisor AJ informed that theres no more loaner available unfortunately and rental car companies were out of vehicles too. If I want, he would reschedule my service appointment.AJ was apologetic and sympathetic. Nonetheless, I was still visibly quite disappointed because I cannot not have a car (but I didnt lose my temper at all). As I was trying to figure out my schedule for rescheduling. AJ stepped inside the shop. Minutes later, he returned and informed me that his manager had just authorized a brand new loaner to be made and it would take a few minutes to process the paperwork. I was shocked that they would go this far to deliver the customer service. I personally havent seen that at ANY dealership. As the brand new loaner vehicle was being made, a customer happened to return a Q7 loaner vehicle. They gave me the choice of between the new Q7 and the brand new A4. I ultimately chose Q7 as its closer driving experience to my Q5. Nonetheless I was still VERY IMPRESSED by the customer service.Throughout the whole process, AJ was in communication with me to inform me of the service updates and the most convenient way to return my car. In the end, AJ arranged for my Q5 to be dropped off at my doorstep early Friday morning.I have never experienced this at any dealership. Kudos to AJ and Joe (the service manager ) for empowering the employees. GREAT GREAT SERVICE!Thank you both. Look forward to seeing you at next service.
I drive from Palo Alto as Audi Fremont has great customer service and they represent the Audi Brand well. This is my third Audi, the service department keeps my A6 in tip top driving condition. The service team provides detailed information on necessary services for the vehicle and provide appropriate discounts. Audi Fremont is truly customer obsessed.
Dealership location was really convenient and had nice quiet environment. Sales staff was generous and they had great understanding of our requirements. Thanks Audi Fremont.
No courtesy vehicle despite an appointment. Wasted a morning. Generally unhelpful staff and poor and delayed service. Disappointed!
Always professional and get taken well care of here. Ive gone to other dealers around the bay, and Fremont Audi is the best by a long shot.
Got my 2021 A4 like 20 mins ago, only feeling more anger and regret. My first Audi Car, my last business ever with this dealer. I never thought that I would literally feel nothing when getting a new car. The general sales manager would just say toward your True Market Value from Edmunds as I dont know what is that number. Worst place to go. I really now regret doing business with this dealer, shouldve just stick with Stevens creek Audi. And never go there late beyond their business hour talking about price, cus they will use that as a leverage and make you feel you are the bad guy not buying car from them.
I didnt like the service since it took way too long which was quite frustrating. To avoid such a situation I had reserved a time slot to get a loaner vehicle but I was persuaded into not going for it saying that I will be done in an hour max. It took almost 4 hrs. I understand that during Covid, things are not as it used to be but I feel it could still have been better than this. Except this time, I always received good service from this dealership. Bumping up the rating. Thanks Kimberlee for speaking with me and taking the feedback.
Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Samantha, Dante and the finance manager were excellent. Samantha answered all of my questions via email, I did not feel pressured to buy. When I did finally decide to purchase Samantha and her team made it seamless! Dante was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions during the purchase. I highly recommend Samantha and her team for going above and beyond! Thank you for making my first Luxury car buying experience awesome.
My new favorite Audi dealer in Bay Area! No idea how sales are but service is superb, no BS from service advisor, only straight talk. Aaron is the best R8 mechanic in the Bay Area. Highly recommend!
Annual maintenance: service was done promptly and correctly. In and out in 2 hours which included a car wash.
One of the best Audi folks I have met. Not just because we were satisfied with the deal, but the way they handle customers is just amazing. I personally havent experienced that at any other car showroom. Shout out to Samantha Song for being so patient and a generous host! Thank you and we are really enjoying our new A4! :)
To say I’m happy with the service at Audi Fremont is a understatement! It was an absolute pleasure to do business with them!
I usually hesitate to give a review when Ive only been to a location at most one time. So take this review with a grain of salt, because the one time I went there I left fairly disappointed. Simply stated I couldnt seem to get the attention of a lamp post in the parking lot. not sure what the issue was, maybe I just went through a day when they didnt have a lot of sales people available. So Ill give them three stars for now and consider a review later.
Before you disregard as another angry customer 1-star review, please read. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE TRAVELING ANY DISTANCE TO LOOK AT/BUY A VEHICLE THAT YOU SAW PHOTOS OF ON THEIR WEBSITE:I live in Reno, and found what I thought to be a great opportunity to buy a used Certified Pre-Owned SQ5. The photos looked great, the mileage and price were all in line with what I was looking for. The gentleman I was working with would not be there the day I planned to arrive, and he said I should work with Samantha. I coordinated to drive out on Sunday, which is a 3.5 hour trip for me each way. Upon arriving, Samantha then pawned me off to her associate who did all the work for her. She hardly said anything to me, and wasn’t super helpful. The car was not up to my idea of a CPO Audi vehicle. All 4 rims had damage, apparently from curbs. The front right had half the outside of the rim damaged and yellow. The windshield had a chip in it, right where the heads-up display was, which made it more noticeable and annoying. The front seats had wear on the outsides, which seemed hard to do to me, unless maybe the previous owners had back support pieces that pinched into the leather? In any case, I wasn’t thrilled. I drove the car, and upon getting back, the associate asked how it was, I told him my issues, and he went to fetch Samantha. Samantha then told me that there was nothing they could do to accommodate me, and that I should call Ross, the original salesman I spoke with. Why she couldn’t call her own partner, and wanted me to, I don’t know. Seemed very unprofessional and like she wasn’t the slightest bit interested in selling me a car or helping me. I asked her if she really was going to let me leave and drive 3.5 hours back without a car, and she seemed to not care less. Really?I had left Ross a message and went to get lunch, Ross called me back stating that the rims weren’t an issue as they could have been fixed without me even noticing for the cost of only $60 a rim. Then why not do that before I arrived? $240 dollars cost you a sale of a 45k car? He also said the windshield was no big deal because that could have happened to me on the way home also. Really? Well, it didn’t. It happened before I came to look at the car.Another example of an associate not seeing to realize my frustration and concern with the car’s shape. Whether he thinks it’s a big deal or not doesn’t matter. He’s in sales, and if it matters to me, the potential client, it should matter to him.Long story, short- I left without a new car, and drive the 3.5 hours back frustrated, and upset. I wish they had taken the time to actually listen to my concerns, and I might have been a customer long-term. Had they taken care of the rim issue before I got there, I may have left with a car. Had they replaced the windshield, same thing.Audi Fremont was lacking in customer service as much as they were in representing the vehicle they were selling accurately. I wasted 7 hours of my weekend, and put 500 miles on my car that I am trying to sell for that. Would not recommend to anyone that has any sort of a drive, or wants to look at a vehicle that looks like the ones they are seeing in the pictures.
Very poor responsiveness. Been waiting a whole month for this ‘Audi partner’ to confirm identity with multiple phone calls and talking to at least 6 different individuals. There are much better dealerships available in the area.
Updated : I had initially given low stars as I was really frustrated due to fact my new car was broken down in between the trip that literally had spoiled all my plans. On top of it I didnt get the loaner car. But later I was impressed with the service, got the loaner car right at my door, serviced properly and i was in the loop with every thing going on. Updating from 1 start to 5 star. I dont know anything else can be done. Thanks to the staff.
I just wanted to share my experience with Audi Fremont. I called and had an Appointment made but before I came I was told it was quite a few Q5s I could select from in my price range and that they deal with over 14 different banks. I drove almost 2 hours and when I walked into the entrance I was distracted by all of the beautiful cars that I did not see which way I needed to go to speak with the receptionist. I was standing there while one of the salesman Lawrence who clearly made eye contact with me more than once but never greeted me as a customer never said anything. I’m guessing he was to caught up with the rich couple who couldn’t decide which Audi they wanted. It was like getting the attention of someone who can see you but not hear you because you probably don’t fit the typical bill for a person with money. I eventually walked over and spoke to the employee who then directed me over to the receptionist. Immediately I had a feeling of not belonging there most or all the employees glanced at me and I did not see one person who looks like me in there. Everything was so high priced and I get it but to pay $800+ just for a car payment is ridiculous. I do appreciate one of the guys who went and tried to find what I was looking for and suggested a Q3. But my overall experience could have been better and to add I was being told different over the phone and in person I think a lot of time would have been saved if my questions would have been answered honestly and correctly.
Ive done my car service here two years and I liked this place.I tried to sell my Audi Q5 today at Audi Fremont because I thought they knew my vehicle very well. The staff who made the appointment for me is polite and sounds professional on the phone, but the manager (Ross) was a BS.He was there fiddling my rear view mirrors and the A/C vent for two minutes and he was ready to give me the REALISTIC PRICE like a real pro. He interrupted me a lot while I tried to talk about the vehicles components and accident records. The most amazing part of this gentleman is that, to him, a women at my age can think of nothing other than selling my car and using the money for SHOPPING.If you also need to sell your car in a very limited time, do yourself a favor and go to Audi Palo Alto. Any staff would be better than this ridiculous and disrespectful chauvinist.
Aj was awesome. He was helpful and made sure we were Smiling
Dante Kanki was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient in explaining all of the Audis features and made the purchase of my Audi enjoyable.
Awesome Staff and Excellent ServiceExplained the deal really well, gave us the best offer and were very respectful while you negotiateIf you want to buy AUDI in Bay Area, Trust me!! you have to go to this store and I mean itSamantha and Omar are awesome and they will definitely go above and beyond to get you the best deal. Just bought New 2019 A4 Audi
Wife and I have been in the market for an 2020-2021 etron for a long time. We researched the car since it was released in 2019 and decided to wait it out.We are longtime Audi owners. Currently have a 2015 SQ5 and a 2017 Q3. Both purchased at another Audi dealership. We use the same process every time we purchase a vehicle. I contact at least 4-5 dealerships. I was referred to Audi Fremont (one of the farther dealerships for us) by a friend since he purchased a car from there before.Carl Leung, the sales manager, runs a tight ship. It was so easy to contact and communicate with his team before coming into the dealership (important for me) and he was not pushy or overly-aggressive at all. I worked with Carl and Alex Rostin for our purchase. They asked relevant questions and as we narrowed in on configurations they all matched as we went. They offered extra options we went in not initially wanting and dropped it whenever we said we werent interested. We walked out with a Siam Beige 2021 Premium+ etron. I got everything we wanted plus more. We got our car maybe a month ago and are still very happy with it.Ive had some questions after the transaction as we went for Carl and Alex. Both responded without delay. At many dealerships, it can be a pain to get in touch with the sales team after youve finished up with them. To be fair, youre just not their priority. However, at Audi Fremont, it is the complete opposite. I feel like you dont even need to make a purchase to feel valued and have concerns addressed. Carl, Alex and the whole team from beginning to end are attentive, professional, and most importantly, out their to get what you want. Not what they want.Arnel, a finance manager was huge for us too. Once you finally make your decision, you can spend hours in finance. He went over all of the options and rates quickly and effectively. He slowed down at the important parts and offered to go in more depth or gloss over items he didnt think we were interested in.The entire experience is 11/10. I will not be going to any other dealership so long as Carl and the team are around!
Audi Fremont service department made my BRAKE FAILED after service. Audi Fremont almost MURDERED me on the Freeway!I did 45000 miles service at Audi Fremont on June 23,2020. My brake failed suddenly on the freeway when I was driving with almost 80MpH speed on Aug 13,2020. I towed my car to an auto service shop, and the staff called me on Aug 17, 2020 after they checked my car. They told me that the brake fluid was leaking to empty since the screw the brake fluid tube was not tight enough and even the tool for turning still on that screw! Thats why the brake failed when I was driving. This huge mistake by Audi Fremont service department almost murdered me! It really shocked me! I can really tell that this incident already caused some mental damage to me after I saw the tool and the leaking tube on my car. I have to complain against the Fremont Audi service department and other related departments. I saved my life because of my good driving habit and my luck, otherwise I am sure that their mistake will cause a huge car accident with the almost 80MPH driving speed and the BROKEN BRAKE! Everyone should know how IMPORTANT THE BRAKES are to drivers. The staff absolutely should know that more than us. The brake is one of the most important parts to a car! How do they make a huge and severe mistake like this? It has almost been 2 months since I did the service and no one noticed that one important tool was missing? I doubt the professionalism and rigour of the Audi service line and also the training process. And when I tried to talk and solve this problem with them, their manager’s attitude seem like that Audi just want to say sorry and not willing to do any compensation to me, even though not willing to pay my towing, diagnostic checking, car rental fees. Their manager came to told me that I can go to small claim court if I want, they don’t care! That attitude made me mad and I really doubt everything for this terrible company.
I highly recommend this dealership. I brought my 2018 Audi S3 to them for service earlier this year because a good friend was so impressed with them. I can see why. The facilities are beautiful, Frank my service advisor was great about explaining the work done and answering questions about the car which I had purchased recently. He checked the service records on my car and informed me that the previous owner had purchased a service contract with Audi that I was not aware of and that it transferred to me when I bought the car! What a nice surprise. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Since I was leaving the car for the day, they offered me a complimentary Uber (pre COVID). Much more convenient than a shuttle offered by many other dealerships. My experience with Audi Fremont played a big part in my decision to buy a 2020 Audi Q7 when I bought a SUV earlier this year.
Great Audi showroom, dealership and service center located at Fremont.
Wish I could give Audi 5 stars, given that they charge the highest for repairing and services in the market, so are our expectation is. Asked for engine oil/filter change, told an hour to complete, took 2.5 hours which was not the biggest issue with me. However found out that driver seats door handle got popped out after the service, they don’t seem to handle cars as it is theirs. On top of that the back seat window failed within 24 hours after the service. I won’t waste my making another trip to the dealer but I do take my time to leave a review so other fellow Audi fans won’t be disappointed.I recommend you go to A-1 Auto in Fremont to check up and do the service. It will save you doubled the money.
I have been going to this dealer for service on my 15 S5 for a few years.Recently I gave them a call to get a quote on windshield replacement and the service advisor quoted me for $2000. He advised that he would get in touch with a technician to check for parts and call me back, to which I havent received a call for 3 days.I called several other places; Audi Concord, Mountain View, and Safelite. Dealers have quoted a more reasonable $1000, Safelite at $350.In another instance, Ive had them take a look at the window trim thats slightly misaligned and poking out; the service technician advised an entire replacement of the part for $1200. I drove to another body shop and they took 5 minutes with a tool to pop it in place and had me on my way without any charges. To pull off such a ludicrous estimate then to never call back after all the times Ive trusted this dealer, I will not be returning again. Was in the market for an Audi Q7. Shopped around Sacramento for deals since i live in the area. Decided to look outside the Sacramento Region and came across Audi Fremont, ended up dealing with Carl Leung. His team gave me the not only the best price but great service.
Personally, my experience at this dealership was extremely poor. We went in to look at two cars, the same make and model, just different exterior and interior colors. We almost chose the first one we discussed the deal on, but had a change of heart. We wanted to go in to discuss a completely different car, with different exterior and interior colors. The MSRPs of the two cars differed, so we knew that it was going to be slightly more expensive than the deal we had discussed prior to that. We came in a second time and it took the sales associate 3 times for us to tell him that before we discuss the deal we want to see the car. (Already poor service from the start).Lets talk about the sales manager Ms Samantha Song. She has such poor people skills. We checked the car out, she came down to sit with us to discuss the deal. Two days before that she had mentioned that she would beat the price of another dealership, so we came prepared with a quoted price. She couldnt do it (which is no problem because we understand that). Instead of her telling us another price, she straight up says Im not going to make a deal. NO price, no quote, just. Im not going to make a deal and walks away. We say alright, can we speak to another manager. She goes Im the only manager here. I look at her and say In this big of a dealership youre trying to tell me youre the only manager here. She takes a minute and says, Yes and then I ask her the same question, in which she responds, None of the managers are working and again walks away. Keep in mind, she did not quote a price, or even suggest a different price, just I dont want to do this deal and I am not doing this deal. If she saw that we wanted to deal with someone else, she COULD have told us to come back on a different day when a different sales manager was there but she didnt. At the end of the day, if you are selling something to someone, you should be able to make the person you are dealing with feel comfortable and content. Even if you cant make a deal with a customer, you should not be rude and demeaning (which Samantha was). Her status as a sales manager makes her exercise her authority aggressively.Of course, I will be writing to Audis official office regarding her behavior so they can launch an investigation. Her poor attitude, lack of communication and demeaning nature should not be associated with the AUDI brand. Her poor attitude, lack of communication skills, and outright disrespectful nature, prompted us to 1. complain to the general manager (who again had nothing to say regarding her poor behavior) 2. walk out of the dealership. (Which I am so glad we did because that same day we got an AMAZING deal for the same exact car at Palo Alto Audi).Bottom line is: poor customer service, and poor dealing skills. I promise you that you will find a MUCH better deal at 1. Palo Alto Audi with Sydney and Richard, and 2. Stevens Creek Audi with Cassandra. Those are the two dealerships you should be looking at. They have AMAZING people skills. They care about you and your concerns, and they will try their hardest to accommodate both the interests of you and the dealership.
Dante was very informative and helpful and helped us with buying Audi A4 preowned car. I’d recommend him if anyone is looking for Audi in Bay are.
Samantha was great...thanks!
Weve purchased a 3 years old Q5 a couple months ago and our overall experience was amazing.Mr. Dante Kanki, the Audi Brand Specialist, was taking us thru the process from the very beginning and made it very smooth, stress free and relaxing. His technical expertise and knowledge of Audi cars was very impressive. We didnt have any doubt that we were at the right place at the right time and with right people. The whole process was completed in less than an hour which was amazing comparing to our previous experience. The MDI cable adapter didnt come with the car so we call Dante for help. Its hard to explain the feeling when he called back saying that he found one for and he would bring it to our home. That extra step is what make the difference and lot of people know that but only few are actually doing it.Thank you Dante and the rest of great Audi team.
Can’t thank enough for their exceptional service. The paper works were limited and as fast as possible which makes it stand out. All the employees I had a chance to interact are very friendly and knowledgeable. Shoutout Dante Kanki - the best Salesman I ever worked with, he is really professional and surely the guest’s happiness is his priority. Another thing that surprises me they offer life time car wash, not expected but whenever car is serviced here, it comes back super shiny.
They tried to sell us a $1,000 Audi Care package for $4,000. They lied and said we could only buy it at the same time as the car. Fortunately, we didnt fall for it.The sales people were nice, but double check the numbers in the finance room. And dont fall for any add-ons.
Update 2020/05: the issue was resolved.Initial review:My review is for finance department and after-sales response. I requested refund for Term Protection and GAP in the first 30 days after purchase. According to the agreement the refund should be in full. It took Audi Fremont 6 months to issue the refund, but it is prorated refund instead of full refund. Now they just dont reply to my emails (which can be explained - covid, but still).
I expected a very aggressive experience, but the Audi staff were very welcoming, helpful, courteous and respectful, and most of all friendly. The first day that I came in to see the cars, I had no intentions of buying that day. The staff gave me my space to take a look at each car at my own pace. When I finally had questions, they did more than just provide answers. They provide suggestions as well with no pressure. I would definitely recommend Audi Fremont!
Great service
Very attentive personnel. Came by for a test drive and didnt even asked for insurance... 🤔After the visit, they follow up through email 📧.😎
The sales are pretty nice.
I recently found a 2018 Audi Q3 on Capital One Auto Navigator at Audi of Fremont. Like anyone, Im always skeptic of visiting a car dealership as I dont want to be hassled while purchasing a car. However, I have to say that between Capital One Auto Finance and Audi of Fremont, I had a seamless, 5 star experience. Wise was my salesman and he is the perfect balance of consultative, knowledgeable, and helpful. He dropped such random knowledge - the fact that Audi uses Avocados in their organic seat leather amongst other random/cool facts. If anyone is looking for a new car, I highly recommend visiting Wise at Audi of Fremont. If I could give 6 stars, I would! Wise is quite wise!
I bought a used car here a month ago and I already been 3 times to the mechanic! I called trying to get help as to why the car as so.many issues already...they pretty much left me in the cold once I left. They are nice while you are buying but then after you are irrelevant. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER YOU BUY!
Awesome buying experience!Dave is super knowledgeable about Audi cars and his 17 years of experience as an Audi salesman evident. He provided a no-nonsense buying experience which never happens at a car dealer. He tracked down the exact configuration we wanted and had it transferred and in the showroom the next day. He kept us updated by text along the way and was super responsive. Highly recommend Dave and Audi Fremont.
The one star is only for their sales department. Ive actually had a great experience with the service in the past.I called them couple of days ago to get a trade in quote for my Audi Q7. The person over the phone kept telling me consistently the emailed quote would be a lot less than what he can offer in person. I told him to email me the quote anyway. He followed up with me saying if I received the quote and I told him yes he was right that it was a lot lower than I had expected. I told him I had twice that of the quoted amount left over to pay off in financing for my car. He told me to come in and its only going to take 15 minutes. He assured me over the phone that the in person quote would be a lot higher and sounded so reassuring that I should definitely make an in person visit. I told him I had a lot of commitments today and would not have much time. He said they just got done with a meeting from the managers and theyre going to be making crazy deals this weekend and it would only take 15 minutes. When I went there, they were trying to look for a salesperson to speak with me. Took over half an hour just for someone to get us an appraisal. The person who spoke with me, I dont even know who it was. At the end, we were given pretty much the same quote that was sent through the email. When I raised the issue to the person who helped us that the person over the phone assured it would be a lot higher, I was told they have to be aggressive as thats part of their job.Thank you Audi for making false promises to get people to walk through your door only to walk out disappointed. I thought this Audi was better than Palo Alto, turns out theyre all the same!
My wife and I just Leased a 2018 Q5 from Fletcher Jones Audi in Fremont, CA.. What a experience that was. We visited a local dealership in Rocklin CA and were told that the deal we were looking for didnt exist and that we would have to compromise on options and color if we wanted a deal. Well, that didnt sit well with us so I started making calls and decided to take a chance in Fremont after a friend recommended Fletcher Jones Audi to us. I didnt hesitate because I have dealt with that company before on a Mercedes S Class and left extremely happy. So to make a long story short! After discussing details with my sales person Marcellis, we decided to take the long drive to Fremont and it was well worth the drive. Their Customer Service is stellar and I couldnt have asked for a better car buying experience. We were warmly greeted by Marcellis and the rest of the team at Audi Fletcher Jones, our car was washed and ready to go. The whole process went so smoothly without a glitch. This dealership operates with Honesty and Integrity!!! If you are looking for an Audi and want to be treated with Respect by a true professional then go see Marcellis. Fletcher Jones Audi you have earned a customer for life.
