I drove down to this place from Marin county its like about 1 hour and half drive but its worth it I got a great sound system with unbelievable price and most important things the great customer service and the hospitality they make feel its your store so you go wrong with that I really recommend it.

TonyI going to start by apologizing to chad and tony. I had and issue with the system they install in my 2010 Toyota tundra. so I made the mistake that instead of given them a call I gave them a bad review. so now Im here updating that review. the reason I mention that I had issue is to prove you guys that yes I had a problem but this guys work there ass off to provide the sound I desire. after several changes we found to be the problem in the epicenter. but thats not what Im here for. Today a day after I pick up my truck Im here to say Im a 100% satisfy with the sound Im receiving. this guys made my truck sound so clean and the sub its a 12 kicker and it sound like if I have 3 kickers. yes hard to believe but I invite you to go to this shop. Im a person that if I pay for something I want to make sure Im receiving it. I wish I can show here the way my truck sound its one of the best sound out there I highly recommend tony and chad they know there stuff. I will be more then happy to show my truck to anyone that ones to do you full sound system the way I did it. thankx chad and tony you guys did and awesome job

The dealer is good. They are helpful but pricey...You can get better deals. They installed the navigation system right away.Pioneer brands however are TERRIBLE. It is next to impossible to update the system once you have it and it is VERY difficult. You have to use a specific jump drive that you download yourself, you can only use one port of two and it has to be a specific one...I DO NOT RECOMMENDED PIONEER navigation or stereos...

Just had a new Blue Tooth Stereo radio and keyless locks replaced on my old 1994 Ford Aerostar. Fast service, nice friendly people. While waiting...two other customers had come from Pacific Stereo and Chevy dealer with complaints that they were going to charge them just for checking the problem. Both left happy and with more money in their pocket!!!

Got a nice stereo with installation for a good price.

My ML350 mcs head unit had a loose fiber optic cable connection. Chad found the issue after diligently checking all possible places.He explained and showed me where the issue was.Plan to install a pioneer/jvc, I am coming back in soon.

Got Pioneer system with Android Auto and Car Play in one car and Bluetooth in another car. Fantastic service and reasonable prices.

I called them in order to discuss a problem with my car alarm. Soon I realized that the owner is a mega-angry man. Trust me, his anger and rudeness will baffle you.I first explained him the problem and he said he needs to see the car.I wanted to understand a bit more so i asked him, typically in your experience, how much would it cost to fix these kind of problems ?But he behaved as if I am asking for his kidney. He SHOUTED at me, even before i finished my sentence I will not tell you anything until I see the car . Its that simple., in the worst possible tone ever. !!There are several other reviews pointing out his rudeness.Watch out !!
