Black Tie was the 4th store that I visited when looking for my bridal gown and they by far had the best selection of dresses! I am a bigger girl and I appreciated the amount of dresses they had in sizes 10 and up. I was able to fit into so many dresses here unlike other stores. The bridal staff is very knowledgeable and attended to all my needs. The dresses are reasonably priced and gorgeous! I ended up buying my dress here and I am so in love with it! I would highly recommend Black Tie!

Always loved this dress shop. My sister found her dress here in 2003. I found mine in 2013. And now one of my best friends found hers today. Lovely dresses and wonderful staff.

Beautiful, affordable gowns. I was excited for my appointment as my best friend had an amazing experience here. I however did not get the same experience due to the crowds of walk-ins, men, and small children running around. I was very overwhelmed and decided it was ultimately not worth it to finish my appointment, which I booked over a week in advanced. Other boutiques just enforce a calmer experience. The manager was very kind and offered an appointment after hours as well.

Black Tie White Satin was the third store I visited for my wedding dress. It was by far my best experience! They have a wide variety of dresses at reasonable prices. I worked with Julie on my first visit - she helped me narrow down my favorite dresses and pointed out details that I wouldnt have noticed. I worked with Stephanie on my second visit- she was very patient with me as I made my decision. Everyone here was extremely helpful and knowledgeable!

Staff offered zero help to me. Finally found the dress I wanted, they measured me out and sized me only to find out they couldn’t order it in my size. They then told me I could just bring it to a seamstress here in town. They promised me i could make it to my size and I would be fine. They offered no money off and wouldn’t let me return it once the seamstress said they couldn’t alter it to my size. A lot of pretty dresses but staff could use some help.

After two other bridal appointments, we made our way to Black Tie White Satin, and Im SO glad we did! The store is filled with a variety of bridal gowns in different styles, and price ranges! I was able to find the perfect dress thanks to the incredible team. Thank you so much!

First dress store I went to and I found my prom dress! The ladies there were super helpful, whenever I needed a dress or had to get it pinned they were there right away. By far my best dress shopping experience so many options you won’t be disappointed!!

Black Tie White Satin was amazing! We went there twice, once to look and try on a few and once to try on and choose the dress. Both times we were treated great! All the ladies who worked there were all helpful, answered questions, and gave good input on dresses. We had Jody (or Judy?) both times and she was great. She actually picked out THE dress for me to try on. For anyone who said that this place was bad, I wouldnt believe them. I truly think that you get what you give and if youre nice, having a good time, and not a bridezilla well then youre going to be treated nice. If youre rude and mean, well then youre going to get rude back. I would highly recommend trying black tie white satin, the dress selection was amazing and they had such a great range of prices and dresses. Also, even the less expensive dresses were GORGEOUS as opposed to some other places where the cheaper dresses looked just like that, cheap.

I shopped around Lincoln and Omaha for my wedding dress. This was the 3rd store I visited and I was so glad we did! Their service is the absolute best and their prices are fair and reasonable. Also, very pressure-free shopping experience. Since there are no appointments for trying on, you can literally try on every dress in the store and theres room to bring many guests. I love that my alterations were included in the cost and there was always someone there to help me when I wanted it and time to think without anyone there too!

Our first and only stop for the bride. Julie was helpful and knowledgeable. We thought we were just looking. An hour and half later, we had the dress. Great experience so far.

Went in looking for ideas for a bridal gown and the staff was not very helpful and was kinda rude. I didn’t even feel like a real bride. I loved that dress but the way the staff was I refused to spend my money at that store

I had a great experience with the ladies here. They are super helpful when you need it, but are not too pushy. They respected me when I wanted a moment to myself to really think about dresses. It was the perfect balance of helpfulness & freedom in dress shopping!

I didnt like the smell. The people were friendly and helpful. My daughter found her dress there so I hope the rest of the experience is good.

My husband and I always play a game when we drive by here. We pick out our favorite dresses in the window. Black tie is always good about changing up the display it seemed like they do it every week if Im not mistaking.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE! The service is Terrible and the dresses are in terrible condition. The sales person asked what kinds of dresses my daughter liked so we described some for her and she said,Oh that could be alot of our dresses and then she just stood there staring. I am thinking that she is going to pull some dresses for us. NO! Then she asks what size my daughter is. So we tell her and again she just stands there! Then she walked away and helped someone else. She chatted on the phone. Then she asked our price range and I told her that I called the store yesterday and was told that the dresses range from $199-$800. I told her we wanted to spend no more $400. She said oh our dresses range from $50-$1100. I am thinking So? doesnt $400 fit in there? We finally just left and found one of the exact dresses that we saw there that was damaged $498 On-line for $250. Dont drive from Omaha for this pathetic experience. It is a rip off!

Very pleased, my daughter found the perfect prom dress for her senior Year! The one that helped her was very nice and helpful. Could not have asked for a better place.

My daughter is built a little differently than most. She is super petite, and Black Tie and White Satin did an amazing job fitting her. She looked amazing for homecoming and the staff were super friendly and a huge help in finding the perfect dress!

Beautiful dresses. Very pricey and from what we saw dresses cant be bought off the rack. Drove over an hour to find out that we didnt have time to order and have dress back in time for our dance.

The staff at Black Tie White Satin is incredible. They are professional and knowledgeable about dressware and really listen to their customers needs. They have phenomenal customer service. They truly care about you.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Black Tie and White Satin in Fremont. The entire staff is so helpful and friendly. The alterations seamstresses are the absolute BEST - they will make the dress look like it was designed especially for you regardless of your body size/type and it will be amazing! My daughter got her prom dresses here for both her junior and senior years. They altered her dresses to fit her spectacularly even though she has severe scoliosis. They took in seams they dont ordinarily alter, made suggestions and went above and beyond and she looked Absolutely STUNNING! Thank you from the bottom of my heart 💖.

I drove to Black Tie & White Satin from Sioux City. The Customer service was horrible. The person who greeted us started off on a negative note....I know how long it takes to order a dress...then she handed me off to an associate who was either racist or scared (basically she should not be working with the public) she didnt offer to help me put on the gown. I was completely offended. Its a shame because I was excited by the gown but Im not spending my hard earned money at place who treated me with disregard. Not worth the drive.

Found the one at this place. Even took the extra time and care to fix some damages to the back of the dress. Not a lot of pressure either which was SO nice!

Amazing service, and honest people, they told me when the dress would need altered and if it was possible, they were not pushy and so kind!

Love this place :) Its where I bought all of my prom dresses in high school and its where I purchased my bridal gown! We also found the bridesmaids dresses here - their selection is beautiful!!

Travelled an hour and 45 minutes and was very disappointed. My daughter is a size two and they had nothing for her!

Lots of options, but when we went it was extremely crowed and with all the options there was not enough staff to help. We went in February looking for a prom dress. Walked out with nothing, too many choices and not enough help. I also felt that the dresses for prom were over priced.

The people were really nice, the plus section was really small though.
