Loved my experience at Weddings and Dreams. They had exactly what I was looking for and showed me different dresses in my price range that fit my criteria. I was very happy to have found my dress on my first time trying on dresses. They made it memorable and enjoyable for me, my friends, and family that came.

I recently visited Weddings and Dreams and it was such a wonderful experience. This was my first time trying on dresses and Pricelle did an amazing job pulling different dresses for me to try. After a few dresses, she was able to pick up what I liked and disliked and that really impressed me. She really made me feel comfortable and her knowledge was unmatched.I didn’t say yes to a dress, but that’s just because I’m really indecisive. However, I did make an appointment to come back in a few weeks to visit the dress I liked again.

I had my 25 wedding anniversary wedding dress in 2017 and with positive experience. Now my daughter is picking a wedding dress and Rosel was great in helping us since I got my mother of the bride dress too. 🌸💗

I am truly blessed and fortunate to have found this place! The customer service was superb! They were patient, diligent in listening to me and helping me find the perfect dress, took their time in searching through their racks to pull dresses that suited me. Assisted me in trying on and adjusting my dresses, gave realistic feedback and support, and never once made me feel like I was a burden in asking for specific styles. They treated my party with respect and were very thoughtful of them. The cleanliness was spectacular. They provided hand sanitizer and took temperatures upon entering to ensure that everyone was safe. They were such an amazing help from start to finish! I never felt pressured in my purchase or rushed to by same day. If anything, my stylist was very encouraging of trying my favorites on again and taking my time to make the right choice. They were beyond expectations!!! It was very nice to be able to purchase from an excellent business. They were everything I could have hoped for and made my moments leading up to my wedding day extra special. I had the worst experience with David Bridal San Jose, and I am so thankful for that now because i was led to come here. Words truly cant express the joy i have. Had the most amazing and customer friendly experience at Weddings and Dreams. I had to attend a function that required a tux. Weddings and Dreams had a wide selection to choose from. The owner Arnold helped me with the fitting. Very friendly and professional. They also have a great selection of Barong Tagalogs if you are Filipino not to mention an extensive selection of wedding dresses. Checkout this locally owned business before going to the big box stores. You wont regret it.

Wedding & Dreams Bridal is a beautiful shop. The staff is great and the selection was what I was looking for.When I purchased my dress I knew that I wanted to shorten it to ankle length and remove all of the under skirt. They lady that sold me the dress said it could all be done and should cost only a few hundred dollars. So I ordered the dress.The dress was beautiful. I chose to use their contracted alternations lady, Tede. She came to the store to do all of the fittings and her schedule matched mine. Here is where it all went bad. Tede promised me should could do all the requested alterations but for $660..... I was left with no choice but to pay the price. Needless to say, she ruined my dress. She removed the undershirt, but left the remaining part of the underskirt unashamed and looking like she used child scissors to do it. She altered the straps on the dress by cutting the at the seam of the dress and tacking them inside the dress and tacking the lace on to it.... The were never put in the seam of the dress. She raised up part of the front by folding it at my waist.... Hello I lost 30 lbs to have a great body in the dress and they she added it all back. You can see in some of my wedding photos the fold of the dress....And the two biggest issues:she never put my required insulin pump pocket in my dress nor did she cut off the train and make it ankle length.Given that I renewed in Hawaii on a beach and lava rock, the back of my dress is now shredded. The entire dress needs to be fixed.She has only offered a refund of $45.... and the dress shop owners said she is a contractor so I am out of luck!So buy your dress here, but do not use their alternation recommendations. Also do not trust that they know how much your alternation will cost you, get an official alternations person to look at the dress before you buy.

I highly recommend this place. They are very accommodating, professional and well organized. They can make your dream wedding a reality. They are willing to work with your budget which is a plus! Check them out!

I found my wedding dress here! I came here on wimp, found them on yelp because we were near by. call them for a same day appointment and they were able to fit me within the next 2 hr.First impression of the place was wow. I walked in with very low exception of finding my dress since its my first time dress shopping. I forgot the name of the person that helped me, but she brought me over to the front of the store where they set up all of the different type of wedding dress and asked me what i was leaning more towards. After finding out what i liked. she started pulling dresses for me. while she was doing that i was able to browse through the whole store.the whole store was divided up into different section, very easy to navigate through. the average price of the dresses were around 1500. their all type of style and the sparkles you want.Just keep in mind that it takes up to 6-7 months to get your dress since they are made to order. I am not sure if they are willing to sell what they have on hands..

Customer service was top class!There was very good collection of white bridal gowns and bridesmaids gowns but unfortunately limited options for a reception gown that I was looking for! Due to covid, there was not enough time to customize and order before the occasion.

Overall, I had a great time here and ultimately found my dress! It was my first appointment and I wasnt planning on making the decision quite yet, but I ended up finding a really wonderful dress.When I walked in on an extremely busy Saturday, I wasnt immediately greeted and set up, even though I had an appointment, but we wandered around and grabbed some dresses to begin trying them on.Virginia then came and helped us set up. I tried on the two dresses my friends and I had pulled off the rack and they were nice but not quite right. Virginia then went and pulled down a couple more dresses that were in my price range (and on sale!) and one of those ended up being the one.What I really liked about working with Virginia is that she didnt pressure me to think or purchase a certain way, but she recognized what I wanted and more importantly, how I felt in each of the dresses. She helped me articulate what I liked about the dresses and explained how alterations could work. Then she put me up to the big mirror and helped me envision it all! By the end of our 2+ hour appointment I was happy with my decision and really enjoyed the experience.

Service is amazing. I walked in without an appointment to look at wedding gowns and they gladly accommodated me. Its a small family owned business which was another reason I wanted to go there. You cant go to a big department store and get the same level of service as a small business. Its so much more personal. I highly recommend going here

They are always very helpful and friendly here. This was only the second store I went to to find a wedding dress and found one that I just love. When it came in, the fit was great!

While I didnt end up getting my wedding dress here, I ended up learning so much from the walk-in consultation. The staff here is pretty amazing, providing great customer service and a great deal of knowledge in their field. Even though, I did do a walk in, they still helped me try on various dresses without an appointment. I learned about small alterations that could be done to dresses, like capped sleeves being added to sleeveless dresses, or modesty panels for an almost perfect dress, so it really helped open up my options, and prepare me for other appointments I had made.The one little gripe I might have, is that the dresses felt just a bit rough, though its probably just the sequins and lace.Price wise, I looked at a couple dresses that ranged around 1,300. They do offer putting 100 down, to save a specific dress if youre shopping off the rack, that is applied to the purchase if you decide to get a dress there. They do do bridal fairs, so if you signed up with them for one, it might also get you a discount.The staff is very friendly, the lady (totes forgot her name, sorry) that helped us also spoke Spanish, and gave us a lot of helpful tips and suggestions that went above and beyond. So I would definitely give them a chance if youre around the Fremont/Bay Area.[Personally I ended up getting a dress from a different location, mainly because of the mostly perfect fit, and minimum alterations due to shopping for dresses at the very last moment (cough cough, 2 1/2 months to wedding).]

Super happy with our experience. We went in for a barong, and Virginia was there to help immediately. She helped us understand the right size, different options, and was just really friendly. In and out in a flash with the perfect choice. Lots of great options, good variety and great customer service.

I found my dress at an expo and got it for 40% off! It’s gorgeous and the price was a steal. Beatriz was amazing!! She helped me try on an array of dresses and was very patient and honest, which I greatly appreciated! Picked out a beautiful vail at Weddings as Dreams and Beatriz helped me pick out a beautiful vail to match my dress. Wonderful experience so far.

I just picked up my dress today and the whole process has been a nightmare - I highly recommend avoiding this bridal shop! They made really disastrous mistakes which they did not take responsibility for and were unapologetic about, including shipping my wedding dress in the WRONG SIZE right before my wedding!1) They quoted me an arrival date of 5 - 8 months (which was longer than other bridal shops I had visited), half of which fell PAST my wedding date. They knew when my wedding date was, but did not mention that there was a high chance my wedding dress would arrive after my wedding. They tried to assure me that my particular dress generally comes in between 5 - 7 months, which still meant there was a chance it would arrive after my wedding / would leave no time for alterations. I had to talk with three people before I got a hold of the manager and he promised to rush the shipping.2) When I arrived to pick up the dress, I noticed it was one size larger than what I ordered! When I confronted the front desk, she tried to tell me I was wrong. She finally pulled out the purchase order and realized that it was indeed the wrong size. Her solution was well, it seems like it fit (I hadnt actually tried it on all the way since it was a corset style). When I pressed about what if it doesnt fit, her response was Once you walk out of here, you cant return it. She said I could also see if I can get the correct size ordered. I asked her how long that would take and she just shrugged and said she would call on Monday. It is WAY too risky to try and order another dress a month and a half before the wedding when I know it needs alterations. There was not a single apology or attempt to remedy their mistake and I had no choice but to sign and walk out or risk having no dress for the wedding.3) Not a big deal, but prepare to walk in and pick up your paid-in-full dress and then have to pay $25 for a cheaply made garment bag, or otherwise walk out with the wedding dress dragging in the dirt.I understand people make mistakes, but the lack of attention and responsibility - not to mention they made two huge errors that could have ended disastrously - is mortifying and unprofessional. I was very dissatisfied with their service and attention.

My bridesmaid dress was able to come in a bit earlier than expected! And bride was amazingly happy with her grooms tuxedo!

Omg I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went to check place out an looked at dresses well they are dirty like makeup on them or rubed dirty floor. I went the one in Concord an so much better. More options plus they are in bags. The clean them after customer try on.

Arnold and the whole team were amazing. I walked in to Weddings and Dreams not knowing what to expect but knowing I didnt need an overpriced-fancy-schmancy shop like one I went to in Campbell. I went to Davids bridal too (not great). Weddings and Dreams ended up being the best - they are not over priced. They are sweet. They will let you browse the dresses. The shop is clean. They have some ethnic stuff too (quinciera?). Great people. Great local shop.

I first come across Wedding and Dreams at a Bridal Show in SF. At the shows they had this stunning strapless fitted mermaid dress with the most amazing detailed train. Several months later I happen to be in Ferment for a nail appointment. The shop just happen to be down the street from my nail salon.I walked in to the shop wirh no appointment and told the wome behind the counter about the dress that I saw at the Bridal Fair. Her name was Virginia and she was so kind and helpful. I showed her a photo of the dress I wanted to look at. She was happy to show me the exact dress. She toke me to the dressing room and helped me into the dress. It amazingly fit like it was ment to be. This was the first dress I had tried on and it was the last.After a lovely long conversation with Virginia about the dress and how I felt in it, she really made me feel good about the dress. After making the decision on the dress in was such a relief to find out that they had a layaway program that I could take advantage of. I paid an initial amount and agreed upon a monthly payment.In May the company I worked for relocated and that left me unemployed. I called Weddings and Dreams up and told them the situation. They where so understanding and helping. They where kind enough to allow me to chang the amount of my monthly payment. It was such a relief and helpful to my financial situation.Today I picked up my dress after making the last payment last week. Virginia was there to help me again anf I come with my best friend Roxanne. I tried the dress again to make sure it still fit and didnt need alterations. NOPE, still fit like a glove. I tried some jewelry on to complete the look. And had another amazing conversation with Virginia. She remembers our conversations from the 10 months ago.I purchased a garment bag, a bracelet, earrings, and a undershirt for my fiancee. I cant wait to share my dress photos after my wedding on December 1st with Virginia.Thank you so much Virginia and Weddings and Dreams. You are top notch

I had a really bad experience in this store. First that all, they want to sell my wife a dress for $2,000 and $500 for my daughters dress and I rent a Tuxedo but I wanted to cancel it but they didnt want to give me my money back. Really bad. I dont recomend you guys this place.

I AM PETITE. WHEN GOT THE CALL... I CAME TO PICK UP DRESS I ASSUMED IT WAS TIME TO TRY IT ON AND MAKE FINAL ALTERATIONS. THE DRESS DIDNT FIT! COULDNT EVEN CLASP IT ! ONLY SUGGESTION THEY HAD WAS FOR ME TO LOSE WEIGHT OR TRY A CORSET. I PAID $238 FOR A DRESS THAT DOESNT FIT

As of now they improved their service and calls are getting answered by live person instead of voice mail. Hopefully they do the same on the delivery times as they promised.
