Theyve been my mechanics for 20 years. No matter where Ive moved, I always get a roadside assistance plan that will take it to them. Sam and T.J. may be the only 2 honest people left on Earth. They will call around and do research if your car problem is one of those impossible to nail down kind of problems. I could go on forever with the frustrating situations my car has put them in, and they always do whats best for me too. How refreshing!

Tej is very good person and very knowledge, i went over there as i was getting some sort of sound from dashboard and he without checking the car said everything in detail and as we know if we go to mechanic for small problem also they say us to repair even if its not necessary but these guys are not like to that, if its needed to repair they say to us otherwise they give us good opinion.As we know, now a days we search for good mechanics who don’t fool us and i would say this is the right place with good reviews.As for now i would keep this mechanic for my cars for sure and recommend to others as well,But i am not aware of the prices they charge, i would check it out further.

Wow, wow, wow. I would totally rate this place 6/5 if possible- absolutely outstanding! I called them in the morning, concerned about my car not starting correctly, and they said that they would see my car the same day, in between their other appointments. They helped get my car working properly again within a couple of hours. They also told me that if it happens to my car again, I can drop it off in the early morning and they will drive me to my work. So friendly and really great service- this is the place to go!

I have been regular customer of West Coast Auto Repair for about six years now. They have done wonderful job every time and saved me a ton of money. They are very precise in their diagnosis of the issues, discussing various options and resolution in very reasonable price. SAM and TJ both are very honest, hard working and are of very high integrity people. They have taken really good care of my both the vehicles. In addition to repairs, I also go for timely service of my vehicles. They are way better than those service technicians at the dealers shop.

The work was done quickly and at a fair price. Sam took the time to call and explain what needed to be done and asked for my okay to do it. Then when I picked up my car the next day he showed me pictures taken during the repair, the broken parts that were replaced, and how everything went together under the hood. Sam made sure I understood what they did and answered all my questions without making me feel like an idiot. They also actually cleaned my car under the hood and inside, looks better than it has in years. I (almost) want something else to not work on my car so I can bring it back to West Coast Auto Repair for them to fix it.

This place rocks. Sam the owner and Tej the shop manager are down to Earth no pressure people. They put a new motor in my Volvo 850 including all the fine tuning for an awesome price and my car is working like a champ. Dont waste your time looking for the best deal. I had a great experience. First time customer.After my 1997 Lexus ES300 failed 2 Smog Tests, I was referred to West Coast.I called and discussed the the problem with Sam. He said he could help, so I madean appointment for the next day. He quoted me the diagnostic rate and his strategyfor solving the problem. It sounded great. After diagnosing my car Sam called me witha recommendation to solve the problem. I said yes. Sure enough after a couple of hoursSam called me back. Problem solved. Very, very, reasonable. I have taken my vehicle in 2 times now. Both times I have received excellent customer service. And Tej always gives me the used parts back. I know the work was done that way. He also explains whats going on and the estimate is right on the money!

For someone who does not know anything about cars (except for fueling it up), West Coast Auto Repair has been a great boon for my familys modest car fleet. Extremely rude and never take responsibility if things go wrong. No professionalism with this person. I had oil change which ran out in just 1 month. And he showed me paper note that it’s my problem. But when asked logical question about why it ran out suddenly so quickly, the guy was extremely defensive. I went to another shop and they just mentioned that there is no problem in engine, but the guy had put lighter oil and may be less quantity.Not only that, the guy had guts to tell me not to come back again to his shop. That’s the attitude.

Since 2010 I am going here for services like 90K, 120K, oil change and fixing any maintenance required light on. They are very friendly and do the service for economical price. They always tell details of the problems/issues to help us understand the real need of servicing your cars and vans.

We have been going to this place for almost 10 years, There customer service is really good . I would say there service is excellent . We like to get there service in future too .

They suck! Took my classic car in for some basic work and they bent the hood and didnt even say anything! They were going to let me drive away. When a I went in to tell them about it, they denied it! I demanded that it get fixed with a new hood (since it was new by 5 years) they only had it bondoed and painted. Will NEVER go back.

I brought my car to this shop because there was smoke coming out from underneath the engine. They found that oil leaking took plane on oil pan and oil pressure switch, so they helped me replace the oil pan gasket and oil pressure switch. I asked them if these could fix the problem and they avoided this question. Instead they promised warranty on the replaced parts. I dont think that this is what I wanted in the first place.
