Normally everything goes fine for an oil change. Last time the mechanics must have hit something they shouldnt have because my car now leaks oil. The oil leaking started that day. The mechanics dont want to take ownership of what they broke and the owner takes no responsibilities for his employees and he is extremely rude to customers.

I took my car to have my tire repaired a week ago today. First they tried selling me a brake job that I did not need but I was going to let that one go because I get it.. they have to make their money. But now here I sit...I cant get to work because the tire they fixed is flat now. My neighbor told me they tried selling him a job he didnt need either. Just be aware. Tire repair is not their strength and double check to make sure you need a repair they recommend.

Went in for a tire balance. Everything was good, took my car off the lot and my hubcap flys off. Get to my job and realize that the other 3 caps are broken. Called them they understood. Took pictures, got me new ones at no charge. Then took my car off the lot again, realized my steering wheel was still shaking. Called they they said it was possibly a belt in my tire that broke. Went back in they checked it no charge and are putting a new tire on.

They check my air pressure for my tires and do it with very pleasant guys,quick and helpful every time I come. Thank you!

I liked the idea that they open on Sunday . But they need to close on Sunday and go back to school on how to tighten oil filters! I got mine changed on the 7th... first time I have ever let anyone change my oil only cause I’m 10hrs from home. 2 weeks later I was cleaning all the mud out from underneath my truck and noticed the filter was wet... and loose enough to turn it with the push of 1 finger. They did make it right with me though.

I took my customers car in to have an alignment and they lied to me saying the inner tie rods were really bad and too dangerous to drive home. I literally just put inner and outer tie rods on the vehical and was taking it for an alignment for that reason. I will never take another car there again for tires or alignment.

Definitely my go to tire shop! Would be five star but the last few times Ive tried to get alignments they couldnt do it because that employee was gone. Besides that they have a great staff. For sure give them a shout if youre needing some work done!

You are better off going anywhere else, try Omaha. Took a vehicle in it was not shifting and it decided to die on the highway. Square tire assured us they knew what was wrong fixed it the bill was over $600 as soon as we left the car wouldnt shift we had to turn around take it back to have them inform us they do not work on transmissions. No refund nothing, $600 to have the car do the exact same thing.. Keep in mind we were RETURNING customers and been there multiple times for vehicle maintenance oil changes etc.

These guys have always been super honest with my family, and theyre very reasonable and respectful. There was one time where I had a hose leak and it needed to be replaced. They cut the wrong hose, but instead of charging me for two new hoses, they just charged me for one since it was their mistake. Super professional! Also just had to get FOUR tires changed and they were done within an hour and a half! Very efficient and super trustworthy! They have earned my trust and my business, and Ill always recommend them!

Horrible Horrible service had an Alignment done and the Mechanic forgot to tighten the nut, driving back from Omaha thought my vehicle was going to skate off the road. Spoke with Ethan the manager and he said no way it could not be well after speaking with different people 4 others within the last year have had the exact same problem and Manager Ethan told that customer they fired the mechanic but Ethan just told me they have had there mechanic there for 7 years with no complaints. Their prices are cheap cause the service is too!!!!!

I used to travel for work in my personal vehicle. Had a bunch of work done here until I thought the service was starting to go downhill. Fast forward and I now drive about 80 miles a day and needed some extensive work done on my 2010 Grand Caravan (144,000 miles) before we go on vacation. I knew there were some new faces at the business as I had been there for an oil change or two but no real major service. I stopped in Monday and talked to Adnan and his crew. He walked me through every question I had, and gave me multiple options for repairs of different items. I told him I was looking at shocks, struts, front and maybe rear brakes, transmission service, coolant service, brake fluid, power steering fluid and 1 new tire. He gave me quotes on everything. They looked at the vehicle, told me what really needed done and what could wait and let me decide what services to perform. In the end I had all but the rear brakes and transmission service done and they were finished the same day (Tuesday) and were competitive with if not flat out beat other places I got estimates from. I have been to lots of shops for auto work. This was one of the best experiences I have had. Give these guys a chance if you need some service! Thanks for the great work.

I took my truck in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and when I got it back it had major mechanical issues. The guy that was working was absolutely horrible but I will say that Mike the manager did do everything in his power when he came to work the next day to try and make things right. Over $400 in repairs later if I had had to pay for them and my truck was fixed. They didnt absorb those costs though even though the previous guy was dealing with named Kevin was absolutely sure it wasnt their fault LOL

Called early morning, then walked in while in town. I needed to swap tires on my truck. I currently have 255/70/16 on the truck. I have 265/70/16 to put on. Simply because they were one size wider, they refused. Wider makes no difference. Not to mention their customer service is pathetic. I will never waste another moment with these fools.

Square Tire Fremont NEALERT!!I recently had some tires replaced and fixed from this establishment and they completely stripped my Lugnuts. So today when I had a flat I could not take my tire off to put the donut on. When I called Square tire they told me they never touched that tire and I could pay to tow it.I recommend to my friends and family nearby NOT to trust these people with their vehicle.

Stopped because all my tires needed air. They ran an air hose out into the blowing snow to air up my tires at no charge. Awesome people!!

My girlfriend and I live out of town and came here to get an alignment as we were in town for a funeral but after a few hours and them telling us they couldnt because apparently they only have 1 mechanic for the entire shop was gone till Tuesday then after some fighting with them they said theyd do it they broke her tire rod as well as probably a couple other things.

Took car into get the front end aligned because it was pulling. After they got done it was still doing the samething. So had another mechanic look at it. He said there is no way this frontend was aligned as the lower ball joints are bad and the front stabilizer bar link is completely shot. I thought maybe he was just trying to pad his bill took it to dires ford and they confirmed the same thing. Just waste your money going to square tire
