I had a flat tire and the tire repair guy removed a nail and patched. After an hour I was back with a flat on the same tire. It turns out my sidewall had a hole that was missed. They didnt have a matching rear tire. The honest owner refunded my money in full. He told me where to go to find a matching tire. Honest guy and Ill be back. Thank you.

I used them before so I figured why not spend some more money with them, My mistake! Very terrible service, called the owner said he would get me taken care of right away, discussed one price on the phone, when I got there the price suddenly went up. Workers standing around twiddling their thumbs no one asking if I’m being helped. Heard a client there arguing about damaged sensors they were sold, Owner kept parading around looked me right in my face and didn’t offer any assistance. After 47 mins of waiting I finally left and took my business up the block to Mavis on Sunrise highway where I was treated like a king. Never again would I spend a dollar in this establishment. Owner needs to take a class in business. Good luck dealing with these people.

This place is so convenient and they are honest people! I use them more then I would like but there are nails all over the roads.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Place and expensive. Went there to have a nail in my tire fixed. But the person working on my care decided to bang on the wheel lug nut with a sledge hammer. I figured he knew what he was doing cause it was tight. But instead he hit the rim and put a nasty dent on the rim. This place sucks and Im surprised they are still in business. Very expensive there are other flat fix places near them any one of the will be better, cheaper and professional. I would also not have them work on my car. I was going to go back and complain to the owner but decided not to waste my time. Do your self a favor and go someplace else.

The service was excellent and the price was affordable for a college student. The owner gave me advice on what is the most necessary on my car instead of making money off of my mechanical ineptitude. They have a good selection of new and used tires. Honest and hardworking people. They didnt charge me extra 90$ for every broken wheel stud like the other shops did.

I have been going here for tires for years now. I always opt for slightly used because you can usually get them at a deep discount. Sometimes as high as 50%. I have never had a problem with any of the work theyve done on my vehicles. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. They work pretty quickly also.They also have new tires, priced in line with most places. Never been anything but pleased and I like the idea of supporting a local business if I have the opportunity.

I stopped by to get a used tire for my Pathfinder and I got a great tire for a great price. I had such a good experience at Toli Tire and my dad was needed 4 new tires for his truck and I told him to go here. Of course dad had to check prices at other reatailers and guess what.. Great place! I can always count on this place to fix my tire, whenever I get a flat. Been there 3 times in less than a month after Hurricane Sandy, when Ive gotten 3 flats, due to the flooding and sharp objects coming up from the sewers. $10-12 I believe for the plug, $17 for the patch which is what I get. Theyve also got a huge selection of new and used tires to choose from as well.

The best place to get a flat fixed. They patch from the inside of the tire instead of using plugs and they do it quick. In and out in 15 minutes.

This place is made up of nothing but cons trying to empty your pockets for all your money overcharged me for alignment they say one price over the phone $59 then end up charging you $200 on unnecessary work they will lie to you saying you need a new parts for the alignment then charge you more and more I should have went to the other tire shop across the street there not trying to rip you off like these money hungry animals. They fixed a wheel barring problem but they broke the ball joint in the wheel then tried to have me pay for what they broke I took my car to my regular mechanic and got better results those cons also tried to say I needed new axels thankfully I didn’t let them touch any more of my vehicle I took it to my mechanic and he told me there was nothing wrong with them I should have gone to him all along then waste my time and money with theses people I will never go back to them again they will try and lie and manipulate you every chance they get I’m going to the tire shop down the road if I ever have flats or alignment problems there more honest and trustworthy not like toli tires this was one of my worst mistakes in my life and I can never get my money back don’t go to these people if you don’t like getting cheated and ripped off by lowlifes .

The service manager brendan had an attitude as soon as I got there. I called before I came to ask him the price to change my tires he told me a certain price. When he seen my car he wanted to change the price. Then told me I said my tires were a different size then I told him but I dont know the sizes to begin with so i knew he was lying. I still gave him a good tip and he did not fill my tires with air after he put them on. Worst service ever! Do yourself a favor n go somewhere else.

Long but entertaining story with a happy ending!I drive a 2013 Mercedes E350 Coupe.Ive been to Toli Tire before for flats etc and have always been very happy with their service.This time, I had a slow leak and was told I had a cracked wheel.So, for a reasonable $80, they welded it.Next day, it was still leaking so I brought it back to be rewelded.Well...they obviously had to take the tire off the rim and then lost my tire.No problem! They ordered me a brand new Michelin tire!Next day, after I got everything reinstalled, I realized they gave me the WRONG rim!!I went back and evidently, they accidentally switched my rim with someone elses!Unfortunately, they couldnt get my rim back so what did they do...?THEY ORDERED ME A BRAND NEW RIM TO GO WITH MY NEW TIRE!!Ive been in retail and sales my entire career and never have I seen such customer service!!THANK YOU TOLI TIRE!!!

This place mounted and balance a set of tires for me at about 2/3rds the price of what I was quoted at pep boys. Got there around d 8:00am and was the first in line. Job took a little over 30 minutes.What more can you ask for?They did try and push brake pads on me, which I was a little suspicious of since mine have less than 15k miles on them.Anyway, Id go back here for tire work anytime.

I never write reviews but Toli Tire deserves a good one. Ive worked in the Automotive Field, have a New Mustang, and l can say I have a passion for cars. Usually I go to the Ford Dealership by me (since I personally knew them) only to realize while driving on the Southern State due to extreme screaking noises & grinding that they never actually repaired my brakes. MADE AN EMERGENCY STOP AT TOLI TIRE & honestly a blessing in disguise.They were super nice to me, serviced me ASAP, *HONEST*, let me watch them work to show me that they were actually doing it correctly, and the price was not bad at all. Toli Tire saved the day!I just went back to Toli Tire today for a second opinion after Meineke in Baldwin tried to upcharge me close to $1,000 for parts --- Toli tire did the repairs I needed for $250. They Explained to me what I needed, what was bull**** from Meineke, and fixed my Mustang in an hour and a half. Literally the best place- thank god! So many scummy carshops, especially the dealerships but Toli Tire keeps it real❤👍👌🏻
