Not so impressed by them. My sister was going to them for years but has had problems with their work the last few times. The very last time we were in there needed the flex pipe replaced and welded in. They said we also had a broken motor mount so they replaced it as well. After we picked up the vehicle I saw the weld job on the exhaust was horrible. I confronted them about it and they basically told me I didnt know what I was talking about. Ive been a welder for about 20 years so I know what a weld should look like. Then they told us if it leaked to bring it back. It did leak and we had to go back to get it fixed again. Since then we took our business elsewhere and have been very happy so far.

My truck was in need of a battery and an oil change while I was visiting from out of state. Without an appointment, they worked it into their schedule, completing the work quickly and in a very courteous manner. Thanks for the help!

The entire family has been going to Baumgardners for years and they have done an amazing job every time. They are very honest and have never pushed anything on me. There have been a few times I took various vehicles in for weird sounds or warning lights thinking it would cost a fortune. Each time they they fixed it on the spot for only the cost of parts and a few bucks in labor.If you are new to the area, or are just tired of overpaying for service from the other guys in town, give Baumgardners a try!

Went there to have a helicoil put in due to a stripped plug, all they did was charged me $270 and put neversieze (not sure why they wouldnt use thread lock) on the plug and sent me on my way.Drove the vehicle 47 miles and blew the plug out again. Took it back and asked to put the insert in this time, and 2 days and $270 later they did the same exact thing.Thought Id give them one more try, been calling and leaving messages 3 days in a row just to try and get a yes or no answer on whether or not they can program a key fob, and 3 days now theyve told me theyll call me back and let me know. Havent got an answer or call yet.Im done, wouldnt personally recommend them to anyone.
