I had been shopping for a new vehicle right after the epidemic started to allow customers back out into the world. It has been an interesting experience. The vehicle shortage and delivery logistics has been a nightmare for someone like myself who had a preference. I researched and shopped around in all the boroughs as well as out of state for a few particular makes and models. Giannis of BMW of Freeport was by far the most professional and straight forward salesperson I had the pleasure coking across. We had an understanding and he listened to my expectations. He worked with me to find exactly what I wanted and not what the dealership wanted to unload. It was very much appreciated. He was not pushy and listened to what I was looking for. I found the vehicle I was looking for ( (BMW X6 M sport) and after a little patience like anything else in my life it worked out extremely well.

This is only dealer that was able to resolve my issue. Actually, they were the only ones that actually had the knowledge to handle the issue. The sales manager went out of his way to meet with me and provide the service I required. I get my car serviced at this dealership as well and their service representative are fantastic. I will continue doing business with them.

Just bought a fantastic 330i from Ivan. Highly recommend this place and Ivan. Great deal and smooth process! This sale agent went above and beyond with my deal. Service Coordinator, Steve, was very pleasant & easy to deal with.Would’ve given 5 stars however was told when appointment was made it would be 2 hrs. It was over 3 hours and when I was told car was ready had to wait another 20 minutes to get it as they hadn’t completed the wash. Also car wash was really poorly done. Car was wet, interior wasn’t vacuumed, etc. Would expect more from a luxury auto dealer.

My name is Stacy and own a BMW. My most recent visit to the service dept. was very greatly improved from previous times that I brought my car in for service. Firstly, the service representative Oscar Reyes was excellent. He was very helpful, and notified me promptly when my car was ready. He also brought my car to the entrance when I was ready to leave. Last time when I was told the car was ready I went outside and it was no where to be found. After about 15 minutes I had to go back insideand no one was there to assist me. Finally, after I found one of the mechanics who found it and brought it to the front of the building leaving it with the emergency light on . Also, previous times when my car was brought in for an oil change it took between 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours for it to be completed with no one giving me an update of the status. This time Oscar told be there was a new quickly out oil change program and indeed I was finished in half hour. 5 stars for Oscar.
The online booking process was easy. You schedule an appointment online, add the services you want, and its scheduled. On the date of the appointment, I came and dropped off the car and they told me when it was ready. They even told me I didnt need some of the services I requested since it wasnt necessary. Overall it was a very good experience.

On Saturday (08/07/2021) we went to see the car and BMW of Freeport received very well. Friendly and professional. I took my X4 M for regular service and to replace a tire because of a nail. My service advisor Joseph Pagan took me in right away and told me that he would take care of everything that day, so I wouldn’t be without a car. He updated me along the way letting me know what time my car would be available. With the roads the way they are in New York the alignment was off, BMW of Freeport let me know this and took care of it. Joe Pagan makes everything perfect at BMW. I won’t use any other service advisors, I know I have nothing to worry about with him and Service Director Mike Timpone. For a long time I wasn’t a fan of BMW in Freeport but Mike and Joe have made me do a 180 and have made it a great place. I won’t go anywhere else.
I got my car serviced for the first time at Freeport location 8/26 and they did a great job! Minus the fact that the tech forgot to reset my trip cp. (I live in queens btw) Staff are nice and welcoming. A big plus to the shuttle they offer they plus the driver was Awesome ! Limited miles of course. Service was fast as well, unlike other shops they will have your car all day! I’d def recommend and I will def go back.
This is the worst dealership I have ever done busy with. I spent 4608.95 on repairs that I still having issues with. Now I stuck on the side of the Highway and the car will not start. Omg 🥵🥵🥵 if I had grounds to sue these people I would. Take my advice don’t go the BMW of Freeport. There are other reputable dealerships in the area. You go here and you are throwing your money away. Superb customer service! Our family has bought multiple vehicles from them. Gregg, Xeno, Chris, John and Sophia always treat us great and make things so easy . I shopped for prices and compared what they had to others around. So when I compared model, year and mileage they were either best price or even. But the customer service by far surpassed all else and that means tons in this day and age.

I bought my brand new 2021 BMW 430I convertible. 3 months later the drive train failed. Service does not know what is exactly wrong with the car. I dropped it off on August 19th and still have not gotten a loaner car. I will never purchase another BMW or use your dealership. almost 15 days without a car. So sad.September 1st. just picked up a loaner car last night. Still waiting to see the outcome of my brand new broken car.Update: I picked up my car yesterday. I was upset when all this happened, but I have to say BMW did the right thing and took great care of me. I updated my experience to reflect my treatment.

Well, what can I say? My tire needed to be replaced. It was after 4pm on a Tuesday, and I didnt have an appointment. Actually, I had an appointment scheduled for the next day.But guess what? I pleaded my case, and all went well. Not only did I get my tired replaced but also changed my brake fluid, since it was due in the near future. How great was that!
This was my first visit to BMW of Freeport was a pleasant one. Robert was very friendly and treated me and my mom with a warm welcome. The lounge was very clean and relaxing. The wait was longer than expected, but maybe because it was busy day.. I was happy with the service and the fact that they even cleaned my car. I will highly recommend. Check in and service reps are excellent! I waited in waiting area for my oil change and certain checks that were needed. My bmw was ready but this is the second time the process of checking out takes too long. They have 8 or so people checking you in but that person is the only person to check you out? My car was available for 20 minutes but my service representative had three more to check out ahead of me. All he did was printed my order for signature.Recommend a roving person who can check you out immediately when car is ready!

I appreciated that they transported me to a location where I needed to take care of another matter while my car was being serviced . However, my car was not washed well, and my tire pressure indicator came on shortly after I left.

I had made an appointment for 8:40AM and was taken in right away. I came for an oil change, but in the back of my head I also knew that with inspections and diagnostics being done on my car, there would probably be more things to be made done to my car. Joseph Pagan was my service representative that had helped me out through the way and he was as nice and knowledgeable as can be. Although I had to wait 2 hours, I’d rather wait and have them work on my car carefully because a car is an investment in itself.
