I stopped by thinking that I needed a new starter or stator because I just recently replaced my battery and was having starting issues. I didn’t have an APT but he still looked over my bike and took it apart to get to the battery to find out that the battery was the issue after all. I had concerns about my brakes but he checked them out and reassured me they were fine. I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing. I was very surprised and grateful. For now on I will take my bike here for any future services. It’s hard to find a honest mechanic. I will recommend to everyone that I know. Thank you so much for your time and excellent service!!

Casey helped to modify my HD trike a few years ago to fit my very short, female stature on this large rig. Casey helped to welcome me into the riding community without bias. When it was time to make my trike road worthy after COVID, Casey took good care of my needs and Jamie was fabulous about keeping in touch with me during the process. Additionally, Jamie found a transportation service to have my trike trailered from Virginia to Ohio. Yesterday, I picked up my 2020 Road Glide Limited after having the wide tire kit installed on the front of my bike. The service included changing the forks, rim, tire, and fender. I was caught completely off guard that their service would be this good. I had been told they were good, but this was better than I had even been told. It took an extended period of time for the parts to come in, due to COVID delay backorders, but once they were received by LL7, they immediately let me know and set up an appointment to get my work done.Casey and Jamie are a complete class act and make you very comfortable before you even meet them in person. They were very responsive to my text messages, typically responding in just a few hours (They do have a business to run, after all). When I dropped my bike off, on Saturday morning, I was told that my bike would be ready by Wednesday. I considered this more than reasonable and agreed to picking it up on Wednesday… They called me on the afternoon of the day that I dropped it off to let me know that my bike was ready to be picked up! I was completely blown away by their same-day-service.I hope they never lose this incredible level of service. These guys are fantastic!

Best Motorcycle Shop In The Area. The staff has tons of experience working on anything from a Harley Davidson to a Italian exotic Superbikes. Which is perfect for me since I own both cruiser and sport bike. I have taken my motorcycles to many shops in the Northern Virginia over the years, but finally there is a shop that I can be confident in taking both my Harley and Triumph for service. My experience was awesome and I highly recommend it.

Fantastic repair shop. Casey is a great guy who is fairly priced, honest, and does great work. Recently brought a bike in for service that had a very slight leak. I assumed it was a gasket and asked him to replace. Upon inspection, he told me that one of the drain plugs to the crank case was loose and just needed to be tightened. Most shops would have just changed the gasket (or not) and charged the additional labor. He saved me the money and earned a loyal customer. I cannot recommend LL7 Cycles enough!

Casey has been working on my bikes for years. Out of his home garage to his new shop. He just recently installed 14inch bars to my Indian and installed an amp while the fairing was apart. I love that he can send me an invoice via text and I can pay with my credit card from home. No extra trips to pay for parts. Love his new shop and will invite as many of my friends to use his service.

LL7 will bend over backwards to help there customers and priced fairly. I would take my motorcycle back there anytime. I had ohlins front suspension installed and it was done in two days. Pricing was extremely competitive and the install was flawless. Would recommend LL7 to anyone.

Harley-Davidson said it was a total loss (of course). LL7 repaired the bike for a very reasonable price and put me back on the road in 14 days.I cant say enough about the excellent work, checking with me if there was the most minor issue (appearance of the replacement parts) and fixing everything that was necessary.LL7 is now the only place Ill go for motorcycle service.

The shop Owner/Brilliant motorcycle mechanic is a true genius when it come down to the ends and outs of two to three wheeled vehicles. The service is the best in the area without the typical dealership pricing. They work on foreign and domestic bikes and Casey is one hell of a mechanic! Have known the owner since 2002. He is the only guy that I completely trust with my ride. He had done work on Gixxer and I recently bought 2018 Harley and was so pleased to know that I could take to him for service and some custom work and like a pro him and his team did a wonderful perfect job. These guys are awesome!!! While the dealership would have charged me over 600 for an ABS Line replacement and oil change, these guys did it for a fraction. But the price wasnt only great but Casey and his guys pay attention to detail. Definitely this is my new go to!

In a word .... Honest! I had an electrical issue they could have milked the bank on (I believe) and they diagnosed it and fixed it without a bunch of drama.
