Paperwork was a breeze and Carl was super helpful walking me through everything!! I purchased the extended fender to fender insurance, I was not intending to until he explained in detail all the perks of having it. I would recommend everyone to this dealership!! Free next day delivery to my home was an extra perk!
This is my 4th Harley Davidson purchase with Morgan over the past 10 years. That says it all right there. The Old Dominion dealership is a great home for Morgan, a perfect combination. I want to give a shout out to John, the dealership manager as well. They found the bike I wanted and it was a great deal, fantastic attentive service through the whole process. I cant forget Karl either, the finance manager, fantastic, what a great guy, and oh, Chris the service and parts manager. Use these guys weather you are local or not. They are honest, and really care, especially my go to Harley guy, Morgan.My most recent purchase was few days ago, a 2021 Street Glide Special in two tone vivid black and gauntlet grey. Very satisfied with sales, honesty, service and deal I recieved. Traded in my 2001 Road King thinking Id get an Ultra Limited. No pressure sales, a great set of test rides and conversation with staff resulted in the purchase of a 2017 Road Glide. Love the bike! Would never have considered buying one so thanks Morgan for opening my eyes to other options!

Do not ever sell your bike to this place. They take the bike. They put it on the lot, the bike is sold a week later. Old Dominion Harley Davidson has there profit. Now you have to wait for them to pay off the wrong amount to the bank, and luckily you catch it the day the do it and pay the difference. Then you wait for the title release. Then once Old Dom HD gets the title release they mail it to Quantico HD. Once Quantico HD gets it they then cut a check and Mail it back to Old Dominion HD. They will then call you to cone get it. Quick painless process huh. Bike sold July 13 still waiting to be paid. Gonna be at least another week is what I hear. So little over a month to get your money. And thats best case, If you didnt catch the under payment on the pay off soon as it happened and fix that then it would be a lot longer.

This is a great little Harley Davidson dealership. The showroom is really the parking lot where most of their bikes are available to view outside. Their indoor show room doubles as the merchandise area and is jampacked with a great assortment of Harley clothing and gift items. They have more merchandise it their little shop than some much larger dealerships. This is the only Harley dealership that I have seen selling custom baseball hat style helmets. Very cool. The staff was very friendly and we’re all masked up which was good to see.
This was my 3rd Harley Ive purchased and by far the BEST experience Ive had yet! Kaitlin was an absolute joy to work with! I was her 400th sale and I can clearly see why. She was knowledgeable, fun, and very nice to work with. I drove 90 miles to look at bikes, passing over the dealership I had 10 minutes away, and I was so glad I did! Not impressed. We walked in the young guy was on his phone. He may have looked up for a second to say “hello” then back at his phone. The guy behind him didn’t say a word. We walked around the tiny shop on our own without any interaction from anyone. No one said “How can I help you”?Fast forward- we went to Harley Davidson in Hughesville, MD. First off, Old Dominion Harley-Davidson has the best customer service period! Over a year ago, Morgan in sales new I had no intent of purchasing a bike on the day we met. He still went through several bikes with me and had me try them all out. He was extremely patient and still gave me the best customer service even though he knew I would not a purchase a bike that day. Fast forward over a year and deployed........not only did he remember me and our conversation but he was still awesome as ever. I will start off by saying the salesmen I worked with was amazing and he gets a 5 out of 5. but for the rest of everything it was the worst customer service I have ever had from the service department to the financing department I will never set foot in this dealership or any of there sister dealerships again. This is for the reply if you cared about your customers service you would call me and ask what was wrong not pay some third parts to leave a generic comment.

I wish I could give them a million. Did not buy a Harley but they treated me like I bought the most expensive Harley on the lot. They gave me a killer deal. Totally recommend. Do not go across the street.
They sold me my bike and the first time I rode it the engine and battery light came on. I love 9 hours from their dealership. So they were going to pay another dealer to fix my bike. My bike is back in the shop for the 2nd time and they still have not paid them. I bought my bike on Feb 20th. It is April 13th and I have no information on my tag and registration plus my 2nd temporary tag is expired and they havent sent me another one. They do not do good business.

I dont recommend their services department. The service department manager didnt let me take my newly purchased bike home because he wanted to make sure it was mechanically sound and safe for me to ride....a month later I get my bike and Im super excited. To finally take my new bike home. I fire it up and sit on it for the first time and its sluggish to start and while idling it make a horrible noise. There were service department personnel, mechanics and sales people walking around and they didnt say anything so I thought it was a normal. Thanks to mother nature is was o ky able to ride my bike 3 separate times. The 3rd time a very good friend and mechanic heard this sound and told me to get it to his shop cause it was one of 2 issue bad compensator or bad chain tensioner. I got a phone call and both parts were bad plus my battery. So Old Dominion Harley Davidson let me take a newly purchased bike leave their store with a bad compensator, bad chain tensioner and a bad battery
I would like to give a big shout to the Service Dept I had my bike in for some repairs and Brandy keep me informed thru it all, and Derrick took care of my bike repairs, came out and talked with me afterwards explaining all that was done and advised me of what to do and expect thru the break in period, I highly recommend having your bike serviced or repaired here staff is very professional and courtesy.

I cannot be more happy. I was buying a very special rare CVO. I was totally OCD about the purchase and I expected arrogance because it is rare. Nick said many things to make me feel comfortable with the purchase. I was waiting for the gotcha leverage moment. It never happened. They came thru on everything including my silly OCD demands. I live in Colorado. My only regret is not having the ability to send everyone in my Motorcyle club to see Nick and Mickey. You guys rocked all the way. I will take every opportunity to send people to you. Wishing you the best.

Walked in to the small show room and the young man who apparently has a job to sell motorcycles sat in his chair looking at his phone. When my son asked him a question he gave a flippant response. Perhaps it didn’t occur to him that I was actually looking to buy a motorcycle myself. Certainly won’t ever do business here.

I would like to leave more stars but I just cant. My bike has been in there for 3 weeks now. My bike broke down and I had it towed in on a Saturday after hours. I called the next day and spoke to Todd. He said that they would probably look at it by the upcoming Thursday. That was fine. Thursday rolled around and I didnt hear anything. So I called just before they closed. Todd told me that they had lost a tech and were only down to one tech and that they would look at it by the next following Tuesday. Why couldnt a phone call be made to let me know? Well Tuesday comes along and he calls me an hour before they closed to say they figured the problem out and actually looked at it the previous Sunday. Well why couldnt I have been called on Sunday? During our conversation I asked if he could tell me when it would be ready. He said if the parts were in stock he could have it done by the end of the week and that he would check with parts as soon as he got off the phone. Well needless to say I didnt hear anything back so I called Wednesday afternoon to see if he had an answer. When I asked he said let me check with parts. So again what was said was going to happen didnt happen. he left me on hold for about ten minutes and got said yeah it will probably be next week sometime. To top it all off when I asked how much everything was going to be, he said 11 to 1200 but if its more hell call. So Ive been kept in the dark and given the run around and they are repairing my bike without giving me an actual estimate. I run a shop and no repair is done until the customer has an estimate with a clear breakdown. Stay away from the service department here. They came highly recommended by a friend but I dont see why. Ill never use them again.
My visit was for my over 5k check up and oil change. They did a good job on the work but I still have a problem with the cost..... way way too much. I was going to wait on the bike but they really dont have a waiting area and I had to have my daughter pick me up. The parts people are very knowledgeable, so dont be afraid to ask questions.

This place used to be awesome until Ben and now Kaitlin Sue left. They were amazing. Todd in the service department was on top of it! I bought two bikes at this dealership and the experience/process was the best.Since they left I have been on a 4 month waiting list for a safety recall! Been told i was on different lists, etc. Going to a different dealership for service from now on.. Shame bc I will never be a repeat customer for this business.
Was very specific as to what I needed done and was quoted 2 hours. Took my bike up there and just on a hunch decided to double check my quote so I asked how many hours for what I need again being very specific and he says its 3 hours I said thats not what you quoted me the other day. He said its a standard 3 hours so I said just cancel my appointment youve lost my business for good.

I do not recommend this shop for service, exorbadent pricing, or efficiency. We wrote to the manager who said theyd get back to us on our complaint and never did. It took 3 days to put a radio and two speakers in their slot. The inner and outer faring now dont line up. Shoddy work.
I was traveling...lost rear brakes...called these guys for an in stock 99 road king caliper and line (yeah right?!) Not only did they have it...they took me immediate upon my arrival and rocked it out. Could not be more pleased with the service and treatment from this Harley dealer.

I had an issue with my heated grips (they stopped working)Although I had a major issue with my ESP (separate issue), I worked with a former employee (Todd) who now works at Quantico HD.He explained to me in detail about my ESP and walked me through the options for getting my grips fixed.The following week I had neck surgery. Although he knew I was out of commission for the week, he still took the time to call me twice leave a message.This type of service is why we go to the dealership. Top-notch quality in work and most importantly, outstanding customer service.GREAT JOB TODD!!!

Well originally I thought these guys were fantastic, but $3000 later, I quickly realized they are just as full of it as Richmond Harley. I took my bike to them for an oil leak coming from. The air intake when I ride, there was more issues than just that come to find out but as soon as I left and started to ride again oil was still pouring out of the air intake. After calling about my concern they said its normal so during the winter months in NC I didnt ride for over a month, I go down to clean my bike and the rocker boxes are leaking. So I get fed up and take it all the way to a dealer in Kentucky to get it really taken care of, the service manager calls me and said they replaced missing O rings with pipe dope.... And the pictures he sent me looked like they let a two year old play with playdo to try and fix it. After all that money and guarantee that it would not break down again and all that money spent here I am merely months later not even 500 miles added to the bike and Im paying another $600 just to get the same problem fixed do not take your bike here under any circumstance to do any maintenance work done.
Set up an appointment to have my trike picked up and taken to be repaired, waited around and no show, no call. I got in touch with someone at the shop ( who was very professional) and he stated that the person who set up the appointment had left for the day. He also stated that the driver who was suppose to be picking up the trike was tied up in Northern Va. traffic and the trailer was still at the shop. I was told the day that I set up the appointment that nothing was scheduled for that day and there was no problem picking it up. I will probably be taking my business to either Fairfax, Manassas, or Winchester, even if I have to pay for it to be towed there. Really disappointed that I have to go past a dealership to get service or possibly buy another bike in the future.Update: I have to update this by saying after the last incident, I was able to straighten out the matter with Todd and the bike was picked up and repaired in less than a day. Todd was very professional in correcting the problem and gave me a better view of Old Dominion Harley Davidson. I will be dealing with them and have to raise their star rating to a 5 star. Thank you Todd for fixing this problem and helping to keep business local.
This is by far the best place in this area to purchase from. I stop by OD-HD just about weekly. Everything they do is top notch, from bike nights, customer appreciation days, service, and sales. I have never had to wait for parts and have always been able to get right in for any appointments or service that was needed. At Christmas time my wife went in to pick some things out for my bike, she didnt know exactly what she was looking for but Ben was there and provided her the assistance that she needed. This place is like my home away from home, everyone at OD-HD is extremely helpful and treat you like family. They have gained a life long customer in me!!!!!! For the guy about the wrench, you should probably carry some tools on board for things like that.
I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful lady at Big O’s bike night. She is an employee of Old Dominion HD and would talk up the establishment and products. After four weeks of bike nights, I began my adventure of looking for a bike other than Honda, because of how much she talked up Harley. It wasn’t even a week later I found myself met with open arms by this lady, Kristen Hughes. She introduced me to the motorcycle sales lady Kaitlin Giles, who listened to all my wants and not even one lap around the lot and I was in love with my soon to be Harley. Then I went back to Kristen Hughes for all of my clothing, motorcycle gear etc. Kristen Hughes is by far one of the sweetest people I’ve met as well as Kaitlin Giles. Together they made my experience at Old Dominion HD an amazing one. I’ve been so happy with all my gear and I’ve been back several more times to visit Kristen Hughes and purchase more items, she’s a great sales lady and gets you into the gear you need, clothing that looks good and I can’t say enough good about her. Such an amazing experience love them there!

I have a Japanese bike and my tire went flat these guys droped everything and got us back on the road Todd and his staff are top notch I couldnt believe how great of a job they did! Never been treated so well by my home dealer if I could they would get ten starts.
Got a bolt through a brand new tire in 95S traffic on a Friday, called at 520pm, 40 mins before closing. They came with a trailer, picked me up and replaced the tire after closing. Excellent service and awesome attitudes! Thx gents!
