If youre not from around here, this is the place to go. Sushi was AMAZING!!!! And for the quality, an amazing deal. The fresh market area is very neat with a huge variety. Great selection on everything.

I miss the days where you could eat at Wegmans and get a great salad bar meal too, but they still have everything you need and lots more things I never thought of also! Im not one to risk grocery store sushi, but I stepped out today and it was delish! Cant wait to try the flavored hummus! Staff was amazing, per usual and its always clean as a beotch. Your card reader machines were always quick too. Smooth.

The products are fresh and delicious here! Its always a crowd of people but they always aim to please with a wide variety of departments and unique, international cuisine.

Other than high prices, good gravity. Pizza really good and price is good. Donuts stale.

Wegmans has the feel of a local market that has been skillfully expanded to include every food item known to man and at least 500 types of cheese. So much cheese. Oh, and they have a train above the cream cheese. By the way, I will only shop at places that have a train now, guys.

Very nice store. A bit pricey but nice. They have very good roasted chickens. Id have to go a few times to figure out where things are as it is quite large and spread out. Produce seems good also.

Very clean nice place..but I orded chicken to go..told the man not spicy..got to the hotel and couldnt eat dinner it was so spicy..I called the manager.she told me to come the next day for a refund..I thought that was very nice of her..I would definitely recommend this place

The sushi and dumplings were great but I could tell that some of them sat out for way too long because it tasted funny. I would totally buy it again regardless because the price for a family set of sushi for only $26 is great and it tasted amazing! Thank you to those hard workers who get up early to make all of that sushi! They have rows upon rows of sushi!

Lots of options! No matter your dietary needs, Wegmans usually has something for everyone. Really enjoy their large gluten free/paleo/vegan section for specialty foods. The employees are knowledgable and friendly which really helps. Whether searching ingredients or grab and go meals this place is great! Pizza specials are good too!

Great store, always offering wide array of unique products.I personally love their cheese section - if you can’t find something to please your pallet there, then it probably doesn’t exist

Wegmans has always been my favorite grocery store since I was a kid living in upstate new york. They havent lost their touch either. They still have everything you need and the Wegmans brand is always a solid, affordable option.

Love this place. Great sushi, made right in front of you. Fresh ingredients. I had a salad and slice of pizza. Yum. Sat upstairs to eat. They have an elevator as well as stairs. Good atmosphere for lunch. Comfortable couches and over-stuffed chairs or tables and chairs. Other people were there as well. Working/playing on laptops. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I love Wegmans it has everything you need in your houses like food and water jugs

I love their prepared foods, especially the sushi section. My kids love their pizzas. Mushroom and truffle is a particular favorite. Produce is always fresh. Prices are fairly competitive. Their house brand offerings are very good as well. Staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

They always have what I want/need, plus! I have to be careful or I always buy more than what I need because everything is so good!

I can’t believe I could not buy a few wines and alcohol because my wife didn’t have her ID with her and it wasn’t enough with my ID (the one paying) and they wanted to see both ID’s physically. Can someone explain me that policy ?? So if I come with 10 friends to buy some beers or wine; the 10 of them has to show their ID’s ? Just ridiculous!

Great place. Lots of fresh produce. My only problem is, I getting charges for something that I don’t have. Is happened couple times in the last couple months make sure to check your receipt.

I absolutely love Fredericksburgs Wegmans! Everybody is helpful and knowledgeable about their store. The manager is certainly setting the right expectations for his team, and it shows!

Have been a customer since they opened and usually went there there several times a month. Their specialty sections for cheese,wine, breads and cold cuts are the best in the area --- BUT -Over the last couple of years they have made changesTo things and dropped sections that I used to purchase from and have made significant price increases on many items. They started cutting back on their food bars about 5 years ago with gradual decline in what they offered while at the same time raising prices. Its completely gone now and no indication its coming back. Their prices on quality bulk meat and poultry prices are still good . Still has the best overall selection of a lot of items that others dont carry. Originally I would rate them a 5 - now. Maybe a 4.....

I Love Wegmans, they have so many options and things that other stores dont offer! I love just taking a stroll and seeing what new items I can find while there! Also the staff is super helpful if you need a little direction or a recommendation!

I gave this place four stars and I will explain. The store is unlike. Clean, big, beautiful, and has everything you need. The grocery section is the best and freshest in any town and not just here. The meat is second to none. The flower department is a masterpiece. The alcohol section is a small City. Over all, this is there best store any where and anytime. There for Star is just because it is very expensive store. Sure the quality is unmatched but I do not believe some stores should be for a specific class and income but then this is America, truly the best country in the world, and it is capitalizem.

Food cost is way to high at this store... 5 stars for the food quality and they have pretty much everything. I just cant shop there anymore with inflation

Their selection is above and beyond your average grocery store. If you need something and you cant find it at Wegmans then its in a whole other league of rare.Their staff are very knowledgeable of the layout and know all of the areas where what youre looking for is.

Easily my go to grocery store, everything I need in one location and the option of Organic eats is accessible. To lazy to prep and cook a meal?. But dont want preheated chicken sitting under a light. Grab an oven ready meal for you and the family to enjoy. I personally do it for meal preps with my hectic routine.

Wegmans love the store I wish they had one in Hiawatha Kansas cuz it would put Walmart out of business

I went to the pharmacy to get my COVID booster. I ended up shopping of course 😁The store is always clean and associates are checking temperature control on the meats. Also, the produce section always has associates working.

Largest panatone I have ever seen! Great store for all the specialty items you need for the holidays. Pumpkin spice Gouda something new for the holiday festivities. They stock Angelo Pietro Salad dressings in the Asian section. Great product. Fabulous selection of cookies.

Wouldnt let me buy beer because I was with my sister in law who didnt have an ID, I said what does it matter Im telling you shes 17, I was also with my wife well above drinking age and we both provided proper ID. The children up front deffered to manager named John, who did nothing to help but ask for her ID as I said, what for?.. to prove to shes underrage? I dont understand the hassling of customers, what if your buying wine with your son or daughter? Makes no sense. I was about to spend a couple hundred dollars on groceries I left it all on the conveyer belt. Wegmans sucks, and John and Wegmans management needs to reevaluate their policy.

My favorite spot to grocery shop. Get ready to be obviously, followed throughout the entire store, if you do not look white. At times, it makes for an uncomfortable experience.

This store is the store of great temptations. Everything you can think of is in here and things you never seen before are also in here. You can come in to pick up one item and 100.00 later you are leaving the store with some great finds. Some things are a little pricey but the food is fresh and tasty. They have cooked food and raw but all is very appetizing. I would recommend you spend some time checking them out.

Great staff, very pleasant and very very helpful . I like that they source their seafood, meat and produce from the USA when possible. I also like that they offer plant based ‘meat’ I think their choice is really good. I did not give a 5 star because the recycling of plastic bags should be strongly encouraged and the bins should be very different from the trash bins. For fresh produce mesh bags are available on the market but difficult to find at the store. Those are great because you can refrigerate your produce right in the mesh bag and it will not rot.

Im so glad theres a Wegmans in Fredericksburg. The baked goods are fantastic and I cant go to Wegmans without getting at least a loaf of bread thats made in the store. Ive tried a lot of their cook at home meals and theyre delicious and convenient. Their wine selection is very good and everyone is so friendly. Wegmans is a little pricey, but so worth it!

Jamie, (grocery manager, i believe) was absolutely awesome. My order could not arrive in time for my wedding but Jamie did everything he could to alleviate my stress and find what i needed. He called every Wegmans in VA for me and even followed up with me later after Id left. Forever grateful for the Wegmans in Fredericksburg!

A little pricey but the selections make up for some of there prices they have a huge wine selection and alot of produce goods and a huge selection of meat easy cook or fresh for homemade cooking. They have a small restaurant inside and have seating spaced indoors and outdoors upstairs has a outdoor seating as well that overlooks central park....They also have fred bus stop located on the right side of the building for people who dont have transportation.

Love stopping here on trips from New England to Florida. Love this store.

Love their selection, even though it can be a little pricey here. Their cafe is awesome to grab a quick bite to eat. I alway go here for my fresh produce and cooking/baking ingredients. With this location, I will say their employees can be pretty rude most often in comparison to other locations.

Being from Rochester, NY area, I am so very happy to have a Wegmans near Stafford. Always clean and employees are ever so pleasant and helpful. They usually have an item you cant find elsewhere.

Very large grocery store! The set up was well laid out, there was a large variety, and check out was fast and easy!

We love Wegmans and were thrilled to see it in Fredericksburg. It did not disappoint but I wish there had been more vegan take out dinners - like tofu and veges, vegan sausages with veges, tempeh and veges, bbq pulled jackfruit etc.

For such a large store they do a great job of making your shopping experience feel personal. I started shopping Wegmans four years ago because of their prices and selection and have consistently been happy with every trip since. The staff are helpful and kind and they genuinely seem to love what they do.You never see anybody looking upset to be there or unhappy w. being at work. That speaks volumes!You guys are great.

I usually give them 5 stars, as they have been my goto spot when traveling for years, but this time, not so much.The Hot Tables are gone and I understand that is because of Covid-19.But they have now pre-packaged what they say were the favorites.Well, they dont taste anywhere close to what they were before.The Chinese chicken was awful, all breading, the fried rice was tasteless, the turkey breast sandwich only tasted like whatever the mayo type substance was and the salad had wilted, tasteless leaves.I can see now why they werent voted #1 this year.

More products than Any competitor by far & very high quality at competitive prices.I only wish the Organics were not spread all over & separated like Organic whole chicken & done veggies that can only be found through an extensive search.

Wegmans is such an awesome supermarket and a place you can find just about anything you look for.

I do most of my shopping here, even though it’s a 40 minute drive. I can find almost everything here, plus specialty items and food to take home for dinner. Never have to wait long for checkout. They treat their employees well, and it shows

You’ll find products from all over the world here! Employees are great and respectful do their job great! Although we had two older ladies flip us off and cuss at us in the parking lot. Me and my wife had our kids so we were really upset but we are respectful people and decided to keep walking to our vehicles.

Running smoothly and has self checkout the place is well run and organized with plenty to choose from, the staff is helpful and the prepared food is great in both quality and variety. I would recommend the poke bowls and the Dani special sub.

They are a couple miles away from 95, but they are easy to find. You drive past a lot of stores to get to this place. They are a stand alone store with a whole lot of parking. Once inside, it is a typical awesome Wegmans experience. Clean, fully stocked with lots of cool stuff, friendly helpful staff. I wish there is a Wegmans in my town.

Great selection of bakery, meat, poultry, and Wegmans brand products. Some item is a hit or a miss. I am deducting two stars because the store doesn’t enforce mask wearing and social distancing.

I always come here man it’s my favorite place in the area to find groceries. Their produce is on lock. They have great options for non-gluten and plant-based stock at reasonable price points, too, and a wide variety of wine & beer, with specials going on quite a lot from what I’ve seen.Their pizza is pretty good with a flavorful crust (but better to make at home yourself, take a frozen home..$3.50 some a cheese slice is honestly crazy to me) .. also I’ve heard only great things with their subs, tried a roast beef once but thought it was kinda overrated. I think they used to have deals back in the way, but doesn’t seem like it any longer. Really miss the self-serve food line (like Whole Foods!) which is closed right now bc of COVID. Food court is basically high quality ingredients (I’m guessing), but expensive. You get what you pay for?The people are always friendly and their refund policy is real loose I heard. Don’t even need a receipt, you’ll get store credit for the purchase.You gotta get the wegmans card! Don’t be a chump and wait like I did 😿😀

Always a great experience. Large selections of produce, specialty foods, in-store brands, fancy cheese, beer, wine and read to eat meals. They have competitive prices and overall it just a nice shopping experience. If you dont like crowds, try shopping before 9am.

Wegmans is great. Their Wegmans brand products are of great quality. In particular their peanut butter. mayonnaise, salad dressings (all types) and cereals are delicious. The store is always very clean and well stocked. The employees are also very nice. The only problem is that it is 20 miles from my home but the juice is worth the squeeze.

Excellent selection! Especially with the international selections. Definitely my favorite grocery store in Fredericksburg. Only complaint is pricing is a little high.

This review hurts to write because we LOVE Wegmans!!We have gotten used to the very good sushi bar they had at Fredericksburg Wegmans. Weve ordered for reunions, large family gatherings, dinners, and staff meetings.Since last month weve seen a slow deterioration of quality. A few weeks ago we ordered a large sushi platter from catering. When the catering assistant brought it out for us, it was painfully obvious the entire tray had been dropped. We immediately pointed this out to her, and asked what happened to the tray. She just stared at us blankly, shrugged her shoulders, said it came that way, and walked away. When we went to talk to the sushi crew, they had already broken down their station. We showed them the tray. They took one look at the tray and were appalled as we were. It was obvious they were embarrassed. Knowing what it takes to break down a food prep station, I didnt have the heart to have them make a new tray. We left rather disappointed.We figured it was a one time mistake, until today. Instead of ordering another large tray from catering,m, we went directly to the sushi bar and picked out 10 trays of sushi. When we brought them home and started to dig in, we were quick to realize none of the trays had ginger or wasabi.I hope they get their act together soon. Meh...Publix is closer anyway. We can always give them a try.

Always love Wegmans. Thank goodness I have to travel across the Rappahannock bridge in traffic to get there. So that makes my shopping there limited. Save more money that way. I go for the produce. Best in the area compared to a farmers market. I miss seeing peoples faces. Cant wait for the mask to dissappear.

Such a large grocery store and very confusing to navigate if you arent familiar with it. Things are not in locations that make sense. The bread is in the fresh fish area. However, this is the best place in Fredericksburg to get all fresh food. Veggies and fruit, meats, cheeses, and seafood.

Only thing I can say is I love this place, food is always fresh.

Wegmans was crowded but the staff there really made it a very pleasant experience to shop there. Everyone was respectful of social distancing requirements and things moved very quickly through the usual choke points at the counters and checkout. Masterful job of organization and logistics by the management and an amazing staff. Ill continue to shop at this location

The Walmart of grocery stores, amazing diversity and range of product, very good presentation, exceptional staff that are knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly, and, surprisingly, very good prices, Wegmans had become our go to grocery store.

Wegmans is a classy clean place and whilst I cant do my regular shopping there due to sparse locations in Central VA, I do go out of my way while traveling to stop there because they stock my favorite seasonal beer: Sam Adams porch rocker.

Favorite grocery store. The few employees who have been super rude in the past seem to not work there anymore. ;)
