Denise is amazing!!!! She helped my wife and I pick out the best shades. We popped in on a family shopping trip. My wife knows what she likes so she started looking around. I wasnt even planning on buying anything, but after about ten minutes Denise offered a few suggestions and I was on the hunt.I spent the next 15 minutes patiently trying on old favorites and new looks, until I was almost done. I had a very narrow taste, and Denise did a great job finding a few slightly different styles that worked. I was set, and then I walked over to the Ray-Ban section.I have worn them before, and figured I should take a look prior to spending $200 I spent $200 on the same pair of Oakley I have worn out over the past 15 years. I grabbed a blue set called Wayfarers, and tried them on. I was confused because the side arms are so much thicker than what I was used to. I asked Denise and my wife what they were, and Denise got excited. She started to tell me all about them, and before I knew it I was on the kiosk designing my own pair.I bought them, the protection plan, and a set of D&Gs for my wife. All in all I spent a good chunk of change, but Denise made it so easy. Best experience in a Sunglasses store, and my first time in Sunglasses Hut. I will be back. I even called the store today (they came in 36 hours after purchase) to tell Denise how amazing they were. 11/10. Awesome experience and the shades are exceptional.

Gabrielle was so helpful! She cleaned the sunglasses I purchased, noticed a small scratch while cleaning, and immediately went to grab me another pair! She explained my warranty in detail and I just left with a warm fuzzy feeling about my purchase.

I had a great experience the customer service was excellent. My glasses where cleaned thoroughly and double checked to make sure they were new and pristine condition. She also made sure I had all of the essentials and I was able to choose a case of my liking. Thank you very much..

Paid $349 for a pair of Maui Jim a little over a week ago. I asked the sales lady if they had a pair that was not handled (new) she replied No, I purchased them anyways. Walking through Home Depot with glasses on lanyard and one of the lens fell off and hit the concrete floor. I Cant return or get my money back to buy Oakley or Ray Ban through Sunglass Hut. Once you purchase your on your own......lets see what happens through the manufacturer. Just so you know. Last time I buy from Sunglass Hut!!!
