Alex was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our propane needs! We purchased a new home recently and had many questions concerning propane, the servicing of the tank and pricing. Alex went above and beyond the call of duty and was very patient with all the questions and concerns we had. She has such a kind and upbeat personality. Thanks Alex for a great customer experience!

I contacted Laurie C about an offer I received in the mail from Quarles. I was immediately taken with her friendly voice and obvious experience in customer service. It was a pleasure. Laurie set-up my new account and made me feel welcome. Since then I have met Dale and I have talked to Karen twice. So far my experience with Quarles has been completely positive!

They do not keep to any kind of delivery schedule. We have to call them to come and fill our tank twice now. We are on a budget plan and they should know when to come out, but they will let your tank run empty. They also over estimate on how much gas you will use so you overpay. Do not use this company. Their customer service is awful.

In all fairness 17 years of service was okay. Last 2 years have been terrible. Last year they promised to check on us every month. Right now we have one empty tank, other two are at 5,and 10 %. We are in our 70s and pay every month, so they don’t have the excuse we need payments. Just lousy service now

We have been Quarles (propane) customers for many years. We have never had a single bad experience. We call when our tank is about 25-30% and just let them know whenever they have a truck in our area, to please include us on their route and they are here in a few days. We never wait until its an emergency, but still, they come quickly and the drivers are always courteous. I do not write reviews often, but I feel this one was worth doing. I hope the service continues to be the way it has been for us in the past.

I never agreed to buy 500 gallons of propane from Nobletts or Quarles. After Quarles purchased Nobletts I was informed by Quarles that if I did not purchase 500 gallons of propane per year I would be charged $125 per year for tank rental. If I do not pay the annual fee Quarles would stop delivery of propane to my residence. Corporate extortion?

Customer service is awful. I called after a week waiting for delivery. They were hung up on saying they get 7 business days to deliver and that is all they were worried about. They came on day 10. Last year they didnt show up and I had to go and buy kerosene to put in the tank when it was about 2 degrees last January. The drivers are nice but short-staffed. So, to rectify the problem I signed up for automatic refills. Tank almost empty today, called and found out that the supervisor I talked to didnt get the paperwork through. I am going out to purchase space heaters, and extra kerosene, since I have no faith in this company. This weekend is going to be frigid. But my anger towards Quarles will shoot up my blood pressure which will help keep me warm.

Gave a 1 star because thats the lowest rating, if there was a negative number that would be my choice. Website is horrible, kicks you off everytime you try to make a payment. Ran out of gas because they failed to fill it. So mush for their guarantee No Run out they advertise. Customer service is foreign to them. When I called about my gas out, they were tongue tied about the situation but pretty much said, well its not really a guarantee. Said they would give me a $50 credit. Wife had to stay home from work until they got there. Everything in the house is gas. Oh, and I never got the $50, credit promised. No surprise there. If the prior home owner didnt already have the service and their tank wasnt in the ground, I would drop them in less than a heart beat.

This place at one time (WAS) a relatively decent company. Now their customer service and website is by far the worst I have seen in a long time. Either get your act together, or give the business to someone else who actually appreciates their customers!!!!!

We are on automatic fill, they claim they deliver the same day for customers using autofil is false we had to wait 3 days. Thank goodness we had warm weather these past few days. Kylie in the Fredericksburg office and her Supervisor are the ladies who actually care the company gets zero stars but these 2 ladies get a 10!!!

Terrible customer service. It’s the coldest temperatures this year so far and they can’t schedule propane delivery until 5 days out (not counting weekends). No options for emergency delivery on weekend, House is barely 50’f with space heaters, attempting to keep pipes from bursting. Tried to leave message over weekend and kept getting disconnected. Calling Monday morning to find out about delivery, getting busy signal. Still no propane.Amendment - on 5th business day I called and was told I WAS on schedule today. No one arrived so I called back. Cust service said The note in my file said I was notified I wasn’t on schedule. I took off entire day of work to wait for delivery. I can’t get an answer and don’t trust them to be honest at this point. No heat or hot water yet.
