So at 3:30 p.m. on July 29th 2021 order a sub and the young man made a beautiful sub and then proceeded to smags the foil paper into the melted cheese onions and peppers. Hence to say as you can see I. The picture he ruined the sandwich. This is inexcusable.

Growing up I’ve always loved Sheetz. After moving away from the East coast for some years and coming back I was let down by a few Sheetz stores here in Virginia. But I will say this is hands down one of the best I’ve ever been too. It’s well kept, the food is great especially for the pricing, and the staff is super friendly.

Instead of blocking off pumps that are out of gas.. they let you run your card at the pump.. then only give you 1 choice if gas.. I was STUCK paying $3.26 a gallon!!

My favorite of the couple that exist in the area, located right beside Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center, its extremely convenient for the residents of Lees Hill south, Timber Ridge and Lees Park. I know a few staff by name and for good reason, always friendly, thoughtful and hardworking, they have some of the best quick snacks if youre on the go or simply looking for something easy for dinner(chicken tenders, premade turkey/chicken wraps, customized made to order Subs, hot dogs/burgers, coffee and shakes just to name a few. I would be surprised to hear a bad word about this place and hope you have the time to check them out.

As of March 13th, 2020 - will never come here again. Been shopping and getting gas here 3-5x/week since they opened, but not anymore.

Apparently only having one guy to make food is really amazing when theres like 13 people in here waiting for food Ive been here 25 minutes for one damn sandwich wow thanks for making me late to work.Update for 11/18/17 - STEPHEN DUDE SERIOUSLY IF WE HAVE MORE THAN ONE ITEM GIVE ME A DAMNED BAG I SHOULD HAVE TO ASK WHILE YOU STARE AT ME CONFUSED.

Today, wasnt as pleasant via didnt receive a receipt on Pump 2 and was pumping gas on pump 4 as well, so Wife went inside and was serviced by a supposedly Customer Service Rep who advised her that he cant pull up the transaction on Pump 2 and needed the receipt in order to see that a transaction was made. This took place around 7:55am on 4-17-2017 and then the actual Customer Service Rep reported that I called him a name but didnt explain what he had just done as the Cashier/Customer Service Rep. Rating for this trip is below Zero. Email will follow as well.

Another OUTSTANDING SHEETZ!!!This location was well staffed and stocked!The counter help was great, and there were too many options for me to simply buy something and get out!!!I only wish I had known that he fuel price was so much lower than the other station I had just filled up at!Oh Well - GREAT JOB SHEETZ

Sheetz is exactly what you expect Sheetz to be. This place is clean and always well stocked!

Worst place to get food from, 20 minutes trying to to get two regular hotdogs and than they tell me they forgot my fries to wait for a couple more minutes.Will not go back there again.

So damn slow. every Sheetz I go to, the employees move super slow. I ordered a sandwich & it took 20 minutes. TWENTY MINUTES. why is it that I can go to Wawa, order a sandwich & by the time Im done with it, its ready...but coming to Sheetz, it takes the cashier 5 minutes to ring up the person in front of mes order because theyre carefully placing the items in the bag like they may explode otherwise. Sheetz...step your game up.

Good prices with friendly and personable people who want to make you happy. Great gas prices with the My Sheetz Card and the Sheetz credit card. MTO (Made To Order) food is fresh and just the way you want it. Periodic promotions, custom drinks, fast service, and clean bathrooms round out a great customer experience.

Lucy went above and beyond for me. She heated up a hot Pocket for me even though she told me she might not be able to. She saved my night, in which Wawa ruined by flat out rejecting me.

The food is pretty lame when compared to WAWA stuff. The staff are always AWESOME! I gotta say that if you arrive at 7am during the weekday to fill up, youll have to contend with a half dozen commercial moving trucks jamming up the entire gas pump area and entrance ways. None of the drivers speak english either, as asking them to move is a moot point

Great stop for gas, food and other conveniences.

Everytime I try to get food from here, they either give my order to someone else or it takes 20 minutes. Im done. Ill go back to WaWa
