If I could give less than a 1 star review I would. I called to get ask a question about getting a prescription filled and was on the phone for 1/2 hour and finally decided to drive the 15 minutes over while still on hold. Now have been standing in line for 25 minutes, call still hasn’t been answered, and there’s no end in sight. The staff is understandably stressed but that doesn’t mean they should be cold and rude. Two thumbs way down.
I understand how hard professionals in this industry are working and I understand that this is a stressful environment. This is the fourth time Ive come today about prescriptions for my family and the staff here has been so cold, unkind and outright unprofessional. I hope they remember the customers here are seeking care and some compassion. At very least, professionalism. I am so disappointed.
I had a prescription for antibiotics sent to this pharmacy two days ago,We stopped by earlier in the afternoon and was told that it would take two hours and was not ready. We returned four hours later,Not only was the prescription not ready but we were treated in my opinion as if we were bothering the individual working in the pharmacy. As I tried to give her my name information she rudely interrupted me multiple times and on top of the horrible customer service we were told it would take another three hours. We will be returning this evening unfortunately to try and pick it up again. If it is not ready we will submit another review in hopes that CVS will replacce the worker and fix the problem that they are apparently having based off of the reviews.Customer service was horrendous,The wait was too long,And if this is how business is going to be conducted you guys are better off shutting down and letting Walgreens move in. Thanks for wasting our time throughout the day. Also After being rudely interrupted I was asked for my ID card because the person working would not listen to my basic information I was giving her. I will give you guys a zero star if I could.I would recommend any and all prescriptions anyone receives in the future not be sent there unless you like getting abused and lied to and waiting several hours for one prescription of antibiotics. Thanks
Ive been on hold to talk to the pharmacy for nearly an hour. Ive previously been a loyal Walgreens customer. Apparently I need to go back...The saddest part? What I need cant be done online so its either this or drive 25+ minutes.
NOT 24 HOURS. Come here at around 430 in the morning and the doors are locked. I had to call the store to be told they were cleaning. I have a sick child in need of alot of stuff and its the only place open. Incredibly inconvenient and inaccurate. Dont say youre 24 hours if you arent. Ive worked in retail all my life and we never close those store to clean.
Would give them one star if I could. I get it your busy.... But please be upfront about it. I would rather be told its going to take 3 hours then sit there and be told every hour its going to be another hour. Poor management and rude staff. Save yourself the hassle, If its possible go to another location.
I would give this location no stars if I could. They’re awful. Staff is always complaining that they’re the only 24 hour CVS around and that’s why it takes so long to fill, regardless of the time of day when any of the other locations are open. They are rude and incompetent and there is no excuse for it to take them 6 hours to fill a few scripts. Called at 2 to verify meds would be ready as my hubby had been in the hospital and we just wanted to grab and go, was told they were working on them at that moment and when asked if they’d be ready within the hour it was like I was crazy for asking, of course they’d be ready. Get in the pharmacy around 8 and they said “oh we’re working on those right now, give us about 45 minutes” keeping in mind that’s how long I’d been waiting in line already! Then they got rude with me for telling them it’s unacceptable when they told me 6 hours ago they’d be done! This location needs to be shut down and an alternative location needs to be opened 24hours!
They literally NEVER answer the phone. & I’m tired of waiting in line for 45 minutes to 1 hour for them to tell me it’s not ready yet again and have to come back an hour later to wait another 45 minutes to 1 hour to finally pick up my medicine. Month after month. It’s quite ridiculous. If you’re understaffed don’t you think it may be a good idea to hire more people… hmmm. Nothing you can do when you and your family needs prescriptions but to waste 3 hours a month to get your medicine. & if they answered the phone they’d have less double through traffic.
Today you could tell their was limited staff, the drive through was steady busy, the phones volume was high and there was only two workers on duty..Jessica and Lanes’s was not only had smiles during the distress they handle me and everyone with a smile and good energy . Not to mention it was 90 degree day. We need more people like this in the world. I am so thankful .
Twice now in the past week I have came to pick up my child’s prescriptions and they weren’t ready. The first prescription I was told it would be an hour and 5 hours later it still wasn’t ready. Now once again another prescription that has been here for 2 days would be an hour to be filled. Like I said the prescription was called in 2 days ago so therefore it should be ready.
Absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to, they admittedly ordered the wrong prescription of a controlled substance then tried to sell me the incorrect prescription after already admitting it was wrong. After I was a week late to take my medication I was able to speak to my provider to move the prescription and had it within 2 hours of moving it.
Not well staffed pharmacy takes forever
I am not a fan of CVS in general but some locations are better than others. This one is awful and it is unfortunate that this is the one which is 24 Hours.I live in Stafford and after my father left the ER at Stafford Hospital, I went to go get his medication at the 24 hour location in Stafford. Long story short, they did not have the medication in stock and I had to have the Rx transferred to this location because they had the med in stock.I cannot stand this location after a negative experience prior but it had been years since I had to go to this CVS so I was hopeful that this would be a better experience. Nope!I get to the counter and am told that the woman in Stafford hadnt transferred the script. I was very annoyed but tried to be patient. I was told it would be 30 minutes to get the medication. I decided to wait in my car because of this Covid-19 pandemic and did so.I go back inside the store in 30 minutes and there is a long line waiting to get their prescriptions. The pharmacist is at the register instead of verifying and checking the prescriptions and he is slow as dirt. The woman who told me it would be 30 minutes returns from her break after I have been waiting in line for 15 minutes and I see her clock in and then put my fathers medication in a tray to be verified! Some young girl at the drive thru doesnt seem to have a clue and keeps interrupting the slow as molasses pharmacist to ask questions and it is an absolute mess. Finally 50 minutes later I get to the counter and if it had not have been for the fact that two customers prescriptions werent ready, I am sure another 20 minutes would have been tacked on to the wait. The entire time the automated system is announcing pending calls and I have to wonder if the woman in Stafford really dropped the ball or if it was this location. This location needs new staff or more staff because it is extremely inefficient. If you can go to another location, do it.
Every pharmacist I have encountered here has been totally rude. The service is super slow. I had to wait an hour and a half for a script to be filled. This night the assistant was friendly and helpful... working his hiney off but the pharmacist did not want to come behind the computer to help the line of customers. When he did he was a total jerk. It is unfortunate this is the only 24 hour pharmacy in the area!
Waiting 2 days for 3 prescriptions and order was put through from a hospital
On hold for a hour rep answered 14 minutes in and put me on hold never did get to speak to anyone again was hung up onWorst pharmacy around staff has no motivation in the back.
I went do fufill a full service shop and deliver order for a customer who had placed it through doordash. I made an attempt to ask the manager in the store about which aisle i could find these items in after he came out from a door, but got the reply of i cannot help you... i wasnt asking for him to shop for these items.. so after wasting valuable time at almost 4 a.m. upon checkout i get an unprofessional attitude because i replied to him that i found what i needed finally and was going to report him to corporate, in which in the end the sale was refused and i was asked to leave and not come back.. ill gladly stay away from a store like that with leadership which acts like that..
After leaving my prescription at the pharmacy not picked up for at least one week, they still had it available and ready for me.I am new to Virginia, moved from out of state and had nothing but the best experience. I called them on my way and Sam answered the phone. I advised that I was on my way. Sam took my insurance information and had my prescription ready for me when I walked in.Ashley Checked me out and couldn’t have been any nicer. The pharmacist Jessica, and her pharmacy technicians, Sam and Ashley, were all part of creating an easy breezy pharmacy pick up. Thank you so much. It is so appreciated.Side note: When I was asked by my doctor which pharmacy I Wanted to have my prescriptions sent to, I asked her if there’s anywhere that she recommended. She told me there was a CVS right down the road from her office. After mapping it out from my house once I had left her office, I had considered changing The location for something closer to my home, but it is so nice to interact with kind people, so I won’t be changing anything.Thank you for a wonderful experience.
The pharmacy dept still hasnt changed. I dread going in to pick up a prescription bc its always the same rudness with a lack of customer service. Why are you working as a pharm tech in a cvs then, one of the largest retails where youre the front (and drive thru) window with the public? The phone line is worst. Good luck reaching anyone. They will put your medicine on hold and wash their hands free of it on their end; not notify you and when you realize later and call for a status, they will tell you to get with your doc.
Very bad customer service. They make you wait at the drive thus for hours.while they talking to the other customers that already got the medication.
Terrible experience. Waited over 4+ hours. No staff.
Terrible service at the pharmacy.
This has to be the busiest CVS Ive ever seen. They do a great job getting my Rx out on time. Sometimes it takes awhile, but they let me know up front.
This CVS has an excellent pharmacy! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are a pharmacy next to a hospital so they get busy sometimes. They do a great job of getting their job done efficiently. Im headed there today to get meds for SuperWife.
Extremely slow and unprofessional staff
This is THE WORST pharmacy. The drive through where you are to “drop off and pick up” prescriptions took over an hour because they let one customer sit at the window and wait for their prescription to be filled. DO NOT GO HERE. They let this car block the entire lane and didn’t make them move. Then go inside and they do not even have anything ready. Glad I spent my night at CVS pharmacy for what should’ve been a 15 minute visit at any other pharmacy.
This place sucks
Slowest pharmacy service in the area. Call a scrip in and hours later theyre waiting for the pharmacist to verify it. The staff is very nice and courteous however. At least theyre consistent with their speed, never had a quick pickup here.
Helped get a prescription transferred. Appreciate their help!
Worst pharmacy ever! The pharmacists are rude and a few of the helpers are rude as well! They are suppose to be professionals and I dont think they are. They put me on hold for 5 minutes and when they got back they hung up on me. Every single time I go to this pharmacy, I always have bad experiences, it never fails! Especially when its the older male pharmacist or the really short female pharmacist! They are rude as hell! They shouldnt b pharmacists if they cant handle customers nicely!
LOVE THIS CVS! The only one I use. Really professional, educated, polite, helpful, they get it right the first time!
Pharmacy and staff did not know their own store’s address. Not helpful or respectful.
The lady that does the drive thru at night with short hair and glasses is really rude. We were extremely nice to her then she was mad that I wanted to transfer a prescription. Lucky for her, I did not reciprocate her attitude.
The screwed up to critical prescriptions. In the first instance they gave us the wrong dosage. Second time, I called to make sure my prescription had been filled after my doctor called it in. They told me they didnt have it in stock but ordered it and it would be in the next day. Well it wasnt delivered and then told me that it would come in the next day. I had to explain that I needed it that day and if I didnt it would delay my procedure. They said it wasnt their fault but I explained it was b/c I could have gone to another CVS that had it in stock had they told me not to worry, they would get it in. They over promised and didnt deliver. Im work in DC and I will stick to my CVS in dupont.
I can see theyre working really hard, but they fill scripts from the ER at the hospital right up the hill. When the ER is busy (which is pretty much always) theyre busy. If youre looking for a regular pharmacy go to the CVS down the road just past Cowan Boulevard. Theyre not a 24 hour pharmacy but theyre much better equipped to handle regular everyday business.
I have been to many CVSs throughout this area.. N I have left those stores ready to catch a court case... The 1 in Woodbridge on rt. 1 near Little Caesars Pizza has the WORST customer service I have ever endured they made me really appreciate MY CVS .. I would NEVER GO BACK THERE not unless they change their pharmacy staff. But this CVS, in Fredericksburg (591 Jefferson Davis Hwy) I claim as my CVS .. The pharmacy staff is GREAT. The whole staff is.. Thank you to this 24hr CVS for making me feel like you care and being considerate.. I dont go to any other cvs unless I have to.. I think they need to train the other stores.
1) 5 stars the person at the front desk greets you!2) 1 Star the parking lot is extremely dirty.3) 1 Star the pharmacist has an attitude, rude !4) 5 stars the pharmacist assistants were courteous!
I have been sitting on hold for 20 minutes so far for a pharmacy issue, nobody answers the phone!
Very poor patient service. Cant do nothing attitude. Very rude.Whenever I can I will avoid this pharmacy, they should make a patients life easier ad that wasnt the case with me. These pharmacies have stopped serving their purpose, now they are just overpriced walmarts.
The WORST PHARMACY!!!!! On hold for OVER an hour!!!!! Unacceptable. Issue STILL not resolved.
Photo and pharmacy are both a joke. Had my sons FIRST birthday party invitations printed here and the blue sky is sea foam green! Perforation marks along all the edges, grainy photos and black ink lettering that skips. Just awful! I live 30mins away so I called before I left to be sure the pharmacy had the called in prescription from our doctor. Got there and they had not done ANYTHING to fill prescription. Apologized and told me 15 min. Its been over 50min now, still waiting. Went out of my way to use this place and I will never be back.
GPS is so cool because when u dont know where you dont know the way it knows the way . Shes not rude to me .
The best sevice although at nite ive had slight trouble with wait about 5 out of 100
I don’t why many people gave them good reviews when I always call them I have trouble with them they just hang up on you and they don’t know how to talk specially the pharmacists are very rude
Friendly and Professional Staff and Nurses
I called to pick up they said it is ready when I get there they said just give us 10min that 10min become 25min just West my time
Fast and friendly service!
Slow service with an attitude. If I didnt need the script right away I would have gone elsewhere, but its the only pharmacy open 24 hours within a 30 min drive.
The worst management, I am talking about tech Kally
Very unfriendly. Dont listen to what youre telling them.
The Worst pharmacy! I spend thousands of dollars every month at this location and its always f@$! Up Walgreens here we come
This is the ghetto CVS. Its outdated and stale inside. The parking lot and general exterior is a dump. Go to the Cowan Crossing CVS if you can. Id never seen a CVS with a full-time security officer inside until I walked into here.
Whoever the pharmacist was @ 7pm of 7/13/2016, he is extremely rude, he is hard of hearing and just decides to yell over the phone like he had schizophrenia
Very professional
Open late unlike most places.
