We were there a few days ago and was helped by a girl named Alexis. Not only did she find the item my husband needed in the back, she also came up when the line was long and helped right away. We had the pleasure of her helping us 2 times, as she checked us out too. Thank you Alexis for going the extra mile to make our shopping experience very good. My husband has horrible social anxiety and she was so sweet to us.

Its my babies bday tomorrow and it was one red dress on a mannequin. The manager said per store policy they cant undress the mannequin. Its Thanks a ton of gray ones just like it. Way to go Fredericksburg H&M staff... Happy not so Happy

Decent selection of clothes for younger kids. Prices are very reasonable, but quality could be a little better.

Whats not to love? Its H&M! Theyre always changing up the place so its never stale the next time you visit. Friendly staff. The cashier that checked me out was very knowledgeable about their coupons and deals and helped me score some money off my purchase. She was incredibly nice. Always love shopping there in general.

A good selection at times, but the styles seem way out dated. Some items are reasonable others not so much. Finding a person to ask questions is like finding a worker in Walmart to ask, just not there.

Rude manager approached my 2 daughters about wearing a mask, I said they are medically exempt. He said nobody is medically exempt here, Im asking you to leave, so I said Im just going to purchase what I have here and leave he said no Im asking you to leave. I walked to the cashier and the manager rang me up and I left without being able to shop the store. Soo you take my money and ask me to leave because I am medically exempt? Please Inform your staff there are people Who are Not Required to wear masks. We all Need to have common courtesy and basic respect.

Its your average H&M. Fast fashion. Reasonable prices. Shockingly good quality for the price. You cant try anything on right now so keep that in mind.

H&M has so many options for clothing. The prices have a good range, but tend to be less pricey than other places. Sizes range from infant to adult, and hey have anything from shoes to accessories and clothing.

I’ve been waiting a long time for hm to come. Super disappointed with the selection and sizes! There was a lot of 0-2, and size small. No hm+ or maternity. The manager on duty was helping an associate with my return and she wasn’t pleasant about it. She seemed very flustered. I didn’t have the cc I made the purchase with because it was compromised but had my receipt I asked for a store credit which was not an unreasonable request because we weren’t 100% that the funds would go back on my new cc, she said once they did the refund it was out of her hands.... didn’t sit well with me. She was very short not welcoming at all. Nyla was in the fitting room and she turned my experience around! She was friendly and when I mentioned my disappointment with the manager she apologized! She held my purchases while I tried on more merchandise and I just appreciated her kindness! Hopefully they get more merchandise and more sizes. I’ll probably drive the 30 minutes up to Potomac the store is smaller but had better selection and sizes! I’ll chalk the managers behavior up to a bad day butttttt definitely wasn’t pleased. We are frequent HM shoppers and drop 200-300 dollars when we visit. There’s to much competition to be given an attitude for a return with a receipt! Hopefully the next visit will be better

I wish I could give no stars . I’ve always had a love and hate relationship with H&M . Love their clothing, but HATE their customer service . Annoyed that they wouldn’t let me buy a shirt off the mannequin that was last in my size . I WANT TO BUY THE SHIRT, take off my size and replace it with the same shirt in another size . They always make things difficult.
