I am obsessed with Converse lo sneakers and at 30 pairs, ones that I dont have are hard to find. At Journeys, they have a great selection in store and on line. The staff have been so attentive and patient. Thanks to the sales girl today, I bought my first pair of Vans and I havent worn Vans since I was a child living in CA.

I went here on Monday 2 Dec at 10:50 am and they werent open. 11:10 am and still not open. The hours listed are incorrect.When I called, there was no answer.Update:Apparently there was a some issue. The hours are correct. Edited from 3 star to 4.

I am very upset and wouldn’t buy at this location again. Hopefully the one in Woodbridge is better. I have been looking at a VANS shoes for two weeks for my daughter. They didn’t have her size and the gentleman even look at the bottom of shoes where the price was. It states $59.99. So I came almost everyday to see if they had her size. Today when I go in again they finally have her size. She rings it up and it was a different price from the sticker. Now it rings up $64.99. I told and showed her that the tag says $59.99. She states that some employees didnt know what they were doing and I had to pay it at $64.99. Well I had no choice cuz it was a birthday present for my daughter. I just won’t shop at this one and I’m going to tell everyone! It was that price for two weeks and 3 different employees had looked at it and now you tell me it was tagged mistakenly!

Dont order from website!!! It a scam i never received my shoes and the money was taken out my account. Call customer service and they never pick up or call back. The tracking number never exist they sent to my email.

They took too long and the staff was not very knowledgeable on the products
