I financed a 2009 Honda Pilot. This was the first car I’ve ever financed and I can say the process was easy and fast. The staff were friendly and helpful. After a week or two of driving my Pilot to work several of the lights started to come on in the dash so I took the car back for them to fix since it was still under warranty. They took it to their mechanic to change the plugs. I drove it to work for a month before I started having problems again (loss of power, I was told the warranty ran out due to the miles I put on it. I took it to my mechanic who said the plugs look liked they weren’t changed. He changed all of the plugs. Car drove fine for a few months until it started loosing power and lights came back on in the dash. My mechanic told me the plugs kept going bad and I had a cracked piston. I called L&S they told me to take the car to their mechanics to see what was wrong with it. Their mechanics confirmed the cracked piston. I couldn’t afford to fix the car and pay high monthly payments. I went in to talk with the owners. They said they couldn’t help me and I would still need to pay for the car. I left the car in the parking lot and gave the keys back. I can’t finance anywhere else due to the amount still owed on my credit because of this place. Such a disappointment.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Stay away never buy from them. They 100% will mislead on what you are getting. Very very shady DO NOT TRUST THEM or BUY FROM THEM! Then they used spray foam insulation inside the rust hole. Really. Go look at there Facebook page where it allowed me to upload photos.

If I could rate this business less I would. I purchased a 2009 RAV 4 and with in several weeks it started to leak water behind the dash... I took to my mechanic who said this had been an ongoing problem... someone had stuffed towels in to the space and they had been saturated and moldy. Contact with this company has been antagonistic at best usually ending in them hanging up the call. The moisture shorted out the electronics on I-95 and it died... I walked away and notified them of the location of the car... They seemed angry but when I notified them of the vehicles where about they once again hung up on me. I filed for bankruptcy and this company is still pursuing collections and refuses calls and court notification... I filed Pro Se and he began laughing and got snarky so I will be filing for relief with the courts to end this nightmare....Avoid at all Costs

Ba careful....they are selling a 2019 Honda Civic Si for $16,500 and they say the car has a clean title. Ask for the VIN and pull the Carfax report. The reason the car is being sold for 4-6k under true value is that the car was totaled in an accident. Even with a reverse title, Honda will void the manufacturers warranty. Buyer beware!

My husband went in and spoke with a lady that was willing to work with him and gave him a great option for a vehicle. We were very excited my husband wanted to speak to me first to make sure that I agreed.He came in a few days later and the lady’s husband, the manager changed the deal and wanted us to pay more than we originally agreed.Then my husband came in again to check out a car they had and the manager made rude comments to my husband about our pastor and was completely inappropriate.I would not recommend this place because of the customer service my husband received and the disrespect and how quickly they are willing to up their price knowing you’re in need.

We just bought our second vehicle From L&S Auto. Our first truck we bought was a Nissan Frontier back in 2016 and it was time to get a new family car and we decided to go back to L&S Auto Brokers because we had a good experience the first time, they were straight up front and were able to get us a good deal the first time and this second time was same story. I just bought my 2007 Nissan TItan from L&S Auto. I live in Maryland and drove 1 and half to get to them and it was a great experienced from start to end. Truck was as I expected from pictures which was a plus and truck was in good mechanical conditions. Notice that their cars were very clean and had good costumer service. I found a car online and called about asking for the mileage since it was not displayed on the website. They said it was 120,000, the next day I called back to double check the mileage before commuting 90 minutes to see the car, they promised me the car was in good shape, no problems, and the mileage was in fact at 120,000. Well upon arrival the odometer in fact said 209,000 and the state inspection expired 2 years ago.Not to mention the car was priced at $1200 over what the actual was, and that was before finding out there was an additional 89,000 miles on it. II would never return to this place, after be lied to and wasting 180 minutes of driving time.

I went to the dealership to look at a truck I was serious about buying and spoke to an associate about the price and they said to make an offer worst they could do was counter it. Fast forward to today I called with an offer to have a man laugh at me and hang up the phone on me. I am a disabled veteran that has done 2 tours in Iraq that has since been retired and am trying to find the best deal possible. I will be spreading the word about this horrible establishment to all friends, family, co workers, American legion, veterans of foreign wars, and disabled American veteran members. bad reviews go travel further then good ones do. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB(Better Business Bureau)

It was the worst experience. The two trucks I brought were no good. Then they charged me more money to change my 30 day tags with the last truck I had to trade in because the other two were no good. Just make sure you have all your facts straight and the car will make it to the next week

I didnt afford this business the opportunity to waste my time. They did not respond to several e-mails requesting information about a vehicle listed for sale. After several calls, I finally made contact with the office. I inquired about the vehicle of interest, and the sales person said, are you ready to do business or are you going to waste my time and go and ask your wife? I hadnt been on the phone for ten seconds when I was verbally accosted by this company.If they were the last dealership on the planet and my life depended on it, I would not purchase a vehicle from this business. Moreover, I would absolutely NOT recommend this establishment to anyone.L & S Autobrokers is owned and operated by a bunch of slack-jawed troglodytes that clearly possess double-digit IQs and absolutely zero concern for any customers.Deal with these folks at your own risk.

U sold me a car with bad brakes just so I could it off the lot and hang n the phone up in my face.my girl friend was drive n the car at night all four wheel lock ed up some one could have ran n too her an kill her.the brakes were fix wright from day one the brake have lock up 5/or6/times been on the back of a tow truck 4 time. I told to come an get it because the car was unsafe an I was not going to drive it no more.I never miss a car note I was late for week.thats it when when they came an got my car .the next time I heard from them was threw a letter an said the car was b n repo ed how can u repo a car an I never miss a note the car was never fix now I will see them in side of a court room.
