As a petite female going through the car buying process, I have to say I had the BEST possible first impression with master salesman Teddy and manager Mickey. I have purchased a few cars on my own over the years and been to dozens of dealerships for each one trying to find not only a car that works for my tastes, but a sales team that is genuine. Even though there was an issue with the car I was interested in already being sold, Teddy was very upfront and honest with me from the beginning, and offered to still show me around the lots to see if there was anything in my taste and price bracket I would see. I felt 0 pressure to buy as Teddy was very kind and insightful for all the questions I had while treating me as another person, not a money machine or some dumb lady wanting a fancy car. I am still in the process to find a car but look forward to checking in with Teddy and Mickey to see what they get in stock or can help locate.
I scheduled service through the MB Assist since I could never get anyone to answer the service line at the Huber dealership. On the scheduled day of service, we showed up on time with our 2021 GLE 350 for its first service. Service Advisor said it would take 1.5 to 2 hours to complete the service. You guys know the deal, it took 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I am fine with the delay, because the service is normally slower than they advise. I paid the bill and left. As i reviewed the bill, I noticed a 11.50 charge for windshield wiper fluid. That must be some special MB windshield wiper fluid, because the high price fluid that I have seen is at the highest 5.50 and that is high. My point is most dealerships top off those type of fluids as a courtesy. I realize now this dealership does NOT do the courtesy top offs. So, make sure you top off your wiper fluid or expect to pay additional $12.00 for your $60,000 vehicle you paid for, already. But they will wash your car ($19.95 value- they say) like my 12 year kid did it, with trash still left in the cup containers and all weather mats still dirty. I would think attention to detail is born and bred with a MB dealerships. Lets see how this plays out.....More to follow. But guess what, you can get a free thermal mug for a 5 star rating.Part Two:Track Record: I have only done about 5 reviews and since I am relatively new to this my responses were mostly to really poor service or food.. I am glad to see your snide remark is inline with your previous responses to other negative posts. This is one of the reasons I decided to respond to this. I hope folks look at all your responses as an indication of customer service as your track record indicates a pattern of pointing fingers instead of getting it right. Judging by your lack of knowledge of the Service provided and what is included, you must be a paid media service and I hope its not a HUBER dealership employed person responding. Please let me know as this will make my decision for future business. Thank you in advance and look forward to a quicker answer. If you are not sure if the top off is included in the Service A, can you also let me know, as it was an additional charge. Teddy Parker was early for our appointment.He answered questions without pressure, and on top of it all he is a true gentleman. Ask for him. He is worth your time. He made my deal happen!FOLLOW UP: I had to email Teddy about my vehicle 2 1/2 months later. Teddy answered very quickly and helped me with my issue. Teddy is an honorable man, and GREAT to deal with!
On the day of purchase I felt rushed and pushed through sign off because they were so busy and had others customers to get to, didnβt even do a test drive. Communication has been really bad post purchase on multiple issues. Tried emailing about ELW, no response from Whitney. Was told I would have certain services covered by Ryan and it took over a month later to get reimbursed. 2 months after purchase of my CPO C63s the tires were dry-rotted and down to the cords and could have put me in a accident. The car has now been down almost a month after only owning it for 2. Communication to get new tires has been horrible and a slow process being out of state. After obtaining differential flush records it was done @9k miles instead of 2k like the owner manual calls for (7k miles over service), with it being a CPO I assumed the services would have been done according to schedule and on time. A strict eligibility requirement for CPO is services were done according to schedule, posted right on MB USA. In this case that isnβt so. Extremely disappointed in my first Mercedes experience and customer service after spending 89k. Make sure you ask for service records on a CPO car prior to purchase and make sure what the handbook calls for was done. CPO only means one service done at a Mercedes dealer prior to them receiving it to qualify it. Services records before that donβt matter and isnβt their responsibility.

Went in to this location with my own financing ready to purchase new. However, the sales manager annotated to me this afternoon, most of their selection of Mercedes brand (very few) do not hold a chip, and that most of the selected new vehicles are being pushed to back to loaner status.Buyer beware due to the vehicles on lot, since most may not know the current state of affairs consisting of the chip shortage.., and it appeared that they were most interested in trying to sell their huge inventory of used randomness.PS: I did receive a higher appraisal for my potential trade though.

I purchased my first Mercedes Benz from Mercedes Benz of Fredericksburg. The entire process was seamless. I worked with Teddy Parker. I was able to pre-qualify over the Internet and do everything that I needed to do before I stepped inside the dealership.We took it for a quick test drive and it was everything that I wanted. Financing was a breeze. After the transaction was complete, Delonte showed me the ins/outs of the entire car and how to work everything. I would definitely recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Mercedes of Fredericksburg!!!
Worst customer service! Youβd expect for the price you pay for a car here that the customer service would be impeccable. Not so much. The service department doesnβt pick up the phone. If you leave a message, they wonβt call you back. We purchased a loaner vehicle and didnβt see the car for another week after paying it for it. For some reason the salesperson refused to call the car back and trade it out, but rather waited for it to be returned after telling us weβd have it in a day or two (we didnβt). Then the car was given to us damaged (chunk of paint missing), which was not disclosed upon purchase. Rather than repair it properly, the service department simply painted over it with a touch up pen (which looks terrible). Additionally, they allowed my husband to sign all the paperwork but because the check to pay was in my name, required me to come back to also sign the paperwork over two weeks later as we were literally driving out of town for the weekend. We had to return and go back over 20 miles in order to sign (they claimed it was urgent and couldnβt wait). Not a week later I had to return the car for two recalls. When I went to pick it up, they couldnβt find the keys! I waited for almost 20 minutes for three different people to locate the keys. Most recently the window open/close button inexplicably broke while I was putting the window up, and the service department claims it might not be covered by warranty. The car is three months old! This dealership has made me never want to own or deal with Mercedes ever again. If you must own a Mercedes, drive north to purchase it. Dealing with this nonsense is absolutely not worth your time or money. I got better service from Ford where I paid half as much for a car.

Rather disappointed that only 1 out of 5 people I interacted with when picking up my car didnt know how to drive my manual car so I had to get my car from the lot/shop. I found an empty drink cup trash left in my car. At least they also dropped $0.35 of change in my car too that I got to keep. At least they offered to detail inside of car after finding the trash and I had to walk back to the shop to back my own car out.Follow upThe dealer gave me a free full car detail since they left trash in my car previously. Happy with my very clean and shiny car inside and out now.

We called Mercedes-Benz of Fredericksburg lookig for a used Toyota Highlander I had found through the Consumer Reports website. Antoine Richardson answered the call. He responded with information on the car I had seen but also emailed me about one that had just come in. He was super accommodating and informative. We drove that car home today. Very happy with the service received from Antoine at Mercedes-Bens of Fredericksburg and made the drive from Richmond worth the effort.

**UPDATE**Although my buying experience was a good one, they have now gone non responsive to my questions about receiving my hard tags. I have call and left messages and sent emails all with no response. I guess this is how they operate once they make the sell.....My family and I showed up at the dealership 20 minutes before closing and I must say the patiences and time that was showed to us by the team and especially our sales consultant Eric was exceptional. They never made us feel rushed and Eric took his time to explain the details of the vehicle I chose and even showed me another option for comparison. We would have never known he was new to the dealership and were happy to be a part of his first sale. Congratulations Eric, I love my new car!

Delantes enthusiasm, kindness, knowledge and passion was the cherry on top! I am in sales and he is everything a company could ask for. This shout out is to the service department. I had the unfortunate experience of a faulty thermostat and had to have my MB towed to this dealership. Though stressful initially, once everything was worked out, their customer service proved to be top-notch. I would highly recommend this service department.

My experience started a year ago when I didnt get approved for a loan. The professionalism with my salesman David was outstanding. I then promised myself once I improved my credit I would return to purchase my car. David displayed patience and integrity. He was very knowledgeable of the product and he asked probing questions to ensure I was in a safe affordable car.I was then introduced to Jeff the manager which was great in explaining prices to me.Finally I met Niki in the finance department. She was awesome in going over the contract to explain everything and made sure I had an understanding of everything.This is the best place to purchase a vehicle.
I am a remote buyer. I had found a 2016 Porsche Boxster I was interested in, though I had my reservations about purchasing it sight unseen. I had never done that before. I worked with Teddy Parker (Sales Associate), Nick Paone (Sales Manager) and, when it came time to organize delivery, Niki Hensel.Teddy went above and beyond for me, waking around the vehicle taking a video and answering all my questions. Nick and Niki were terrific and communicative. The transaction was flawless. They sent a notary to my house to sign the paperwork, took my down payment via credit card over the phone, and delivered the car 2 days later, 700 miles away.I was beyond pleasantly surprised and would not hesitate to work with this team again.
We have been loyal Volvo of Fredericksburg customers for years so when in the market for another new car we went over to Mercedes of Fredericksburg thinking weβd receive the same service. Unfortunately that couldnβt be farther from our actual experience. Unkept promises and zero communication is what we got. While we understood the complexity of the locating the specific car we wanted, we expected clear communication throughout the process. Days went by with very little communication. Finally we were shut out completely, no answer to our calls or texts. This dealer over promised and under delivered. We ended up traveling to Mercedes of Charlottesville (1.5 hours out of town) and got exactly what we were looking for. Sorry to say, Mercedes of Fredericksburg is a NO GO!
