Rude and irresponsible staff. I will never step foot in the door again. By the way, if you intend to pay with cash - beware. I was told by not-so-friendly Jared that we rarely deal with people who pay cash when I returned a core battery for refund and disposal. That I would have to wait until another customer came in who paid in cash in order to get my $22.00 refund. If thats the case, display a No cash accepted sign on the front door. Sending a letter Carquest HQ to make them aware of such unacceptable business.

They are now part of Advance Auto Parts and still have good stock of parts for foreign autos.

Rick was an amazing help to my husband and I. Our car broke down Carquest had the part and Rick had some of the tools for us to use so we could get it fixed. HAPPY CUSTOMERS
