I’ve known Juan now for probably 20 years and he has not just put granite in my family home after a divorce but also installed the granite in my townhome that I had moved into. And then I renovated just as past year and he installed quartz into my kitchen along with doing my backsplash. I would not consider using anyone other than Juan. I’m in the real estate business and I have referred him to a ton of clients who have used him and are very happy with his customer care, quality of care and beautiful work! He’s the least expensive and an amazing person and family man. You won’t regret having him as your go to person for any solid surfaces, backsplash or any renovation projects.

Small operation. Good prices. Will work with you on selection of stone from nearby supplier and cutting it to your preference. Installed quickly and with little hassle. One star knocked off as they seated a pc of granite off center without consultation on an island in the kitchen. Otherwise, they did a great job and cleaned up fairly well.

Ive had two home for them to do and the first home they brook my water. The recently my second house I had a crack in my granite and the worker said it was fine but then after a week the crack got triple the size of the crack. For the first home they brook my water pump. Dont come here, dont pay your money first, I will never come back and will warn anybody not to come here, they have the worst service you can possibly imagine. Dont spend your money on this piece of garbage.

I wanted to remodel my kitchen with an island, Juan was so helpful with coming up with the right mesurements to have enough space around the kitchen and work out a beautiful island for my grandkids to sit around and enjoy my cooking. Even though he didn’t have the color I was looking for in his warehouse he accompanied to a local warehouse and helped me pick the prefect piece and had my kitchen completed with in the same month. Such a sweet guy and wonderful respectful workers, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Affordable pricing and great customer service, Juan was able to explain everything in detail at our intial appointment and drew up what my kitchen and bathroom would look like and it was completed with in the same month! Juan Hoyos with Frederick Granite is the ONLY source I refer to all of my real estate clients. I am a Residential Real Estate Broker in Maryland. Juan is the most reasonable in price and does fantastic work in a timely manner. He is an all-in-one Kitchen and Bath Renovation Contractor along with his Granite business. He has worked on a million dollar clients homes all the way down to $100k condos. Juan is a family-oriented man, has a strong faith in God, and is very ethical and moral. If you need granite or any sort of renovation, make sure Frederick Granite is on your list of suppliers to get a bid from. I could personally send you a dozen names for testimonials! Hes done my single family home and a town home investment property and both jobs were done perfectly at a great price!

Owner is a dishonest person with no ethics and professionalism. Low quality of workmanship and non-existent service. Stay away and save yourself some trouble. There are many better places in Frederick with better quality and price.

Well, I would say that there customer service is terrible. The confirmed two appointments on two different days and never showed up for measurement. I had to call them to check why they have not come to take the measurements. I can understand things can go wrong one time but two times is not right and I do not think that is professional. Finally they come to do the measurements and there is always some surprise about additional costs that they never told me. There quote was the lowest compared to many other providers but I did not fill comfortable working with them and decided to go with other provider who charged me 100 dollars more. Also, they do not have much choices on the stone types.
