I called the JCPenney hair salon at the FSK Mall about a hair product that was on sale. I spoke with Ashley who very patient and understanding with my questions about this particular product. What is great about the salon is that if you try a product, they offer a guarantee! If you use the product for a few times and you are not happy with it, you can return it and use it towards something else in their salon. They have great sales and prices at this salon! Its a win-win if youre trying something new and its a great price!

I am only rating this due to the hair salon and my stylist Michelle. And if I have a hard time getting in with her. I will take this down. She is the only one I know that does a perfect razor cut.

Great deal on Levis and lots of clearance racks to pick through. A good experience! 😷

There was a fee deducted from my online return which the salesperson never told me about. And the items in the store didnt have the same sale prices as the same items online. 🙁

Had to do a lot of returns that I didn’t want to do at the start of the pandemic. Salespeople were friendly and efficient. Finished my returns in about 10 minutes.

Wow! Lots of stuffs! Christmas shopping for the family, relatives and friends for the season. Love this place and its reasonable prices. Easy parking and convenient location here at FSK Mall. A historic place in Maryland.

I would say the store is ok. The only thing is that their shoe department sucks, they barely have any products and Sephora NEVER has any products available. You can look at their shelves and most of them are empty. They never have new product releases, nothing. Its better to go to Ulta because their Sephora is never stocked up. The store employees are amazing though, theyre always kind and helpful.

So happy to get a well deserved hair cut and a little time for myself😷

I bought a scooter for my granddaughter. I thought I got a great deal. The list price was 40 dollars, I got it for 24. Good deal right? No the same scooter is at Target for 18 dollars with a list price of 29 dollars. I will never go back again. It should be against the law for 2 stores to have the same item with different list prices.

This place has gone downhill I use to come in and shop a lot but I’ve stopped so many things have changed many of the employees that use to be there have Been fired from what I heard of they were such nice and amazing people whenever I would come in thru the kids entrance the young Hispanic teen I believe his name was Louis he would always greet me and ask if I needed help with anything but now I walk in and all I see is employees on there phones and they look miserable and don’t even greet the customers. I hope everything changes

I love JC Penny, good merchandise and decent prices. 4 stars because the lines can get quite long. My last 2 times there the lines were long with only 1 girl behind counter. Worse yet I seen like 3 or 4 employees walking about not doing much. I know they seen the lines but did not help. I finally asked the cashier why dont you call for help.She got on the loud speaker and asked for help and sure enough one of the girls I seen walk past a couple times is the one that came. They should make it a rule if there is more than say 3 people in line the 2nd cashier automatically comes help. And they definitely need automatic doors for handicapped persons. Their doors are very very heavy. After struggling once trying to get in I now will wait until someone coming in will help me.

Not good. I have a credit limit of 500.00 and a bill of 150.odd change and wanted to buy a 75.00 pair of pants and they wouldnt allow. Pay balance off regularly and didnt matter.... SO AS SOON AS MY FINAL BALANCE CHECK CLEARS, CARD WILL BE CLOSED!!!!!

I always go and see Hannah at the JC Penney salon! She is so fabulous and the only person i let cut my hair. Shes the best!

One of my favorite stores! I always go in there to shop. things are always on sale and they mail you coupons on top. they have nice selection of reasonably priced items.

Pretty good prices...we came in for a specific (Ravens) shirt and it was $4 cheaper than at the bleacher bums store. The cashier and associate helping me were very nice too.

As always the store was very clean. Staff was helpful. No lines at checkout. Loving the after New Years sales. Parking is well lit.

This jcpenny is one of the worst pennies I have been to the managers are so rude and are no help whatsoever I hate how you have to go to the other side of the store to make a simple return. The employee was having trouble finding my order and called for help and the manager came over and she had no idea what to do and she had a really bad attitude towards me if you work here as a manger you should at least know how to do your job you guys are pathetic. I feel sorry for the associate

Recently went and got a new hair cut with Vicky! She was a little quiet, but did a fabulous job. I will for sure be going back. As for shopping, this is one of the best Penney’s in my area!

Didnt really visit this place - merely walked through from the parking lot to the rest of the mall. Appeared typical - lots of merchandise I have zero interest in, and merchandise encroaching into the aisles and (almost) blocking them. (A Fire Marshal would NOT be pleased!)

Sales were great, racks were organized except clearance, which was understandable as the store was crowded when we went shopping. The fitting rooms themselves were the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Crackers, miscellaneous food and bloody tissues were all on the floor, and racks piled high with clothing waiting to be returned to the floor. Cleanliness has much to be desired in this location.

Lots of great deals. Had to do a package pickup and it went very smoothly.

Had anything and everything you could want but good, fast cashiers. Word of advice... Get faster cashiers. None wants to wait 1/2hr. in line after shopping for an hr.

Today marked the end to my career @JCP, I was fired for supposedly attendance however throughout my last couple of months working I felt as if my managers in specific Robin Fox wanted for me to put her company first instead of my future which was college. I felt discriminated at some points yet I cant do much because me and my race have never really had a say, just for any parents or teens wanting to work I do not suggest JCP......and I seriously hope someone looks into this specific JCP for harassment and discrimination for my case is not the only one.

I love Jcpenney. I also find more than Im looking for because they have some nice looking stylish clothes.

Always great service, but clothes are not organized well, at least in the mens section. The khakis I was looking at were spread out all over the place and the price signs were not matching what was there. Went online to order and that was just as frustrating. Multiple listings for the same pant when they could just combine all colors into one listing. My most recent trip I found out the sales online dont apply in store either. Just think the place is going downhill since I went last year.

Got what I wanted at a good price.

I went in today looking for luggage. The store was messy and disorganized and I got no help. I had two employees walk away from me and an older male followed me while I was looking for the suitcases. At one point he was litterally so close I could smell him. I left buying nothing. You shouldnt treat people like that young or not, and regardless of race. I may be a young black girl, but Im also college educated, and an Air Force wife. I will never go back and you shouldnt either.

I like this store for womens clothes but last week I went with my husband to purchase a suit. The suits here are poorly arranged and it is nearly impossible to match up jackets and pants. We got frustrated and left. We went to Macys where the suits were very organized and the staff was super helpful. We walked out of Macys with a suit. All that said, I still like JCPenney
