This Walmart is by far the most tolerable in the area. Its generally less crowded and has items in stock. Unfortunately like most places right now they are running low on patio furniture options.The workers are helpful and the lines are usually pretty quick.Lastly, the curbside pickup for online order was very organized last time we used it.

Staff are friendly for sure. But its pretty disappointing that you all no longer have International Delight Oreo flavor already made iced coffee. For the longest time this specific Walmart was the only store near me that sold that favor. Please bring that flavor back!!!

Place is average at best. Well stocked most of the time. Produce runs out quickly however, namely the vegetables. Hot bar is always shorthanded, having to wait 9 out of 10 times for over 10 minutes just for service. I suggest doing other shopping first before picking up your meal.

Stopped in this store to the customer service desk with a step stool that was correctly weight rated for myself but had broken. I had my receipt and asked for either a return or exchange. The two representatives working the desk informed me that I was outside the 90 day return window and they would do nothing to remedy the situation. Horrible customer service at this location. What happened to the Walmart satisfaction guarantee? I guess at this store your only guaranteed to be satisfied for 90 days. Luckily I went to a different Walmart with much better customer service with the step stool in stock and was able to do an exchange. Especially blows my mind because right on the label of the step stool it says lifetime guarantee!

Very nice Store. Layout was easy to understand and bathrooms in the front and back of the store.

It was stocked with everything I needed. This is my favorite store in this strip mall. However, I was disappointed on two consecutive visits. I went 2 electronics on Thursday August 26, to switch phone carriers. I arrived at 7:20, but was told the association who handles phones had left for the day. Then I returned on Saturday August 28, at 7:15 and encountered the same issue. However theres a sign that clearly states tht the phone associate leaves at 8pm. Thts clearly not true.

Its a great shopping center and deserves more than five stars

My delivery order was delayed for over 2 full days. I called the store and was informed that Black Friday orders are taking priority over grocery orders which is despicable. The person on the phone assured me my order would be delivered yesterday. It wasnt, so I cancelled and utilized Instacart and Shipt to get everything I needed. Disabled and immunocompromised people depend on these services. Shame on Walmart!

This Walmart is usually always crowded so either come for a few things or wear your walking shoes! I would suggest coming before 11:30 a.m. to get a parking space. However, they do have the best prices around.

Walmart is usually my go to for quick pick ups and getting under clothes for my kids. This time I thought to go in and get some leggings for my daughter and they had barely anything available. Or so I thought. As walking past the closed dressing room, the packed mobile rack of clothes showed some tights I could buy. But I had just separated almost every piece of clothing in the back, and was mentally exhausted, only to walk by and see them thrown on the top by the entrance of the dressing room. Frustrated. The employees were everywhere but no where because they too have a shortage of people. Additionally, wish they would separate juniors from women in that there is no way to really discern the break in areas outside of the downgrade in updated style.

Great prices and a treat variety of products

Store is clean, shelves are pretty full and offer a wide ranging selection of products. Prices are on the higher side for clothing, but very trendy and they have a decent return policy.

This store absolutely has no customer service skills. I needed an item that was in a lock case. I tried to get the attention of 3 different Walmart employees to help me. Every single one ignored me. I Finally saw a Manager. I went up to her asking if she can help me get the item i wanted out of the locked case. She literally looked at me, walked away and started helping another customer. Then I called the store to talk to a Manager. I got customer service twice and the phone just constantly rang. Was on hold for 14 mins.

I visited this store at 9/11/21 at 3 pm . To return an online order. In customer service lady I believe her name was Brandon she said I should have the envelope to return that . I went in and buy 2 dollars envelope when I backed to customer service to return she asked me 3 times that did I pay for envelope and I said yes, she was asking me very rude because Im not American she was thinking Im dumb. Then she asked for receipt and I didnt even had my receipt for 2 dollars purchase . Then she said I cant help u with that. That was the point I below up.It was so rude and unrespectfull. Im not stealing and lying for 2 dollars purchase.

Im not a big fan of Walmart. I purchased a car seat and had to return it because its junk. Also, the parking lot is a nightmare.

Great place as the usual, get quick snack and a Google play gift card. Met a mute cashier, even though she type to communicate I found that very touching. Glad this notification pop up on my phone.

I went in the store looking for a phone. Two of your associates Mehreen and Sandy were extremely helpful and made my purchase fluid and easy.

This is one of the few walmarts that keeps more than 1 or2 registers open when there is a big flow of carts trying to get out the door plus i have never had a bad experince with any of the staff

These guys work really hard and sometimes you can feel the energy drain coming out of them. Parts of the store are disorganize while others have a pretty good stock. Prices are reasonable and I usually find what I’m looking for. Just can’t wait to get out of there is all

Picked up Rx. Pharmacy associates are very friendly and helpful.

It was very clean and some people were stocking shelves. But my only concern is the shelves were empty!I went online to check if they had any canopies on saleOnline they didnt have the 2 canopies at the same store. I know they were there because when I left Walmart they were both canopies I was looking for. One straight leg canopy for $79.99 & one slanted leg canopy for $39.99. Theres no way they sold them. I went twice to the store in 2 days since I had to return something else.

Sometimes, you have no choice but to go to Walmart. Well, this one is usually reasonably clean. You wont find any staff to help you with anything, but if you must go to Walmart, it could be a lot worse.

The store itself is alright but the drive through takes forever. I’ve been waiting for at least 40 minutes. It should not take this long to get a prescription out to the customer. It’s unprofessional and would not recommend Walmart for getting prescriptions.

Always have what I need and they have self checkout witch I love. I can get in and out quickly

This is a Walmart Supercenter that is clean and usually well stocked. When I found something not available that I purchased before, I was able to find a manager in that department, inquire about the product, and receive info about when it would be in-stock again or why it was not carried anymore.

I was able to find what I needed easily this time. Self checkouts were clean and operated good.

This is a good Walmart. It is mostly kept up and the people there are nice. It is not too crowded. We avoid the Gaithersburg location and drive up to Frederick MD location for a much better experience.

I expected the supercenter to be more stocked up than the regular Walmarts but that wasnt the case at all. Many of the shelves were half bare. Im not from that area. Maybe I was just there on the wrong day.

This walmart has very nice people at the registers, but dealing with customer service and order pick up is a whole other story. Not one person in customer service had a clue how to help us with a car battery we purchased online. Almost 2 hrs start to finish to buy a battery and get our core charge back.

I dont particularly like WalMart but this is probably the best WalMart Ive ever been in.

Went to return counter. People in front of me wiring money at 8 AM. This is a HUGE issue at this location-anytime of day!! It needs a Money Center for people wiring their money, cashing checks and getting money orders!!! Take care if your customers that are actually spending money in your stores!!Clerk was very apologetic for the wait. Not his fault at all! Its WALMARTS fault-staff your stores for their needs.

We looked at garden center and plants are good.

A little inconsistent with some grocery inventory but not sure if that is because I go early in the day. Place is clean and self checkout makes it an easy in and out trip.

This store is usually busy. Mostly hes polite friendly employees. There are a few exceptions of course.

I shop at Walmart for $$ savings. Having said that, I find that many shelves are empty when shopping after 6 pm. Also frustrated that shelving associates drop pallets in the aisles, sometimes making the aisles impassible. And be prepared to rely on your own detective skills to find items. Staff is task oriented and more concerned about task completion than customer satisfaction.

Staff is 50/50 for kindness and helpfulness. Some see you and purposefully (and obviously) duck into another aisle and disappear to avoid helping you. The lack of proper mask usage by staff is also atrocious. Walmart employees should lead positively by modeling positive behavior.

I ordered a cake from the bakery and they did a phenomenal job. They over exceeded my expectations and you can tell the hard work they put into it. My son loves it and I can’t wait to cut into it tonight. I wish I would’ve caught the name of the woman I spoke with, I’m sure she was the manager. Very respectful and caring to my needs. 10/10 recommend.

I have used the grocery pickup for quite a long time now. When I first started using it the service was incredible. I did not have to wait very long once I pulled up and let the app know that I was there. Also the associates were wonderful about putting the bags and purchased items in my trunk. Now back then I got out of my car and I helped them. Currently I am unable to do that for to Covid. Im not sure if that is partly why the items are being thrown in my trunk now or not, however it is unacceptable. I order large quantities of the bottles of Sams choice flavored water, usually somewhere between 12 and 24 bottles. In the past those bottles have either been placed in bags, or they have been in the original packaging so they were wrapped in plastic. The past two times I have done the pickup and ordered these waters They have been all over my trunk. The second time that it happened I drove away & once able to park I checked to see the condition of the trunk and the items. I found that the 24 bottles were disarrayed in my trunk. There were maybe four that were in a bag. There was a box (that the bottles come in when wrapped & shipped to the store) in the trunk with some of the bottles in it lying down. Im hoping they had fallen down, and not been placed in there like that, from the time that I backed out of the space and was able to park & check out the trunk. I will say that the ones in the box were not placed in the trunk well enough for them to stay in the box, sure to the placement. When Ive out unsecured bottles in the trunk Ive driven home & not had ONE bottle fall out/down in the trunk!

No one could help with anything. I was looking to find a pin the tail on the donkey game and no one knew if they had one or where it would be. I found a box of a dozen donuts that were open and 1 and a half donuts were missing. When I told someone about it and tried to hand the box to them they put it back on the shelf and said someone might still buy them. My mind was blown as we are going through a pandemic, but I guess why should they care right, SMH

Let me start by saying, This Walmart is on the other side of town for me. I literally live a few streets away from the Walmart on Monocacy and Liberty. I chose to go to this walmart however because customer service is completely lacking at the Monocacy Walmart. They never answer their phones, managers in that store have developed the art of walking past customers and ignoring them, yellow vests walk all around, condescending speaking to cashiers while ignoring line backups.In sharp contrast.... after trying unsuccessfully to reach the Monocacy Walmart for 2 hours this morning, I gave up and called the walmart on Guilford. The phone was answered after two rings, the associate was pleasant. She answered all my questions and had an upbeat attitude. As a result. I decided to make the drive over to that Walmart to do my shopping. The atmosphere in the store was positive, associates and managers all smiled and greeted me. Checkout was hassle free. Perhaps the manager of the Guilford Walmart needs to train the manager of Monocacy in the art of customer service.

Great experience when I returned an online order. the system was down but they found a work around. however, when I pointed out a customer without a mask to an associate that associate chose to ignore me and proceed to answer another customer phone call. I had a 5 star experience with the return followed by a 1 star.

They have so many things at better prices than other stores within 50 miles

Consider it a place to dip into, grab what youre looking for, and quickly dip out of.This store is located in an area thats best described as its very own regional melting pot. Which in turn becomes a cultural dilemma that is nearly impossible to keep up with (let alone organize after). This is the effect, behind the cause, for this locations daily state of disorder.Im sure that the staff does their best with what they have to contend with every day.Its certainly nowhere near at the caliber of its sister stores in Frederick, MD. Now those are almost a treat to go to.However, if your within driving distance from this WALMART, you will most likely find what youre looking for (after a little extra time and effort that itll take you to find it)

Not a regular grocery shopper here, very surprised at the selection of items. Prices were cheaper than my regular store.

It was busy as always but I was in and out. Found exactly what I needed. I came to get a new shower head and they actually had a lot more options than I thought they would have. Also found a pair of Hart work gloves on clearance for $7 instead of the normal price of $19.99. What a steal. I went right to self checkout and there was no wait to get to one of those registers. This Frederick store always has way more of a selection of products then the Walmart closer to where I live!

(🌳) at this location.Stop by to enjoy the cool breeze in their parking lot anytime ...except after midnight👀.This Wal-Mart gives out amazing discount specials... Can you imagine a Chicjen Rotesserie for $3.00, a $5.00 beanie hat at $1.00, a $24.00 leather jacket at $9.99?Secondly, you can imagine a product for any project and you can find something similar that meets your needs here...except Trim Screws 👀👀 which is found in Advanced AutoParts.After getting all the amazing deals, if you would like to return it, (I dont mean after like using a pair of snickers for a 25 mile marathon), they accept it back warmly. I got back $150 gift card without a receipt. Can you imagine that? Thats 2 months of grocery fund right back in my pocket.I request Wal-Mart (including this one) to let people/customers park overnight. Its okay. Nobody is going to hurt the company by parking overnight. Customers & travellers do need to make a safe stop to buy groceries or rest after midnight. They end up buying items from the store. Its part of excellence in customer care. To me, Walmart used to be a leader in this until they banned overnight parking and then they shut down overnight operations. No fun left anymore. Walmart used to be my favorite stop.Security Cameras in the parking lot should pick up any delinquency to alert the police. Other than that, customers should not be restricted from parking overnight. Its bad for business. Its uncomfortable for the customers.2 cents for those who care.
