We had an extra car that we did not use and wanted to sell. Checking the value online, we had a good idea of what to expect to sell it for. Hi-Lo beat every other offer and we sold it to them. Others say top dollar for your car, but Hi-Lo delivered. Also, I could not believe how nice all the employees are. I met Andy, the manager at West Patrick, and Ken at Urbana Pike. What a nice group! At some dealerships, the sales staff seems to avoid eye contact when you walk in. Not so at Hi-Lo! Nice place and people. Recommend it!

Desia was amazing with communication from point of interest of vehicle, scheduling an appointment and providing address to location, to even after purchase doing a follow up. She was not pushy and even allowed me and my husband to think about the vehicle over dinner and come back with our decision, uninterrupted. I purchased my Hyundai Tucson 2013 over a year ago. I originally went across the street to CarMax got a Nissan rouge tried it for 7days they gave me 18% interest. During my trial, I visited Hi Lo because I wasnt happy with the Nissan. Cameron greeted me and helped me purchase my Tuscon @6% interest. Since I purchased the car he has kept in touch and checked on my investment. I also got an Platinum warranty that has been worth it. I would highly recommend Hi Lo.
