I absolutely love this place. Not one time was I pressured. Drove from Baltimore Thursday night to see some trucks and Wes stayed after hours with me to make sure I found the truck I wanted. Wes and everyone else at Krietz was great to work with! They found exactly what I was looking for and helped me every step of the way. The only issue I had was with the lift kit. Evidently on some makes/models (Sierra 1500 Denali and maybe others) they install a 6 kit in the front and 4 in the back, something to do with traction and trailering. When youre on a hill, and sometimes even when driving, the truck tilts backwards slightly (When looking at the wheel well spacing and side body panel bottoms/step rails). I actually found information about this online, sometimes called the Cali lean, usually when done intentionally, and its actually growing on me. I have attached a picture that shows it looking a little more profound on a minor incline.

I took my new Ram 1500 to krietz to get a lift installed. Everyone I worked with was more than professional and the customer service was second to none. The quality of the work performed on the truck was outstanding and I am very happy with the end results. I will absolutely leverage them again for any other vehicle I want to lift and I will also use them for routine maintenance on the truck moving forward.

Bill was awesome! The customer service from start to finish was really impressive. First, I made an appointment that I got a reminder for…very convenient. Second, I showed up a few minutes early and they pulled my truck in MAYBE 5 minutes later. WOW. Bill offered to call with updates but I opted to wait around since I live about 30 minutes away. As soon as he knew what was going on he walked over and offered to walk me out to the truck and go over in detail with the mechanic what needed to be done. WOW! I’ve been driving for a VERY long time and this is the first time this has ever happened. Seriously impressed. I had some pretty major repairs needed and they worked with me to minimize my cost, including signing me up for rewards that took off a couple hundred bucks on a couple thousand dollar repair. Wow! I am fairly mechanically inclined and new the stuff they were telling me needed to be done. Also, provided me with a loaner so I could get on with my day. Repairs were made in a day and the process was literally seamless. Wish I could give more stars. Well done everyone. This is obviously a well run organization, but Bill and his team crushed it. I am glad i found Krietz Customs and a great place to have work done to my lifted Ram 2500. They installed some front suspension parts and re-torqued my lift kit. They fixed my alignment and my truck rides perfect now. Great job guys and i will be back for more work very soon.

Highly disappointed with the workmanship from Krietz. I should have known something was wrong when I picked up my truck, after having a 4 lift installed, I was told if you hear noise it is the box in the bed of the truck (the box contained the leveling kit which was previously installed (not at Krietz)). After removing the box, there was still an unsettling noise, so I called and spoke to Seth and was told bring in the vehicle.However, prior to bringing my truck into the shop, one of the rear struts (rear passenger) broke free of the mount, subsequently bending the mounting bracket and damaging the strut.During further inspection of the rear of the truck, I noticed the fastening bolt of the driver side looked inappropriate. Inspecting closer- I saw the fastening bolt was almost completely un-threaded; in fact, I was able to tighten it by hand (I have a video).What makes me the most upset is I drive my son and wife in the vehicle with regularity.In addition, to a potentially devastating accident which could have occurred- the pricing changed after the work was completed. When I picked up the vehicle the price was higher than originally quoted. I was told it took longer than expected, so we added a couple more hours of labor. This is not my fault, you quote a job, you stick to the quote. Especially when you are paying more to have the lift installed than the lift cost ($1,200 Rough Country 4 lift; $3,200 after installation).

The sales process at Krietz is super easy and doesnt include the silly games that most other dealers play. I bought my last truck here a few years ago, a 2015 Ram 1500, that was in great shape and easily served me through 150k miles. At the time, Krietz offered lifetime oil changes, which was a huge benefit (unfortunately, I believe that program has gone away). When it was time to replace my truck, Krietz was the first stop on my list. Unfortunately, they didnt quite have the truck I was looking for this go around, but Ill probably be bringing in my new truck for some custom work in the next few months.

Kreitz auto is my go to when I am having work done on my truck . I have always had a positive experience there . They are quick to let me know if I am trying to buy somethingI really do not need . The staff is very knowledgeable and I trust them .

Ive been using Krietz service for over 10 years now. It began when I needed an emergency repair, and I keep going back because of the excellent customer service and work they do. Occasionally, I made the mistake and strayed to other chain shops, but got tired of second guessing the repairs I was told I needed there. Krietz is low pressure, and will take the time to explain their recommendations in detail without upselling services or using scare tactics. Phil is a constant and has been very helpful throughout the years. At my last visit, Josh was super helpful and also low pressure as always.

I brought my truck in not knowing what was wrong with it, after already taking it to two mechanics who couldn’t figure it out. Phil helped me out and reassured me that they would handle it. Sure enough my truck is running great! Execellent customer service, I will be back to buy another truck from them and continue to have my vehicles serviced here.

I continue to drive over an hour and a half to have additional modifications made to my 2019 Denali. The service is absolutely top notch and make it totally worth the trip. No doubt I could have probably found someone closer to do the fender flares and window tint, but I have absolute faith that Krietz will do great work and provide a competitive price. My oil change service was fine and I liked the text I received with a link to their inspection report. However, the issue is that I didn’t receive the report until after I left. It showed that my rear brake lights were out among other things. If I had known I would’ve asked them to take care of that while I was there. Now, I have to either go back or figure out which ones to replace on my own.

This is my first experience dealing with Krietz, and was a good one. I was amazed of the amount of inventory they had on the lot. There customer service is A1. I called and talk to Nate about a black Cadillac CTS V they have for sale.... I specifically ask him to double check the car for me & let me know about any blemishes since Im almost 6 hours away in Ohio. He calls me back and tells me its in EXCELLENT shape, that he sees zero Imperfections. Ok I agree on a price with him and text him one more time about the condition of the car before I leave (I have the text if anyone wants to see it) his response is excellent condition” well I make the trip and the car is FAR from excellent. About 7 rock chips, two gouges on two wheels when someone removed wheel weights, paint cracking around the window sills, blemishes on rear passenger side carbon fiber molding. The best part is in the video I think I see the blemish on the carbon and specifically ask him about that, because I wasnt sure if it was just how the light was hitting it & he says no its nothing there.

The vehicles are priced right, the sales staff is friendly and cooperative, and they will deliver to you if youre not in the MD area. I couldnt be happier with my truck and the experience I had with the Krietz team. The owner, Charlie Krietz delivered my truck to NC and provided a thorough walk thru and hooked myself and the family up with plenty of Krietz Custom tees!!! The overall experience was outstanding and I would highly recommend anyone visit and purchase from Krietz Customs!

How could you not love this place. Being surrounded by the beautiful trucks and jeeps can spark a little outdoor adventure in you. It is a great family owned business without the pushy car sales attitude. Seth was easy to work with during the purchasing process. The only thing we would recommend is shortening the wait time to get the paperwork ready. On the way home from Krietz, we could not figure out a particular setting. We called Seth and he helped us fix the problem. That extra help separated him from the other sales people who dont care about you once the ink is dry. We will definitely travel the distance again to purchase our next vehicle. Thanks again!

Very positive experience with the purchase of my 2020 Jeep at Krietz. All but the test drive of the vehicle was done electronically with privacy and professionalism as their top priority. The design team did a great job in the build with tasteful options and delivering performance as well as a well balanced look. From the time I walked in this morning I got great service. Bill quickly wrote up my ticket so I could get back to work. He had a young man Austin take me to work. What a pleasure to talk to a young person that likes their job. My truck was done in a timely fashion and Austin was right there to pick me up at work and take me back to the shop.
