Staff is helpful. Selection of candy is great - even have some old time candies. Usually have peanut chews but didnt this time. Will try again. Selection of affordable toy balls is great. One of my daughters favorite stores.

Ive always known Five Below to carry items under $5, but this one charges up to $10. Kind of defeats the name of the store, doesnt it? This store also had two of the most disgusting bathrooms that I have ever seen. I wish I wouldve taken a photo to solidify that statement. Other than that, they DID have quite a selection of good deals.

Great place to find amazing home decor bargains, 3x5 rugs for $5! Sturdy glass lanterns, wood lanterns and modern hanging shelves, $5. Small outdoor folding table and cute dog toys. Check it out and get inspired!

I love how they now have self checkout. The layout of the store was spacious and not dirty or cluttered. Always a great place to shop for a last minute gift

Pretty okay place but there isnt much of a variety of items

Always spend way too much. There are so many cute things in this store. The staff is super friendly and greet you when entering the store. I had so many things in my arms a staff member came and asked me if I wanted a cart. She didnt hesitate to get me one in seconds. She even helped me unload my stuff so I didnt drop it. I also like the way that they have a cashier and self automatic check out. The cashier is always willing to help you out at the self register and answer any questions. Another thing I like is you can rate your shopping experience at the counter self checkout. Doing this contributed to a charity. I think that is very nice.

Love this store. We didnt keep track of time and was the last people in there. They did not rush us and was vary nice and helpful while check out.

The store is awesome and the staff are very nice. They rotate stuff like every season. If youre a gamer then theres this one very small corner that has games. About maybe 4 choices all under 5 Bucks! The electronic stuff can break somewhat easy so I would recommend buying another just in case. Very clean store.

I believe this Five below has been recently remodeled. They apparently now sell items that cost more than 5 dollars. It was a nice clean store.

Totally updated with self checkout. I like that it is also interesting that they have changed the marketing to 1 to 5 to 10 and prices range from $1 to 10 bucks the over 5 items seem to be better quality but havent tried it yet. What i dont like is the flow of the store is a bit clunky and doesnt flow well and things are not intuitive as to where they would be expected.

We take our kids here every month. Sometimes 2 or 3 times. Our son really wanted a toy, however the display was completely empty. There were toys in the display to show which ones where available and our son had his eyes on the Elsa mashem. When I asked an employee what they do with the empty display. She said they usually just throw it away. She checked with the manager to see if maybe we could just take the display. Needless to say we walked out with the display just so our son could have the Elsa inside. It absolutely made his day!He loves going to Five Below. We spend many weeks there for him and his sister. This was definitely above and beyond for us. ❤️

This was the biggest Five Below that I have ever been in and was told that there will be an even bigger one built later this year. Great place.

Great place to tell the kids pick any one thing you want and not break the bank. Just try not to go crazy in the candy section.

I liked how it was before. I could take my kid and not worry about spending more than $5 and some change. Now its 10 and below despite the name of the store. Staff are always awesome!

Manager was very nice. I bought a product it did not work I could not find the receipt because I bought several of them in the past and never had an issue. Unfortunately this one did not work at all. I did not even keep the original packaging. she told me that would not be a problem just bring it back in and no exchange it for another one and they did. She was very nice and very helpful I didnt expect them to do that. The stores always got lots to choose from. The staff is always really nice and helpful. Its a nice place to get stuff for five bucks or below. Lol...

Crazy Inventory and Fascinating finds for 5 bucks!!

Great place, got a 10 foot long charger and it still works, and that was some time ago. Now, Ive gotten lots of things at Five & Below. And I can tell you that there are somethings that are cheap and you shouldnt get. Like gaming supplies. My headphones I got were super cheap. Regular headphones are okay though. Basically dont try to get something that would cost a lot normally for five bucks. But other than that, Five & Below is great for little things.

Genie,You are AWESOME!!!!!!My son and I came in simply to buy a baseball and a poster, and we came out with Easter Baskets and happy smiles on our faces. That was such a great experience and we thank you for taking the time to help assist in making the baskets for my daughters Genie and 5 below.

Five below is a fun store. The collection is eclectic but its fun to shop at. The help is nice and polite. I am disabled and f8nd the aisles easy to navigate.

Went to get exactly what we needed.

Mary, one of the employees, was nice to the customers. She helped a young lady pick the right screen protector and case for her phone. The girl didnt have the right screen protector and the employee caught the mistake before she paid.

How can you not like 5below? Cute, useful items for 5 bucks or less. Tech stuff, beauty, teen room decor, toys, seasonal decor....We always start here when looking for something they may have. Minus 1 star for often needing an extra cashier

Its a dollar strore. Some good stuff. This store doesnt really stand out from other dollar stores in a negative or positive way. Slightly nicer than the other nearby dollar store (Dollar Tree I think).

A few days before Christmas other shoppers were rude running into you with their carts. I had no cart but had to constantly move out of the way or get run over.

Excellent staff and incredible merchandise at extremely competitive prices. Its like the new kids Toys R Us because there is something in here for a kid to buy for all seasons.

Got my kids a few items from here for Christmas... They broke a few days after... Got 2 different kinds of headphones and a set of speakers. Would not recommend if you want something that is going to last... Seems like dollar store quality at more expensive price. Did get some pretty funny T-Shirts here though.
