I stopped here last time I was driving to the East coast. We don’t have Wawa’s where I live. You’re very lucky if you live close by. Fresh options made to order and convenient, healthier possibilities. There’s definitely more than you’d find at a 7/11. Plus there’s gas!The fresh made desserts were picked over when I got there, so that speaks well of the quality. I purchased a half pretzel myself. Slightly sweet and soft, like a challah bread, with a little bit crisper exterior, and salt of course!I was surprised it had 11 grams of protein and 4 fiber even though its first ingredient is enriched flour. It seems to me Wawa is aware and wants to promote health when possible. I appreciated the options.

Not bad. New ans clean. Decent snack selection. Highest grade of gas is 92. Horrible entrance if going eastbound on 40.

The service here is amazing, the people that were serving food also looked like they were enjoying it. The gas pull up though is a bit cramped at busy times, but at least people normally pull up and park if they go inside. The restrooms are also very well kept and smell nice. If you are looking for a good stop for amazing (and cheap) food, then I would recommend here!

All I know about this place is that they sell my brand of cigy 💕 and with such a grand assortment Ill wager that they sell yours as well.

NEVER again will I get gas from this wawa. The pumps do not work 70% of the time. Either the pump will shut off as if your tank is full immediately after you start pumping as Id you have a full tank or the pump will say chip reader error on 4 different cards I would try. The gas also pumps extremely slow. I have never had issues like this at any of the Sheetz in town

Trivia - This is WaWas most western shop.Staff members were polite and cheerful both times we stopped in and has replaced one of our scheduled stops.The store in general is clean and open as most of the stores are that weve been too.

Very upset, very bad customer service they don’t even know if something went wrong they should at least let the customer know or create a new sandwich. This morning I was hungry and I stop by for getting a breakfast sandwich. Once I got the sandwich I got on highway and after three minute I find out my whole sandwich was burnt and I was not able to eat it.I also called the manager and report about this. Not going back to this location again.

Was really upset to learnt upon biting into my breakfast sandwich, that there was cheese in the eggs, which was not disclosed at the order terminal. Some people are sensitive to dairy and this should have been specified on the order terminal. Had to throw my entire sandwich in the trash! Why would you put cheese in the eggs? Have it separate!

My favorite Wawa! They have best customer service out of all the Wawa I’ve been to (and I got Wawa every single day). Never disappointed me.

The gas pump has a hole in it and the cashier took $10 from me to pay for the gas When I came and told him the gas was spraying everywhere and I need my money on a new pump he said I would have to pay again and call my bank. I told him I can’t pay again the money was taken out of my account already and he told me to leave the store. No accountability and awful customer service

Not as good as sheetz

My usual gas station stop whenever I go to DC or Philadelphia. Love it!

I ordered take away food to be exact a chicken quesadilla and the result when I got home was an empty tortilla and the chicken in the whole bottom of the box I had to throw my food very bad service in the food ordered for take out.

Charlie is a ray of sunshine in this dark world. His smile is infectious and he was so happy to be here. I literally just left and had to say something.

There is always one lady that works the register who is always so happy and pleasant! Her name is Roxanne (I believe) and she seems to really love her job! Very refreshing to see! Thanks for always putting a smile on my face!

I think a hamster runs the pump for the gas, it is ridiculously slow.

Convenient location & gas is always at least 12 cents cheaper than Hagerstown. Quick stop, little wait. Clean store, friendly customers. Staff VERY friendly! Although the manager could use some customer service training as well as a course in professionalism and basic manners; should definitely learn his products, their sale prices, and how to properly ring them up... and preferably a math class.

I waited through a very long line before they told me they couldnt do my made to order food. They need to get their act together. I will revise my review when they learn basic customer service.

This location is always out of coffee, or the cappuccino machine is constantly out of order. The grab and go sandwiches are never ready either. Staff stands around and doesnt care. Location is convenient but cant rely on it for what I need.... Back to Sheetz I go!

Come here all the time. Usually love the sandwiches but was extremely upset with it tonight. Asked for spinach and got lettuce. Asked for onions, mayo, and heavy vinegar and non were on it either. Over all not pleased.

Worst Wawa Ever. I have given it a few shots because I like the Wawa product. It has failed me EVERY time. The coffee station is never stocked. The grab and go section is always a mess and disorganized. It took ten Minutes thats 10min to make a sandwich wrong Twice! And with the I dont care attitude of the employees its no wonder. I have been going to Wawas up and down the coast for years. This one is by far the worst.

Fresh sandwiches from a gas station will blow your mind but they are awesome

Always under staffed. Ordered twice on postmates. Wait till you get there to start....... even if says your order was ready before you even leave your house.

This is a very large Wawa. Its brand new and I dont share the same opinions as the other reviews here. Ive only ever encountered very friendly and helpful staff. Everything else about this place is synonymous with other Wawa stores. Cheap gas prices, clean, well-lit stores and parking lots and the best coffee around (for convenience store coffee that is).

Worst night shift manager ever. This woman lacks basic manners, always maintaining a negative attitude from the start of every business transaction. This manager takes personal dislikings to certain customers and treats us with extreme unprofessionalism. This specific person allows certain sales and at random times will deny that same exact sale, with no explanations (all laws understood and followed by purchasing party). After my last interaction and visit with this manager, I feel targeted by her and feel my business is not welcomed by her so I will not return. Other employees have been amazing.

Its bright, clean, and easy to navigate. My only complaints are that the parking lot is awful (you can only enter/ext on Baughmans Lane or Route 40) and the mango in the fruit salad is never soft--always hard, crunchy, and faintly sour/bitter.

Wawa has the best sandwhiches and the people who work here are always really nice.

Would love to give a positive review, my mother taught me if you dont have something nice to say, dont say anything at all.... Unfortunately I have trouble with failing to warn others when Ive been very likely lied to. After calling several gas stations in the area to check the price of regular gas, and receiving an answer, I called this Wawa to ask the same question. I was told by the very polite woman who answered that she couldnt give that information out over the phone. I was slightly shocked and confused so I asked why. She very politely and sincerely said she was told that it was against the law... Ill encourage you to reach your own conclusion. Im inclined to believe that she was not intentionally being dishonest but Im not so sure that her explanation was the truth...

Not a testament to the brand itself but this Wawa has employees that made it so uncomfortable trying to order a sandwich (on a no help needed screen) and I decided I’d rather not see that person again

Just opened(12/2016)has some new features other Wawas dont.

No change table in the bathroom. Had to change my infant on the floor of the bathroom. In shock.

Horrible. Just left there. Went in to order 2 sandwiches. One person in front of me. 20 min and $17 for 2 sandwiches and a small soda. The poor.person in front of me was delivered a cold meatball sandwich after we had to find the manager. He ordered before me. Food was sitting getting cold The reason you ask is that one of the girls that was supposed to be working was to busy talking about her baby sitter, about someone who works there that they dont like and how everyone called off and she had to work. Instead of helping the customer I Asked for the manager and she was just as bad. I suggested the person in front of me at least get a free lunch and the managers response was. Sir I know who you are. I will take care of you tomorrow. Really. Tomorrow I told him dont worry I got you covered. Merry Christmas here is $20 for your cold.lunch. I wont be going back. Customer Service does not exist and management did not care. They are just about the sales

Besides this older white woman with tattoos the rest of the female employees are terrible! What does the job interview include with these employees??? How nasty, rude, and innapropriate they act?! Two young girls were talking behind the counter about their sex life while having music blaring through the phone.... these girls didnt even look 18.... then the women are always mad and have terrible customer service. Seriously yall need to take some pointers from sheetz employees... never ever ever do i constantly experience terrible customer service. I grew up with wawa but your employees have destroyed that store being a good environment for customers... Friends, family, even strangers have complained about the same thing.... please clean house and hopefully educate the new employees on good customer service

This location had clean restrooms, excellent customer service, the interior and exterior was well lite since I visited vthis location at 10:30 p.m.

Gas refueling area dirty/trash around. Not one windshield cleaning receptacle had water in it.Finally, gas receipt paper was out. For a new location ...... falling short.
