I went to two bridal shops prior to TLC and TLC honestly blew both out of the water! The staff was SUPER friendly and kind. They actually listened to what I was asking for when trying on dresses. I swear my consultant knew me better than I knew myself. She picked a dress out and asked me if Id try it on - I didnt love it on the hanger but decided to try it on anyway. It was THE dress! I cried and all. I also am not super tiny and they had dresses that fit me/were larger than me. Other boutiques I went to I had to try to squeeze into size 6 dresses which just made me feel terrible about myself. The selection of sizes was a huge plus for this place! I had a wonderful experience with this team and would recommend them til Im blue in the face. Awesome experience!

I had such a great experience at TLC Bridal! The staff was so kind and accommodating. Susie went above and beyond to ensure my experience was nothing short of amazing! I showed her examples of what I was looking for and she knew exactly which dresses to pull. Plus, the boutique is very clean and you get your own private dressing room with 1x1 attention. This boutique definitely has their brides best interest and truly prioritizes their brides happiness!

Picked out my dress during the peak of COVID and the shop took great measures to make sure appointments were spread out and the space was clean. They picked out several gowns based on my style and my dream dress was one of the first ones I tried on - literally the second dress. They worked with my party to show us what the dress would look like in the color I wanted and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

I went to pick out & try on wedding dresses back in January & the staff was absolutely amazing! Knew exactly what I was looking for & right within my spending limit. When I said yes to the dress they were so excited for me & so helpful with everything! And picking up my dress was just as good of an experience. The ladies were so complementary & so sweet! Highly highly recommend them 🥰

I had a great experience here with Kalyan. She pulled a variety of dresses and helped me figure out what styles looked best on me—which was really helpful as TLC was my first appointment. I did not feel rushed or pressured to make a decision at any point during the visit. She even wrote down my top choices for me so that I could go home and look the dresses up online to see how other brides accessorized them. I’d recommend this spot to any to-be-weds looking for a dress.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The whole team at TLC was fun and easy to work with, and made what could have been a stressful day (I hate trying on clothes of any sort) fun and easy. They had no problem going with each whim that I wanted try, and made great suggestions and were so supportive. While I worked with 1 stylist, each team member was ready to help us out. I did the mini bridal exclusive, and it was so nice to have a room to ourselves, have some snacks, and really just enjoy the day. Also loved being able to stay local in frederick.

My best friend took us here to try on wedding dresses for the first time! This was such an amazing experience. The consultant made her feel so beautiful and special. I could not rave about the experience more. The snacks they provided were so yummy and they had sparkling wine for us as well. I’m getting married next year and will definitely be making an appointment here!

Highly Recommend this Boutique, it was a unique, fun and stress free experience. The Bridal exclusive package gave it that extra special touch. My consultant Kaylan was amazing, they give you that one on one experience that makes you feel very special. All of their dresses were beautiful. I joined my friend while she looked for her dress. The experience from my end was absolutely delightful. The consultants were nice and helpful and not forceful or pushy. My friend loved just about every dress they picked for her and was able to find her dress by the end of her appointment.

I visited this adorable little shop this past weekend and my experience there was amazing. All of the staff were warm, welcoming and laid back. My consultant Sarah was nothing short of perfect! She listened exactly to what I wanted and pulled some amazing dresses from all of their designers. Although I didnt end up buying my dress from them I highly recommend this store for their amazing customer service and beautiful gowns.

Even though my daughter made her selection of a bridal dress at a different store, we can definitely recommend TLC for its excellent customer service. The selection of dresses is very good and the prices reasonable. They held one beautiful dress for us while we looked elsewhere, and were very gracious when we called to say we had found something elsewhere.

Best bridal experience you could ask for. I am a curvy mom with a tight budget and was worried I would have to order online but I was able to go upstairs to their Cinderella room and shop through dresses in my price range. (Under 600$) I worked with Suzi who was just amazing so patient and kind to me and my 16 month old son who was with me. Jay Jay the owner was so helpful and friendly I didnt feel pressured by either into buying a dress. They have amazing accessories too ♥️♥️♥️ I will be going back with my bridesmaids. LOVE THIS PLACE.

Great selection of dresses and styles. It is clean and well decorated. Such reasonably priced gowns. Suzy was the best consultant I could have asked for. I will be back...I dont know for what but I will just to see them all again!

I cannot rave enough about how great TLC Bridal Boutique is and how great Terry was. If you are looking for a truly unique experience, this is the place to go. Even though the place is small, they have a surprising selection of dresses- all beautifully exquisite. When you first arrive, Terry is very intent on listening to your wants and needs in picking the perfect dress. I actually ended up going with a dress totally unlike what I was planning because Terry had happened to pick it out and thought itd be a good one just to try on- for the heck of it. She was not pushy at all, yet she seemed to know just what you were looking for. She made it not feel like its something she does multiple times a day, but a truly unique experience just for you! You can tell the staff has a lot of experience in Bridal sales- they gave great, helpful advice.The most important thing was that there was no push to find the right dress. She gave us plenty of time and didnt make us feel like we needed to rush in any way. She, along with the other staff were very patient and did their best to make my many guests comfortable while they were there. The prices are reasonable and they have several other accessories that match perfectly. I ended up getting my veil and earrings there too- they matched perfectly with my dress.I highly recommend this place- the dresses are beautiful and the people there make you feel truly unique in every way.

The BEST service I have had at a bridal salon. Everyone there is very down to earth and nice. I was going to set up a bridal appointment there but ended up finding my dress before I did, so I decided to take my Bridesmaids there because of all the good things I heard.Not only is the place beautifully set up but they made each one of my girls with very different body types feel comfortable and it was a fun time.I had brought my bridesmaids to 2 other stores and the experience was not even close to this one. This place made all the difference for my bridal party.LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!

My sister Chris and I dropped in the Boutique, without an appointment, last week just to look around and were treated like royalty!! Suzy and the owner were so knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating! They dropped everything and helped us find exactly what we were looking for! This place is so amazing! It was the first place i went to look for wedding dresses and they gave me exactly what I wanted! The staff is super friendly and most importantly honest. The tell you what they think looks good and what doesnt. They made me feel like the most beautiful bride in the world and with the dress they sold me, hopefully I will look the way I felt.

I feel SO blessed that I came across TLC Bridal! First of all, the store is beautiful, spotless and very inviting. The staff could not be any more professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They sit down with you to get to know you, listen carefully to what your dream dress would look like and then talk about what your budget is. Next thing I knew, they brought me over 6-8 dresses. I didnt have to look through all the dresses myself- they knew what I was looking for! As soon as I saw the first dress they brought over, I knew it was the one!!! I tried it on and my Mom was speechless and was crying. It was one of my favorite moments in my life! They then helped me accessorize it- and honestly, I was not expecting to walk out of there with not only my dream wedding dress, but also a veil, earring, bracelet and other accessories- all withing my budget! They also had me try on a few other dresses to make sure that I did indeed find my dream dress. How awesome is that!? My advice to all the brides out there- dont look any further, just give TLC Bridal a shot, because even if you wont find a dress there, you will leave with a fantastic experience!

Everyone at TLC Bridal was fantastic. I was comfortable from the time I walked in until the time I left. My consultant, Suzie, really made the experience. She guessed my size without question, pulled a variety of great dresses, and listened to everything I had to say about each dress. She was never pushy and even told me that if I felt that any of the dresses were less than my favorite I had tried on in another shop that I should run, not walk, to grab the dress that made me feel the best. She accommodated my friends and family very well, while making sure that my opinion was unequivocally heard. In the end, I said yes to the dress that I found at TLC. I definitely will be recommending TLC to my friends and family in the future; I will probably also return for my bridesmaids dresses and accessories. Thank you to Suzie and the whole TLC Bridal team! You were fantastic!

Disappointed. Ladies were quite helpful but I thought the owner was a bit rude and seemed to implicate that my daughter was picky. I also dont think the $100 fee was worth it. I have been to other wedding boutiques were champagne and snacks are given complimentary and you have a private room. Didnt have a big selection of dresses.

I cant recommend TLC Bridal Boutique highly enough!! My daughter shopped around a bit for her wedding gown but we found TLC far superior in the quality of their gowns and in the service they provide! The girls who work there are very nice and really have a great sense of blending client preferences with styles flatter them the most. Because my daughter had such a good experience there, I went last night and found the perfect Mother of the Bride gown! JayJay was fantastic to work with and already had selections ready based on a previous conversation. She made it fun and easy!! I love working with her and her team!! The shop is adorable and in Downtown Frederick!!

Although Im not a bride, I am a MOH who tagged along with the bride to TLC. I had visited a few other bridal shops in the area with my friend, but was just blown away at the no pressure sales at TLC. They even encouraged my friend to go to another shop to buy a dress there because they realized thats the one she really wanted! They gave her first class service and listened to her. They allowed me to take pictures (unlike some places) and played no games with price. I would highly recommend this shop for any bride to bride. I rated appeal as good because the shop could use some remodeling for sure, just a few hundred bucks spent on some paint and decor would really make a difference!

We had an appointment and we waited for someone to help us. Then it took a half an hour for the bride to come and show us her dress. Not private at all. You sit in a room with other brides trying on dresses.

Do not EVER shop here! I have been to 6 different places to try on wedding dresses. This is the only place that charged me money to make an appointment. You would think that once you show up for it, youd get your money back. You dont. They dont charge $25 on Fridays but they charged me for coming in on a Friday because there was a Lillian West event. I had no idea about this event. When we went for our appointment, we were the only ones there. I was not told about this Lillian West event at my appointment what so ever. So I paid $25 for an event that I knew nothing about. When I asked why I was charged $25, the Owner said in a nasty voice, We charge because we are good at what we do and we dont want people coming in here playing dress up. How rude. I had a dress on hold that I was going to buy on Monday but I told them to take it off because they were so rude. All over $25. I will never spend my money here again and I encourage no one else to!! I will make sure everyone knows about my experience!

I cant say enough good things about the staff at TLC Bridal Boutique, especially Suzie!! I found the perfect dress at a different bridal shop, however, that shop was unable to rush order my wedding dress in the right color and size. My sister and I called countless bridal shops hoping to find a way to rush deliver my Maggie Sottero dress. Then my sister found TLC Bridal Boutique and within 30 minutes I received a phone call back, stating that the dress was available and they could have it rush delivered to me. By end of the day Suzie secured not only my dress in the specific color and size I needed but a ship date by Friday!!! Its refreshing to deal with professionals that love what they do and genuinely care about their clients (even the ones they have not met yet). I would 100% recommend this shop! They are simply fabulous!!!!

Overall I had a positive experience with TLC Bridal. Their new location (second level shop) is very nicely decorated and centrally located in Downtown Frederick. Unfortunately, I went into this appointment already having found a unique wedding dress I really liked (and ended up buying), so the consultants at TLC has a hard time finding a dress I liked more than the one I had already found. Nevertheless, my consultant, Suzy, did everything she could to help me find a dress from TLC, and even brought in her coworker and the owner when she had run out of ideas. I could tell they really just wanted me to find a dress that I liked (so much so that they hinted I should run back and get the other dress!). They were very nice and catering the whole appointment, respected my budget, and listened to what style I was looking for.The reason why I gave four stars instead of five was because I sat in the lobby for 30min before anyone realized I was there (granted, they had just moved into this location and things were a bit hectic...no excuse for 30min though) and that each of the fitting rooms had windows with see-through lacy curtains (I felt as though people could see right up into the fitting room). Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend checking out TLC Bridal for wedding dresses.

TLC Bridal Boutique was my first experience trying on wedding dresses. I made an appointment for their Spring sale, not sure if I would find a dress- but I got so lucky and found my dress after trying on only a few! Not ony did I get an amazing deal, but the experience was wonderful! Suzi was so knowlegeable and helpful, and the shop was empty since we were the first appointment of the day! I just picked up my wedding dress from TLC, and the entire experience was an incredibly pleasure. They helped me find the *perfect* gown. The customer service was so incredible that my bridesmaids are going to get their dresses here as well. I would highly recommend them.

While I didn’t ultimately find my dress here, JayJay was so kind and accommodating that I felt the need to write a review!She really worked with my modest budget to try to find me a dress I would love. Knowing that I was from out of town, she even went so far as to share photos of dresses with me via email.After some nightmarish experiences with other salons, JayJay really made me feel valued. I was also pleasantly surprised to hear that they had many sample dresses to try in size 6 and 8, instead of the typical 10s, 12s, and 14s. She went out of her way to help me and I can’t thank JayJay enough!I’d definitely recommend this bridal salon :)

Ive been to 8 different dress shops and TLC bridal was by far the best. The customer service is excellent there. I told Terry and JJ what I wanted in a dress and they managed to pick a couple dresses that were exactly what I wanted. Once I tried on the dresses and found the one, they still advised me to go home and think about it. JJ really wanted to help me find a dress in my price range that would make me feel like the most beautiful bride on my special day. I HIGHLY recommend checking out this store if you want to find a great dress at a reasonable price.

I went to TLC to try on the dress in the right color (when I originally found it at another store it was in ivory). Though I only had a 1 hour appointment and they were quite busy, the entire staff was more than accommodating and allowed me to try on a few other dresses that I saw just to be sure. Once I had decided on my dress, there was zero pressure to purchase it. I actually left (because I didnt plan on getting married until next year) and when I called in a panic because we moved our date up by 1 year they got me right in for a measurements. I again requested that I try on the dress just to be 100% sure (Im terrible with huge decisions) and they were again very patient and did everything they could to make me comfortable and confident in my decision. All in all Id definitely recommend at least going to try on dresses if for no other reason than to have a pleasant experience. The staff is wonderful (though my consultant on ordering/measuring day was a little careless) and do everything they can to make sure youre sure of your decision.

Although the dress was nice, I was never told that “Sample” was embroidered in the bottom.

After having a not great experience it was so refreshing to go to TLC. I felt very welcomed and was given a private room for me and my guests which it looked as though that was the only way they did things; everyone with a private room, which I thought was great. JJ helped me and she was the best! Other places I went seemed offended when I didnt like something they pulled, not JJ. I was quite decisive when I knew I didnt like something and she never made me feel bad about that or told me to give it a chance. She would just leave and bring back something closer to what I was thinking based on what I liked/didnt like. I also had a 3 year old with me who is my flower girl and JJ was kind enough to let her try on a flower girl dress as well so she could feel special and included. My mother had ventured to look for mother of the bride dresses which they have a nice selection she told me and have a consultant who helps just with that section! My mother said we needed to come back just for her too :) Last thing I will add is that JJ gave us the perfect balance of her opinion and then stepping away to let us talk. I cant compliment her enough!!

TLC Bridal is the best! I went on a Monday afternoon with my mom and sister to try on dresses. Not only were all of the dresses GORGEOUS, but the staff made the day so much fun! I worked with JayJay and she did such a great job of listening to what dress I invisioned, and picked out different dresses just to give me an idea. She was so funny and made the experience so much fun. The customer service at TLC Bridal is top notch! Not only was JayJay awesome that day, but she followed up with an e-mail seeing if I wanted to try on any of the dresses again, and asked for feedback of herself and of TLC Bridal as a whole. It was such a great experience!
