The store is a means to an end and overall well to work with. Im not particularly fond of the staffs attitude, just as other people have written their reviews about. Sometimes Ive stood there, waiting and I NEVER get an acknowledgment which at times is basic customer service. Even they make contact and wont acknowledge that it will be a few more minutes and the weight goes on for me. It makes me feel like why would I want to give them more business than what Im directly there for.The manager has a very stern personality, I can see why people could be turned off from that but her is excellent at what he does. I just have to wonder if the staff is happy. They dont feel like they are saved you see a turn around with employees. I would expect that no matter what, they should teach basic kindness which most customer service environments would. I have been using different UPS Stores over the years and when the staff is professional and courteous it makes all the difference.I had the pleasure of being assisted by Dara. He was a gentleman and helped me set-up a box before work. He was very thorough in the paperwork and made sure everything was on-point all while helping drop-off customers at the same time.It makes all the different when you get good help! Most of the staff at the counter are rude and stupid. They never understand what the customer is asking for. The staff there are unfriendly to customers and lazy when asking for help. Iβve never been this kind of store before. Iβm so disappointed. Even if someone gave me 1 million dollars, I would never go to this store. worst service

Iβve never been treated so poorly in a long time. The two guys there grabbed papers out of my hands, rattled pens at me, refused to notarize because he looked away for a split second, and tried keeping my drivers license when I wanted to leave. Very rude behavior from the boss and other guy who works there.
Do NOT go here. They charge insane prices, literally 3x what the post office charges. Then they lie and say that the post office will charge you the same rate, which is false because I checked. I had a package that was 13 oz addressed to SC. He told me my options were $22 and $24. When I told him that sounds high, are there any other options, he said no. I went to walk out of the store with my package, and then he said he could ship it UPS ground for $11.99. I took my package to the post office and they said they can ship it by air for $6.50. Iβm not sure what bothers me more, the fact they they are charging 3 times what the post office charges, or the fact that they lie to you and only offer their most expensive shipping option.
Not such a bad UPS store but not so great either. I have experienced better with FedEx but had to use UPS for this package.Staff was kind enough but odd that the other dude behind the counter couldnβt stop what he was doing to help move the line along. Too busy being a supervisor I guess and supervising the one guy was too important. Canβt stand poor customer service and people who think they are above it. Thatβs why I prefer Fedex/Kinkos.

MISLEADING! DONT BE FOOLED. This is not a UPS store.I visited the store to have a package sent overnight. I was given a rate of nearly $200. So, I asked what is the next cheapest option; then I was quoted $81 and the associate told me several times that the package would arrive two days later on a Thursday. This was SO important that I asked him several times if that was true, and he said dont worry it will be there.Well, it is now Thursday, and the package says it is being shipped by USPS and wont be there until Monday. Wait, what?! I asked for it to be sent via UPS; but instead they charged me the $80 UPS rate, and sent it cheaper via USPS to make a profit. The owner of this business is definitely aware of this after we spoke on the phone, and I will be reporting it. He apologized on the phone verbally, but did not take any action besides say that he blames USPS and was generally rude by not offering to refund at least a partial amount.This is no way to run a business. Ill be taking my future business elsewhere, and I suggest you do the same.
Incredibly rude customer service. Dropped off an Amazon return and after 48 hrs the tracking said still not received by UPS. When I called the store they were incredibly arrogant saying well you might have to wait another 2-3 days til it leaves the store. What?! Never have these problems at the Milford UPS Store. This one is an absolute joke. Always has been.

Great Service Hours are so convenient because I work till 6 when I get home I have to ship all my orders for my second business and they are open till 8. Owner is a good guy and employees are very kind. Other reviews say they got a BS price and that because if your trying to ship an item to a certain place that 0place might not have a ups/FedEx facility nearby and so its the customers responsibility to determent weather UPS USPS or FEDEX is the most cost effective choice otherwise you can get hit with a high price. Dont blame the store instead stop being lazy do 5 mins of research and problems like that won happen Learn how to ship your items properly! dont blame ups lol

When I got to this UPS, there was a note on the door. Be back in 10 minutes. It was raining out so I went back to my car. I saw the owner coming from behind the building. I brought my package in, it was an Amazon return so free shipping. He charged me a dollar, he said it was for handling. So heβs a thief! Another time they tried to charge me $100.00 to ship. I went to the regular post office and paid $15.00. The owner always has a scowl on his face. This place sucks! I had to give them a star in order to give my review but if possible I would give minus 5 stars.
There is a older gentleman working here that makes this place unbearable. Everytime I come in, he claims the packaging is not sufficient to mail and that he will repack it for $20 dollars. Oversized or heavy boxes and this individual will try to rip you off. Save yourself the trouble, drive 10 minutes north to the store in Milford, they have the customer in mind and are not rude about their services.
I wish I could give this place negative stars. The owner/manager is extremely rude and takes advantage of customers. I went in there to ship a $10 scarf to CT, and he weighed my package in something else to increase the weight/cost. When I asked him about it, he ignored me. Then, he said I only had 2 options: to ship the package the next day for $40, or for two days from now for $30. I asked him if there was a 3rd option because I didnt need it to be there at a certain time, and he said there was no other option. I am extremely offended and will never be going back to this location as I feel as though I have been ripped off.
Terrible location. Visited recently and I always feel like Iβm getting ripped off. The owner, Ken, is always rude and unhelpful. Iβve rented a truck from them as well a few years back, since they offer Uhaul, and was forced to buy extra insurance even though I have it through my insurance. I even called my insurance company to see if I was covered with a rental truck, and I was. I advise you look elsewhere when tempted to do business at this location.

This hectic holiday season, I partially labeled my packages. Even with this gross omission. ken, the owner and his staff, diligently and skillfully tracked my packages, relabeled them and sent them to the intended destination. We received daily updates on the progress of each package. They went above and beyond what I expected. My grands are happy their holiday gifts arrived on time. Im very happy with the service and consideration given from each employee.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The βmanagerβ is the rudest, most unprofessional person Iβve ever come in contact with. My first encounter with him was when he chased after me into the parking lot accusing me of printing double sided pages and only paying for 1 sided..I didnβt. He insisted I show him my papers so I did only for him to find that I was telling the truth. Shocker. Regretfully, I decided To return to the store so I could ship 3 packages which had prepaid labels. I entered the store without a mask on because there is no noticeable sign posted on the door telling you itβs mandatory and he proceeded to yell at me and tell me that he would only accept my items this one time. I placed my items on the scale and he shouted βSTEP BACK!β even though I was behind plexiglass. He then wouldnβt accept one of the packages because he claimed I needed a box for it which to my knowledge, I donβt because itβs getting shipped back to amazon and such packages do not need boxes. The 2 other items I was shipping back also went to amazon which he accepted without packaging. Maybe some require it and some donβt, but as far as Iβm concerned, thereβs a much nicer way to get your point across rather than treating me like an idiot. I will never, if it is the last thing I do, ever return to this store.
This is by far the worst UPS store in Massachusetts. The manager and employees are always rude and never helpful. I have been here four times and every time they have been rude and disrespectful and willing to help me ship a simple idea. Avoid this place at all costs

I have only good things to say about this store. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. I come here almost every day to drop off packages, and everyone is always helpful. Last week I brought 3 items in to be sent back to Amazon. You can now just bring a barcode and the UPS store will print labels and package them for you before sending them out. One code wasnβt scanning so the guy who helped me had to type in the code manually. Never got a receipt for that. I so far have not been refunded for that item through Amazon so I called a couple days ago to see whatβs going on and how I can prove I returned it and such. The guy (I forgot his name) that answered, was extremely rude and kept interrupting me. He would not let me tell him about anything. He impatiently kept responding with attitude as I said I did not understand why I did not receive a receipt or confirmation it was received by Amazon. 2 stars because the guy I met with when I came in made the process easy and was not rude. I will not be going to this location again.
I was bringing one item with me on September 7, 2019. I had arrived at this place at approximately 8:25 a.m. I walked up to the United Parcel Service store when I noticed a taped note on the front door. The message stated I am moving trucks but I will be back at 8:40 a.m. This was quite inconvenient for myself and others that discovered that this employee was not present inside this establishment. I suggest that you hire someone that is reliable while showing up for work.

I had a wonderful experience with large (wide) format printing here tonight! Not only was the printing beautiful, but the service was impeccable and extremely friendly. I had contacted other stores previously to contacting my local Franklin, MA UPS store and I couldnt believe the difference. The Franklin store was able to assist me and have me out the door and happy in 20 minutes whereas the other stores were either rude or had a very slow turn around time. Dont let them trick you into spending more money shipping things. Manager said regular delivery shipments are being held for days if not weeks because of covid19. This couldnt be farther from the truth! My package arrived on time standard ground delivery. Shame on you trying to take advantage of people!

Over the last year, I had to clean out my parents house and when I decided to have all the old documents shredded, I brought them all right over to the same location (UPS store in Franklin). The price was so reasonable. Anytime Ive had to have photocopies made, they always offer to do the copying for me. Today, Ken copied all of my documents and even offered to re-staple everything. I would never consider going anywhere else because they are always open, (or so it seems), there is lots of parking, and its very convenient. Thank you to UPS store in Franklin, for making my life so much easier when I need something done fast.

One Sunday morning my printer died. So I went to The UPS Store in Franklin so I could quickly print my resume. Ive been to many print shops and usually the people working there are so unfriendly and want you to just leave. It was nice to be up so early and be welcomed by such nice people and such great service.
I have had multiple projects printed at this ups store. They are very easy to deal with very quick and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company and team for your printing needs.

An embarrassment for a service. Had an urgent next day letter and paid $80 for it to arrive at 8 am. It got missorted and went to Philadelphia, to arrive at 10:15 the following day - more than a day late. They showed zero urgency to get my package there earlier. It did not get there until 10:15am. They then tell me that to get a refund, the corporation cannot help me as each UPS is a franchise and that individual store must issue the refund. Ridiculous! Their is zero focus on the customer and 100% focus on their internal processes.

The post above must be high. if ur expecting to get in and out of the store dream on. the manager cannot multi task. he likes to go back and forth from computer to computer but actually gets in his own way.I am in line right now at the location typing this. there r 10 customers in line. the place sucks. Ken is a nice guy and needs help but UPS seems pretty cheap as they dont staff anyone but Ken. its insane and the place should be re- organized. Ken says sorry to every customer. Im not surprised to see the number of 5-star comments about this UPS Store. Every single word of them really is all true. Im a mailbox customer. I had a PO BOX at the post office and had nothing but problems with their hours and customer service. This location is open every day, even on Sunday. As someone who owns a business in the service industry, I know what its like dealing with people and so does this UPS Store they are awesome.

Id give zero starts if possible. While trying to return a laptop internationally the owner was argumentative and insistent that he knew his job and I didnt need to worry about the instructions from the company I was shipping to.2 days later my package is returned to me because he put the wrong caution label on - the one he used had been invalid since the start of the year.I return today to have them fix it and no one there has any idea what to do and the owner is on vacation not returning calls.

I ship frequently with them and have rather heavy packages from time to time so it is greatly appreciated when they came out to my car and unload all of them for me. Every time I have used this location, they have always been very friendly, helpful and patient.
I want to like this place for its convenience to my place of work; however, they are the slowest and most over-priced mail solution ever. If you are conducting any USPS (post office) business, other than dropping off a flat pre-stamped envelope, you will be over-charged by appx 150% than if you had just gone to the post office up the street. Additionally, the antiquated methods of this shop owner are absolutely mind-boggling. You bring in an addressed and pre-packed shipment, sealed up and ready to go. You then have to fill out some form, by hand, that literally has all the same information as the package you literally just handed him! He then takes that form you just filled in and enters it into the machine. WHY?! You had my package with that info in front of you all along. Which brings me to the other thorn in my side: if you are in need of behind-the-counter service, you will be here forever. I typically do not even walk in the store if there are more than 2 customers inside. Today I waited more than 10 minutes for 1 person ahead of me. This is the typical formula I see here... for each and every person in front of you, tack on another 15 additional minutes. Oh, and then you get to the counter and get to fill in forms and stuff... so theres another 15. FOREVER! The worst. I will never go to this place again, even though I walk by it every single weekday.

I had to ship some large pictures home during my visit to my parents, I used this UPS store in Franklin Ma. The staff was very friendly, helpful and packaged all the breakable items very well. Everything arrived safe and perfect, couldnt ask for anything more.
The last time I used the UPS Store in Franklin I had a very delicate item to send to my sister. It was a quilt that had been made following the death of her daughter Bridget Marie Sanetti in the Station Nightclub Fire in Rhode Island. The quote had been constructed by her students from the Hillside Alternative School in Woonsocket. Her colleagues lovingly stitched the quilt together and had it framed beautifully. It was extremely large and very heavy as well as very fragile. Your company treated my quilt like it was the Hope Diamond. They wrapped it and mailed it and it was received by my sister and absolutely perfect condition. I am forever grateful to the kind, courteous and respectful care that your staff showed me. I had a csection 5 days ago and a new born baby at home and I a have to go in person to pick up my two packages. Despite what the ups email pick up notification was saying, the manager of the store Joe wouldnβt allow to my boyfriend to pick up my packages. When I went to the store he was racist(i am latin) and basically he told me if I continue complaining he will go slower.The ups email was giving me instructions that the manager of the store ignore them. He had no signs of humanity on his soul. This is so upsetting.

My experiences at this store have been overwhelmingly positive until today and I had also posted a 5 star review. Kiss that goodbye. Today I was met by a cranky, obnoxious and tedious clerk that did nothing but bellyache from the moment I put down my perfectly prepared prepaid return packages to scan, same as Ive done dozens and dozens and dozens of times. It all went wrong for him when his scanner wouldnt light up on the barcode. Blaming me, the customer for the way you put the tape on followed by I cant be responsible for tracking and other whining and complaining mutterings as he was forced to endure the horror of manually inputting the label data. Terrible customer service. Top tip: Never start your customer service interaction by blaming the customer when your equipment isnt functioning as expected. PIA. Never again.

So I just wanted to bring a package in to ship. But when I got there and saw that they have so much like shredding and printing, who knew. I went back the next day and dropped of over 30lbs of documents to be shredded. The young man named Tim even helped me carry it from my car.

Way over priced not very helpful after they made a mistake to resolve the situation. They told my son $25 to ship the package when he left, they suprize him with a $70.bill. We would have made other arrangements if we knew it cost 70 bucks. Areview of the bill appears to me that he was double dipped on packing service. The owner insists not. All i can say is 70 bucks is outragous and did not include insurance. After numerous calls the owner finally agreed to take 10 bucks off but we had to get back to the store by 6 pm today. This was useless as my son is in class and works today and cant make it back. Ill go to the post office or fed x before Id ever go back here again . If you go here make sure you check your invoice before u leave.
