After researching online, I decided to purchase a Yamaha Arius YDP-184 from Kraft Music. Their website provided the most thorough information. I found out through their site that this particular digital piano came with a three year manufacturers warranty, which makes extended warranty, offered by two other vendors, useless and unnecessary.I chose the rosewood finish which makes my piano almost look black. It is a beautiful piece of equipment and it sounds marvelous.The piano was delivered by FedEx freight to my door in eight days. There were no scratches or damages.I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase.
Ordered the Yamaha P125B digital piano package. The website was extremely easy to use and exceptionally informative. Communication about order status was superb. Kraft emailed me a YouTube video before the products arrived explaining exactly how to assemble the piano stand which would have been a little tricky without the video. All in all, a very good experience. I would definitely call on Kraft again

I have tracked my order most of the day. I have not received any updated as to when I will receive my order. Wow, great service!Shopping for a $3800 stage piano, 17 years later. Kraft came up on Google, had it in stock across the country. Called and spoke with Ben. He was very straightforward, explained a logical reason behind their use of freight shippers for such. Called back and placed the order directly with him and everything turned out super well - including the box was walked in by two folks, and in a condition like I’d get picking it up in a store. I shopped and purchased a yamaha keyboard p-45 along with the bundle which included a seat, stand and pedal for my son from Kraft Music at the recommendation of our music instructor. I shopped around first and found some cheaper but did not have all the features that I needed. I am so glad I went with Kraft. They were responsive and seems concerned with the customers satisfaction. I received the order on time and everything is perfect. The keyboard is exactly what my son needed. I bought the Yamaha p125 keyboard and I could not be happier. I was looking for something that I could practice at night on without it being loud and it is better than I even imagined.The bench that it came with is very professional and super comfortable. The headphones sound like you’re in a room with a piano, when I first put the headphones on I had to check to make sure they were in because it sounded so good. The pedals work amazing and the keys feel like a real piano.I have been practicing Chopin, Bach, Debussy, Rachmaninov, and Albeniz so far and this keyboard blew my expectations.

My experience with Kraft Music has been excellent. After extensive online study I knew that I wanted a Yamaha P-125 for my wife. I found Kraft’s web site and they had one in stock. I was pleased to see they already had a bundle put together with all the add-ons and accessories I wanted. I ordered the bundle Monday morning, 7/20. I went with Kraft’s free ground shipping expecting at least a week for delivery. To my surprise all pieces arrived Wednesday morning, 7/22. All ordered items arrived in perfect condition. I also received an e-mail from David Hall of Kraft Music offering support for getting things setup, explaining what I was to do if something did not work or if I was dissatisfied for an reason. Included in the email were three coupon codes for savings on future purchases. I am most pleased with Kraft Music. They will be my go-to source for all my future musical needs.

Although I was not able to ultimately get the very specific product I was looking for, due to COVID-19 supply chain issues, Jake was extremely helpful in providing alternatives, insights, etc. He was incredibly responsive to my emails and even called me directly to help me sort my way through various options. I ordered a Behringer TD-3 (Yellow Edition) a few days ago from the main website and after I had ordered all looked to be good. However, I had ordered 2 units by accident and had to call in to have the second order canceled and they told me that the TD-3 Yellow was backlogged until the end of April. It is now April 5th. I wish there would have been some sort of notification about the backlog, I would have went to Sweet Water instead and just ordered the cables I need separately (as opposed to Kraft Music who put together a thoughtful bundle). I play keyboards and want this machine as quickly as possible to complement by existing Roland JD-Xi and Yamaha P-125 digital piano.

I ordered a keyboard online and was having it shipped to a neighbors house so that my kids would not see it until Christmas. I put the alternate shipping address in my order and went about my day. I got an email promptly asking me to call them regarding my order. To my surprise, they were validating that I actually meant to send it to my neighbor and that it was not someone attempting to use my identity to get the merchandise shipped to them. That extra effort of double checking is one of the things that makes this company great. keep it up!
I figured now was a good time to get back into playing piano. I did some research but really wanted to be able to talk to someone about the two choices I was wavering between - but who is available during this covid pandemic? I was also looking at bundles for my digital piano purchase when I saw kraft music. The bundle they had looked too good to be true, cheaper than all the bigger chain websites I had been looking at!! Not only that, this morning I called because the website indicated I could - and I talked to David who helped solidify my choice and helped me order right away! I was buying a guitar for my son to learn, and I had done a lot of research and found the best deals for what I needed on the Kraft Music website. I was nervous, as it was an investment for someone like me, and I am not a musician myself. Shortly after placing my order, I received a friendly phone call to confirm my order and let me know it would ship that day. I promptly got my shipping confirmation, and before the delivery I received an email from Scott Collins with the company letting me know that if I had any questions and concerns, not hesitate to contact them. The delivery came as expected, and the quality of the packaging and equipment was wonderful. I had bought a guitar bundle, and the other equipment they included was all of a good quality. In this day and age it is often difficult to find quality business interactions, and rarely, if ever, do you feel a personalized and professional experience with on line buying. Edit: The next day Kraft gave me a call and apologized profusely and genuinely about the issues I had. After acknowledging my frustrations they offered me a fantastic deal on a new DSI Rev2 that would take a couple of weeks to ship. Although this company made a mistake they went the extra mile to correct their mistakes, which is something you dont see everyday. Everyone is human, and this really shows how important customer satisfaction is to Kraft Music. With how competitive the current music tech market is, THIS is how you retain customers. Ill definitely think of Kraft Music for my next big box purchase knowing Ill be in good hands.Previous post: Went to purchase an item they had advertised, and talked with a sales representative. We agreed upon a price and the next day I emailed them asking to make the purchase. They agreed to sell the item and said they would wait for a call. I called them and only after giving them all of my credit card information, having the card decline because of a purchase over 1000, and calling my bank to clear the purchase, were they able to finally communicate that the item was sold the previous day. I ordered a digital piano for Christmas & spoke to Ben Hohenstein. Ben made the entire transaction quick & easy and he was so knowledgeable about their music bundles & he was able to make substitutions for the products that I wanted. Its a great option to be able to build your own bundle. Everything arrived in perfect condition but after looking at further digital piano options, I wanted to exchange my purchase. I purchased a Casio Celviano AP-270 from Kraft Music back in July. Adam Berzowski helped me select this piano. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I received my piano quickly and it is perfect. It doesnt take up a lot of room, but has a very pure piano sound. The customer service is excellent and the prices are great too!

Went to Kraft locally, not realizing they were online only (as google seems to think they have a showroom). Despite this the staff was super polite and offered to assist as best they could with the warehouse staff out for the weekend. While i didnt get what i was after today i would do business with them again.

How about updating google to say closed vs showing your open when you’re not. It shows under hours of operation that you’re open despite you little memo.
Deceptive online eBay store (they sell through their site and on ebay). When checking out they imply they ship to Alaska free by taking your money and sending a confirmation. It also says free shipping next to the Alaska address on the ebay site. (In the small print on the site Kraft CS explained they do not ship to AK, other eBay stores do not process your order or take your money if this is the case, Kraft music did take and refund the money once it was too late) Then the next day they canceled because they said AK addresses are a no go. This normally wouldnt be an issue except there was a sale price at a different store and now the sale is over, and now Ill be paying $200 more due to the deceptive eBay site. I hope Kraft is able to update their eBay site so that this isnt a problem for future customers. Im sure they sell fine instruments here. Current customer service has not been helpful. Ill update if anything changes.

My son wanted a microphone for his computer for recording himself singing. I stumbled upon Kraft Musics website and started shopping. I found the microphone I wanted however I couldnt find where it mentioned if the microphone connected to a computer or not. I sent a message through the contact tab on the bottom and asked what I thought was a very stupid question.. does this item connect to a computer and explained briefly that my son wanted a microphone to record his music. Our package was sold out when we ordered it, however Scott Collins kept the communication line open. I would email him and I would receive an email right back. The keyboard came with a manuel not in English and Scott sent me a link for one in English and also ordered me one in the mail. I had it in days. Ordering online is great, but doesnt always go as planned. We ordered a digital piano package and UPS totally goofed up the delivery. After beings weeks late I finally had to go to UPS twice to get my piano, then when I got it, it was defective. Ben Hohenstein was the Kraft Music expediter assigned to my case and he was very helpful and kind. He sent us a replacement and now all is well. Thanks, Ben!

I was upgrading my Roland V-drums electronic drum set and didnt know which one to buy. Will talk to me for a long time and help me compare all the different models to figure out exactly what I needed. Turns out I didnt need to buy the the most expensive model which I thought I originally did. And they sent me a package deal, which was such an amazing deal. I couldnt believe it!

I was planning on ordering just a guitar, and had been searching a number of companies to try to find the best site. Kraft Musics bundle was by far the best deal I found, including everything from extra strings to a guitar stand for the same price I saw other sites selling the guitar alone.In fact, I was so caught off guard, I admit I researched the company a bit just to make sure it wasnt too good to be true. Fortunately, I found countless excellent reviews of Kraft Music, and after my own purchasing experience, Im glad to say that I can count myself as one of those many happy customers. Shipping was quick, and there were no issues with my order.I was also impressed with Kraft Musics customer service. Emails were responded to quickly, and they even sent me a follow-up email a few weeks after my order just to see if everything was working well.
We received a Yamaha YDP-181 that had been damaged in shipping. Immediately upon hearing of the problem, Bob Rouse shipped out a replacement and had the first one picked up. The piano is absolutely beautiful and weve already had two people who usually play grand pianos tell us that they love the feel and the sound of the Yamaha. Thanks so much Kraft Music.

I ordered a Yamaha P115 keyboard combo package online. It came in exactly as described. The included keyboard stand was not adjustable to a comfortable height for my preference. I responded to their standard customer satisfaction email by asking for any suggestions on possible solutions. Within 24 hours I received an email that Adam B. was going to send a replacement stand that would solve the problem. Now thats CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Im a truck driver that wanted to relax playing a guitar. Look at Kraft Music web sit and was very please with what i saw. So I called and got a hold of Jake Blake. and what a so very helpful person he was to work with and chat with. I chose the guitar i wanted. An Yamaha FS830. order it and within 2 days it was at the house. took it out of the box, tune it up and it player great. I am very please with it, and looking for many hours of enjoyment. Without a doubt, probably the best customer service experience Ive ever had - and Im old, so thats saying something. Adam B. helped us customize a Nord Grand bundle that fit our wants and needs in this system. He gave expert advice on which pieces could be swapped for other compatible, performant choices. He double checked to make sure ALL the required cabling would be included to ensure that no surprises occurred during un-boxing and setup. When the stand for the keyboard showed back-ordered for several weeks, he threw in an economical stand at no charge so the rest of the system could ship in the meantime. He also worked a great deal on shipping the whole thing to Hawaii, and when the shipper (not Kraft) had a couple of hiccups, Adam and Kraft quickly stepped-up, owned the issues and made sure there was the least impact and inconvenience to the customer. Prices were competitive-plus, but with that high level of service? No comparison - theyre in a different league, and theyve got my future business.

The kit was lost in transit and the representative who helped me throughout, Ben Hohenstein, was by far the best customer assistance person Ive ever had the pleasure of talking to. Wow! Talk about customer service! I was in the process of ordering my first-ever recording equipment and came across the Kraft Music web site. I emailed them with a question about one of their product offerings, and within a minute I received a phone call from Ben Hohenstein. He discussed product availability, ship dates and such, and then processed my order for me. He followed up with an email outlining several web sites that were of great help in getting everything set up. He also offered to answer any questions I might encounter during the installation.
