Went in to inquire about a Scag cheetah. The salesman I worked with couldnt offer any assistance. (Presumably because he is new, but.... even still, he should have some product knowledge and training.) When I asked about doing a demo, he informed me he would have to ask his sales manager (Dean). He asked us to have a look around and he would be right back. He never returned...After 30mins we went to find him and as we approached, he said oh hey, Dean said no... I informed him that my house is on a hill and I cannot justify writing a check for $15,000 on a lawn mower if Im not sure it will cut what I need it to cut. He then offered me a demo on a used turf tiger. I told him I do not need that much mower and do not want to go used, the two mowers are not the same and the cheetah is the mower I am interested in. (Which was in stock by the way). He said hed be right back, once again, and never returned.My wife and I got in our truck to leave and saw him walking around with another customer and Dean looking at a tractor attachment. We sat there a minute waiting and went unacknowledged. Finally I got out of the truck to ask the question myself. The sales manager seemed disinterested in selling a 15k mower and more worried about his customer looking at a $30,000 tractor implement. When I asked him about a test drive he told me no, we only do demos in the summer. So, my question was, do they not want to sell one during the slowest part of the year for mowing. I offered to come get it, bring it back, was told no. I asked them to bring it out and let me drive it on the hill just to be sure it will work and would not turn the blades on. At that point I was lectured about them not owning the mower and how no one wants a wrecked mower. So basically I was asked to stroke a check without knowing if the product would even fulfill my needs. The sales manager was condescending, rude, and completely inflexible. This is the first review Ive ever done and would normally just let it go. But, I WILL NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER and will not refer anyone to them. In fact I will probably suggest they go to Columbia just to avoid dealing with Dean.

Anthony was a pleasure to deal with. I bought on faith from 500 miles away and was not disappointed. Equipment was exactly as depicted and described. Delivered within 48 hours of purchase and started mowing the next day. Highly recommend.

Do your self a favor and go see Matt Campbell. I walked in Monday morning, looked around and no one approached me. Which means they’re not going to pressure sale you. Which is a big no no to me. I walked in the sales office and Matt was in there, I asked him all the questions, he never once tried to up sale or pressure me into anything. I walked out of there not purchasing anything and 5 minutes down the road I call Matt, which he answered immediately, and we ordered up a LA525 tractor for me and o picked it up few days later. I can’t stand salesman that pressure and up sale. Matt was honest and answered all my cut throat questions that were black and white. If I could give Matt 10 stars I would. I’ll be back soon with even a bigger purchase. He just won my loyalty with any farm equipment I’ll ever need.

Customer service in the parts and repair center is zero... if youre not buying a Skag or spending thousands they dont want to help! Over priced on repairs. Charged 90 bucks to grease a Stihl hedge trimmer!! 90 dollars for grease!

Worst customer service Ive ever received. They totally ruined a chainsaw chain I took them to be sharpened. The cutters had a 1/8 inch burr left on the cutting surfaces due to improper sharpening technique. The cutters had been held against the grinding wheel so long that they were blue from overheating. The manager told me in a very condescending tone that is how they sharpen chains and that she would order me a replacement but not to bring her any more chains (like that would even remotely cross my mind). I told her to keep the chain and I would take my future business to one of the dozen or so other Stihl dealers in town who care about providing quality work. I will not be scolded for criticizing someones shoddy work.

I was looking to buy my first Stihl brand chainsaw but all of my local stores in Columbia were out of stock in the MS391 series which prompted me to call these guys. Sure enough, they said they had it in stock. So after driving 35 minutes from Columbia, Tennessee I arrived at their store & I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had my saw ready and waiting for me behind the counter before I ever walk through the door. Additionally, the staff were very friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions. As a result, I am now the very proud & very pleased own of a Stihl MS391

This is an amazing dealership! The employees are informative, honest, happy, and very friendly. I purchased my first Stihl product (the BR800) at this dealer and I will never buy from any other dealer. I have not yet had any issues with my blower so I can’t review their service department yet but I can’t imagine it’s anything less than outstanding. I highly recommend this place!

Hats to the service department. No one wants to bring their mower for repairs this time of year. The normal reponse is, two weeksI brought mine in, the tech came out, heard it running rough, shut it down, pulled out a hose from the gas tank, blew it clean, re installed and I was good to go. I had a problem with my Stihl trimmer where it was not running well at full throttle unless choke was applied so I took it in to be serviced. Poncho waited on me within 5 minutes and took my unit back to the shop. A few minutes later he was out front running it at full throttle and all seemed well with it. He diagnosed it as having bad gas and had put some fresh in to test. I offered to pay but he refused. I was expecting it to need a carb clean and/or rebuild as I thought I had covered the basic troubleshooting and believed my fuel to be OK. While I cant speak to their rates, my experience was top-notch and if I need future service, I will be visiting them again. Good job Poncho and thank you!

Bought an expensive Kubota lawn mower and have had nothing but problems.. Service manager Troyis not very customer oriented person that doesnt seem to have a clue along with the rest of them on what their doing. If it werent for Keith I would not even consider going back.

Beware of their sales tactics.Will list a mower on the internet and when you call and talk with the salesman and tell them you want the mower and you leaving your home immediately and drive 32 miles to get there and told by the same salesman you had talked to 45 minutes early that he just sold to someone else. All they could say was we are sorry. You would think a business would have more respect for a customer. I am sure one of their buddies got the mower,but word of mouth about being done wrong goes a lot farther than looking out for your buddies. Jimmy Crafton.
