I recommend you guys all the time, and everyone I’ve told has said the same thing. I’m currently in need of another mower as mine finally came to rest under a tree.It’s been a good 8 years! I work in the customer service side at a dealership. I know how much of a pain in the butt it is to get parts now a days. Overall work was great no complaints. Every got returned to me in better shape and they took the delivery fee away as a courtesy. Thanks everyone at the service department
Good service and communication. Did my purchase via texting…never set foot in the dealership. Spent 4K on a riding mower but it was delivered with an empty tank of gas.Update. Larry, my salesman, sent me a gas card when he found out and was very apologetic. He definitely went out of his way for me.
I searched all over for my Gravely mower and everyone was sold out except for Koenig John Deere. The staff was friendly and I enjoyed my time there. Awesome selection of equipment!

Purchased a tractor online and several defects were concealed upon delivery. Motor in tractor was burning oil and blew smoke upon start-up, which explains why salesman started it out back for me and drove it around front, without me witnessing the cold start. Several other issues not mentioned in online advertisement. Very unhappy with purchase. I wouldnt recommend and wont do business with them ever again.

Thanks for locking the doors 5 mins early as I was getting out of my car and walking to the door as the guy looked right at me. I will never spend another dime here. Countless times weve got the wrong parts ordered in and should I mention the time we wanted to buy a mini ex and the sales guy screwed around for 3 weeks before he realized we bought a different brand then he wanted our business. If you want to be disappointed this is the place.

I originally gave this place a 1 star review because when I went there looking to buy a chainsaw, their personell were all busy and didnt pay me any attention.So, I went up to greenwood to a different Stihl dealer and bought the saw I wanted.Fast forward to today..I took the new saw out and it wouldnt start. I tried everything and it still wouldnt start. I pulled the plug out and realized it wasnt sparking.I figure everyone deserves a second chance so I brought it in to Koenig to see if they knew the problem. A very friendly employee helped me out. He worked on the saw immediately and diagnosed it as a bad ignition system. I left the saw with him for a warranty repair.I told him from now on, hes my service man.

I have never received such poor customer service ever. I drove from East Indianapolis to get a belt for my mower and if he didn’t have one in stock. I was going to look in to getting a new one. When I arrived. I Was told the lobby was closed. Told the guy I drove 30 mins to get here and I need a belt for my mover. He said he be with me in few minutes. 7-8 later he come out and helps other customers and as he walks by tells me I’ll be with you in few minutes again. After another 5 mins he brings stuff out for a customer. Then comes back to me asking what I need. I told him again I need a belt for my mower. He told me to call the store so they can look it up. Like you couldn’t told me that 15 mins ago. I also had picture of the mower decks part number for him. So since you don’t value me or my time. I’m just going to buy a new craftsman mower from Lowe’s. Have a nice day

I simply went in yesterday 10/30/18 to buy a couple filters and a few quarts of oil. The parts guy wanted an account name. When I told him I was paying cash, he insisted he still needed a name. So I pulled out an CC with my name on it, he type it in, then asked for my address. I asked what he needed that for, I was cash customer. He SLAMMED his notebook on the counter and STORMED out the back door. True story.... What in Gods name does anyone need your personal info to buy a freakin filter! I dont want to be put on a mailing list which is what the wanted. Even if I had decided to use a CC, which I was not going to use, you do not gain info from customer UNLESS the CC machine ask for it. Worst customer service in my life! I will never return.
They cant seem to keep a name. They always have to change it pretty often. Then I got 3 mower baldes that need sharpened. They want $10 a piece to do that. Went to rural king and bought 3 brand new blades ready to go for $23. Dont plan on doing business here unless I absolutely have too.
Stopped in to buy a ZTR mower on a Tuesday. Salesman was out sick. Worker from shop came out and answered questions, except price on model I was interested in. Model was currently in Ohio. Waited til Saturday and nobody ever called me back to discuss the mower or price, so I went to Grass Luvers in Columbus and bought a Skag commercial mower instead. Really wanted to know price of the JD, but since it wasnt on the floor, nobody could provide it. Tough for me to understand how JD can exist with only one salesman. I have even submitted an online request for quote and nobody answers yet today. I hope the poor guy didnt die.
Brought weed eater in to have pull cord on it fixed or repaired. Received phone call 3 weeks later saying it would be a 50 dollar diagnostic fee. To order whole new assembly. They could not rewind started cord. Weed eater was fixed and received a phone call ready for pick up 7 weeks after i dropped off for repair. Went to pick up weed eater it would not start and primer ball rubber broke. I consider this very poor service. Unit should have been checked out and any additional repairs noted and i should have been called with estimate to make this unit in working order. Spent 98.00And still dont have a working weed eater.Not to mention the ridiculous amount of time it took these guys to sort of but not really repair?

Very disappointed.. had repairs done. Glad they fixed it and all.. but we clean our stuff when done with it. It was clean when we took it to them. Got it back and grass every where on it from where they used it to make sure it was working good.. you guys should clean stuff off when done using it.
