It finally was time to replace our 1984 Hot Spring Classic Spa. After getting 37 years of service, we knew that only a Hot Spring Spa would do. Went into the Franklin Hot Spring store and Randall made us a great deal on a Jetsetter model. We’ve had it about two months, and it is amazing! 14 jets, a wide choice of lighting colors (both above and below the water), and requires much less chlorine than the old one. The ozone system keeps the water so fresh and clean smelling. We could not be happier with it! Big thanks to Randall at the Franklin store for his assistance! If you want to be happy with your hot tub for years, a Hot Spring Spa is the only way to go.

We had such a smooth and friendly experience with Randall. The spa took a long time to come, but, it did arrive in the delivery window and the process was explained to us very well. We absolutely love our spa and Randall was awesome helping us set it up and make sure it was ready to go. When we upgrade, we will be coming back!

Quick share on the Hot Springs Spa of Music City. Walked in to get a replacement part for a spa that I inherited at a house i purchased. Unfixable part- so i had to drop an unexpected wad of cash, but the service. In all my years of receiving services- Adam at HSSMC def emulated the best i have ever seen. Guy went above, and above to help me put a spa back together for an event at my house for my daughter. Was amazing. He not only taught me a bunch at the store, all of which i had no idea about he even helped me on the phone and then made a house call when all else failed. Seriously. You cant pay for this. Worth every penny and as im getting ready to move, ill be getting a new Hot Tub from them for my next house as well! Appreciate the team and Adam more than you know. A+++++

Very happy with the swim spa we purchased. Its great to swim laps, great family fun and I will forever be thankful for the Covana cover. Worth every penny! The only negative thing I could say is that COVID caused major delays on our project. No ones fault... it is what it is. We also had several damaged side panels delivered, however Hot Spring Spa ordered all new ones. Although little things like that caused more stress and delays throughout the project, they always made it right. 🙌👍

We had a 23 year old Hot Springs Spa that was still going strong so when we decided to upgrade we naturally went to our local Hot Springs Spa store in Franklin. The customer service we received from Adam and his staff was outstanding. The attention to detail of the installers could not have been better as the old and new spa had to be navigated through our home to and from the rear deck. This was done quickly, cleanly and with nothing damaged. This is a quality staff selling and installing a quality product which is certainly worth the extra cost.

Outstanding customer service from Adam. He provided me with multiple, straight forward quotes and kept me up to speed with all of the current promotions and events for about 6 months without being pushy or annoying while our family worked to create the space and accommodations for the new hot tub. When the time abruptly came, we loaded our 4 kids and headed up to the storefront. My husband was able to get in the hot tub we thought we’d end up buying and after a surprisingly relaxing and peaceful visit with 4 little kids in tow, we decided on a tub and ended up saving more money and acquiring more features then we imagined we’d want or need. My only 2 things I wish hot tubs in general had: stairs on the inside for when youre getting in/out and cup holders. But we love the salt water tech and still use ours (1yr later) at least 1/week. We have a Hot Springs hot tub that came with the home we purchased in 2017. Im a novice to these machines and their maintenance and early on I managed to make our water less than desirable to use. I knew the owner had purchased this tub here 12 years earlier and so I stopped by. Adam and his team could not have been more accommodating and helpful. They provided me with the information I needed and led me to only the supplies that were necessary to get things back on track. Adam even offered his personal mobile so I could text him my test strips to help with the initial reboot and to this day they continue to provide the service that so many retailers and shops lack.

My husband Keith and I use our new saltwater Azure Hot Tub daily. Its an excellent product that functions perfectly. Though we had to wait for the hot tub to be built and shipped, it was well worth the wait! The installers did a great job and went beyond the call of duty by hauling the pieces of our old hot tub away. Since this was a newer product, they were unaware of the need to adjust the heat setting to other than a 24-hour cycle. A call to Adam at Hot Springs Spa secured the technical services of Tim Stewart who soon arrived and within minutes cheerfully solved and corrected the over-heating problem. We have never had any service person more professional and customer-friendly than Tim. Our sales person Adam also receives highest marks for customer-service and friendliness. We highly recommend the saltwater spa which is a great improvement over our 23-year-old no-name chlorine hot tub. Our friends and family have all complimented our new spas look and function. Were delighted with and highly recommend Hot Springs Spas of Music City, their products, and service.

I have had a great experience with Hot Spring Spas in Brentwood. This is my first hot tub. The sale, delivery, setup and follow-up service have all been excellent. Ive had my hot tub 3 months now and Adam has been good whenever I have questions about chemicals and maintenance. I would definitely recommend! We love our new Hot Springs hot tub. We received Great customer service with them from John and Adam. We were able to Wet Test the hot tubs we were interested in and fell in Love with the Grandee. We shopped, compared and wet tested many other stores and were impressed with the unique features Hot Springs offered. The Moto Jets are wonderful and the foot blasters are amazing. We appreciate the ability to control jets and divert the water. I also enjoy the ease of owning this spa. What set Hot Springs apart from the competition was not only did they delivered the tub where we wanted it, they worked with the electrician, set it up and filled it up with water before giving us instructions on how to care for our spa. Then they came BACK out a week later to review everything with us. NO other company offered that level of service!Yes, we were concerned about the cost, but we hope the investment will pay off in the long run with long lasting durability and continued great customer service.We would Highly recommend a Hot Springs Hot Tub!

This is a GREAT PLACE to buy a hot tub. I had never had a hot tub and was interested in getting one. I went to one or two places to ask questions and luckily found Hot Springs Spa at Brentwood. Adam is a fantastic guy to work with on getting a tub. He was extremely helpful with my many questions. I didnt feel rushed into a purchase. There was none of the buy it now because tomorrow we raise our prices. He took a lot of time explaining everything about owning a hot tub. I cannot say enough about Hot Spring Spas of Music City. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and diligent. I needed a hot tub removed from a new home. The sales person I reached, Adam, was helpful and polite. When I spoke with Megan to schedule, she was prompt and patient. The owner himself came with one other person to remove the hot tub. They did it quickly and easily IN THE POURING RAIN. I cannot thank them enough and hope to refer them to anyone on the market for a quality company with service you do not find every day anymore.Side note: When I asked if they could re-use the hot tub or parts at all instead of it being a complete waste, the owner explained that the 12-year-old hot tub and parts were not of high enough quality for their customers. David our Valet was very detail oriented, friendly and courteous.My only criticism was that he was wearing ear buds and when I asked him a question he would have to pull them off and ask me to repeat the question. That happened several times. Also he did not ask if we needed any supplies for our spa.

Adam has been such a huge help for me! I bought my first tub last year and he has been there for me every step of the way. Im single and to be honest didnt have a clue of how to set up the tub. He helped me figure out placement, set up and gave me a kit to get started. He answers all my questions as they arise and has been out to my home, which is not close for him, twice in the last year to help me drain the tub and clean it out. Weve had our Hot Springs salt-water hot tub for 6 months and its made a huge difference in our lives. My husband and I use Hot Spring Spas to maintain two hot tubs at short term rental properties (Airbnb/VRBOs) on a monthly basis. With new guests coming each week the hot tubs get a lot of use. Hot Springs Spas does an amazing job of maintaining them and educating us on how to maintain them between their visits. They are ALWAYS super responsive to our requests/needs. Also, their technicians are very friendly, not rushed and the type of people you trust stopping by your house when you are not there and trust stopping by when paying guests are there. I purchased a spa from Adam, the Brentwood store manager, earlier this year and had it delivered in late June. When we received the spa, they werent able to fill it because the concrete wasnt level. Adam gave us a contact of a very nice gentleman who came to our home, measured, and built us a base to set the spa on in order to level it out. Once the base was finished, Adam himself came to our home with the help of one of his co-workers to set the spa up on the base. They did this one late evening after store hours and completely went out of their way to deliver superb customer service. We were able to get into the spa that same night! We experienced an extremely stressful move into a new home where nothing went right, and Adam wanted to make sure that he was able to help us relax and utilize our spa as soon as possible. Adam was both very knowledgeable and resourceful which allowed for a extremely personalized experience in choosing the perfect hot tub for our family. Complete with careful delivery to ongoing support, we are extremely happy to be part of the HotSpring family!!

Due to health issues, I was in need of hydrotherapy so I began searching for spas and their prices. I found a spa series I loved (FreeFlowSpas) so I located the nearest dealer, HotSpring Spas of Music City, their nearest store being about an hour and a half away. After corresponding with Megan at the Lebanon store and getting a tentative price, I visited Adam at the Brentwood store to see the product in person and to negotiate the final price. These two individuals were super people to get to work with. Both were very knowledgeable of their products and were extremely helpful in the purchasing process.About a week after the purchase, Andy and another gentleman delivered the hot tub to my home. They were also superb professionals who I enjoyed getting to meet. After setup and the water temperature finally warmed up later that night, my wife and I began to enjoy our new spa. Despite a small snag with a part going bad and having to be replaced, our spa has performed flawlessly, and we continue to thoroughly enjoy it.

Because of the outstanding experience with and service received from HotSpring Spas of Music City, they have earned a rating of 5 stars from me. I have had contact with Kevin and Adam of their Brentwood store and Dennis, Steve, Roger and Tim of their Lebanon store. During each of these contacts I found them to be knowledgeable, honest and that they do what they say they will do.My new spa received some minor damage when shipped from the manufacturer that was not noticeable prior to installation. When Steve noticed the items during installation he immediately brought them to my attention and assured me that everything would be addressed and to my satisfaction.As soon as the replacement items arrived from the manufacturer Tim made the delivery to my home in Tullahoma, TN. This was only 2 days before Christmas and the weather was cold, rainy and windy. Tim set about his tasks working even after dark by flashlight and my security lights. He demonstrated in adverse weather conditions the professionalism, knowledge and determination to successfully complete the job. His job performance was outstanding.At this point I recommend HotSpring Spas of Music City to anyone in Middle Tennessee considering the purchase of a hot tub.

This is my second Hot Spring spa. They have come along way in 18 years.. This time I bought the Jetsetter NXT. It is smaller than my last hot tub but a great size for me. Im really enjoying the saltwater system. It is a bit more work than chlorine but I love the way my skin feels after getting out of the hot tub. Adam is a great salesman at the Brentwood store. He is very helpful and very informative of all the Hot Spring spas. Enjoy ♨️♨️

Our experience with Hot Spring Spas of Music City has been the best in terms of customer service and product quality. We knew we wanted a salt water system and after a neighbor raved over her Hot Spring hot tub, we checked out their website and online reviews before we ever entered the Brentwood store.Adam Thorup is top notch and an asset to the company. He answered all of our questions, supplied us with information about each line of spa, and set up our test soak to help us decide on the model that best suited our needs.Our hot tub is part of a backyard renovation project that involved multiple contractors. The owner, Dennis Croteau, met with the contractors at our home to make suggestions on how to orient the tub and ensure there would be access to the front panel for servicing. When more questions arose, I contacted Adam and he met with the contractors at our home the very next morning. I am so thankful that he was able to be there; I have NO doubt that he prevented a major SNAFU.Our Prodigy spa was delivered on time by a very courteous and efficient team. Steven gave us our orientation and answered all of our questions.Throughout the entire process, Adam kept in touch with us and encouraged us to contact him with any questions.I highly recommend Hot Spring Spas to anyone considering a hot tub purchase!

Its official - WE ARE HOT-TUBBERS! Well tonight is the inaugural soak but the tub was delivered this morning! We are very pleased that we made the decision to purchase a HotSpring Brand. From day one the team at HotSpring Spas of Music City have been amazing. Kevin, Dennis and Adam have been available to answer any questions no matter how simple. Adrienne is always chipper and spot-on. Floyd, Steve and Ryan delivered the tub this morning and the install went without a flaw. Thank you to everyone! A hot-tub was in our bucket list and the buying process has been Gold Standard. We highly recommend this business!

My husband and I decided to get a hot tub to help both of us with back and other orthopedic issues; we were directed to Hot Spring Spas by a friend. The tub was installed yesterday and by yesterday night we were able to get in and enjoy it. As we began planning for the tub, we became aware that we had water/draining issues with our older home. This meant a fairly complex project of tearing out concrete, pouring new etc. by another company. There were a lot of hiccups; I had been working with Adam Thorup at the Cool Springs store and his patience and understanding (especially when I was frustrated with the construction) really helped the situation. In addition to being professional and supportive, Adam and I ended up talking a lot about other things, like our dogs, and I felt that we established a relationship that went beyond salesperson and customer. You get the immediate sense that he is sincerely vested in this Company and its mission statement. He offered us a trial session in the store, so my husband could see the benefits and we truly enjoyed the afternoon. Tom had questions and Adam was able to give us the answers we needed. As my frustration wit the weather and concrete project continued, Adam assured us once we got the tub that it would be great and he was so very right. The installation was so smooth: both Stephen and Floyd were not only timely, they had called ahead (something I had not experienced with the concrete crew). Once here, they went to work and very quickly had things up and running. They were both very nice, and friendly to our very nosy dogs. When the tutorial began, it was presented in a clear and easy to grasp fashion (this being our first experience with something like this). They both clearly believe in this Company. The entire experience confirmed to me that going with Hot Spring Spas was the right choice. You feel that the company does indeed stand behind its product and that you are not going to be left with a hot tub thrown over your fence and resting in your front yard. We are delighted with the tub and very grateful to Adam for his patience and appreciative of Stephen and Floyd for making the nuts and bolts operation easy and enjoyable. I believe we have a quality tub as well. This was absolutely the right company to purchase a tub from. We will highly recommend Hot Spring Spas to anyone who is considering getting a hot tub.

From the time we walked into the Brentwood showroom to the time the installers left, we have nothing but positive things to say about Hot Spring Spas. Our sales person, Adam, was knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. The installers were efficient, (strong), and soooo helpful - they were excellent with all my questions during the entire process of installation and the tutorial. They also had great hints they could only have gotten from experience. Im so glad we stopped into the Brentwood store. We are definitely hot tubbers thanks to everyone at Hot Spring Spas!

I would like to give a raving review of the Hot Spring Spa Team at Brentwood and Lebanon locations. I spent time looking at each hot tub and taking a soak in the tubs with my wife who has multiple back problems. We went to the Lebanon location to sit in the vista tub because the show room in Brentwood did not have one on site. The team in Lebanon moved the tub the soaking room filled it up and heated it just for us. Customer service is the best I have ever seen in any retail type of enviroment.Adam the Brentwood manager came to my house two times to give me hot tub location and and deck reinforcement advice. The second time the owner Dennis even came to the house. This is a strong family/team oriented retail business and if you are in the hot tub search stop here first and last. I did not even put money down on a tub until I had all of my questions answered and two site visits.Set up team was professional and very knowledgable of the equipment. I could not have been happier with them also.My family of 5 have enjoyed it since the tubs arrival in October. We hav been spending evennight in it as a family the over last 5 days. Cold air and hot water is incredible.Thank you Adam and the Hot Springs Hot Tub team for the amazing family time and back relief my wife gets with every use. Smiles that will last forever.Wade
