I purchased a new radiant pool 16x32 from A1 pool in Franklin Wisconsin. John was salesman who I would not recommend for anyone to buy from him nor the store. Because they sent me subpar material, (refer pics)and they referred me to an inexperienced installer (Shade Construction). He installed the pump backwards and a bent panel and legs that were damaged. Also, the skimmer trench was not dugged deep enough which makes pouring concrete and finishing the pool impossible. I spent months trying to get John, salesman or someone from A1 pool to come to evaluate the work. To no avail until finally the owner, Jason came out and saw all of the things I pointed out and he refuse to compensate for any damages he saw. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

A-1 pools made the pool buying experience painless. From going into the store for the first time not knowing where to start. The sales team helped me from start to finish, and took the time to explain how and when for the chemicals. It did take longer to receive the pool and all the parts but in the midst of a pandemic there doing the best they can. Want to say thanks again to the staff for the many years of memories to come.

Looked at several places for a Hot tub. They were the only ones with any on hand to sell with many more coming in the next few weeks. The Owner gave us great service and tons of knowledge. He let us try out one similar to what we were looking at. Found a great deal with financing available. Sundance Spas are also top rated.. so we werent worried about the quality. Tons of features the other brands didnt have.. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest local company to work with for a pool or spa..

I’m extremely disappointed by the sales experience here. Once the sale was made, seem as though no one was interested in returning any of my calls (this was the case before my purchase as well, with the sales team).Thankfully, their service department seems pretty good so far.I was planning on buying my chemicals from them as well as another hot tub down the road, but I will be taking my future business elsewhere.

Very good hot tub store, trustable, extremely accurate professional water analysis. Will not lie to you or make stuff up, highly recommend.

Always willing to help you fix your issues with the pool you have. I came in with a pressure switch being open. JOHN THE owner suggested that I back flush the filter so that more pressure would get thru. I did when I got home. And it worked now I get more pressure thru into the pool. But not as much hot water..

Since Allied Pools closed down Ive had to find a new supplier for my chemicals and im so glad that A-1 is around. Ordering online takes too long so being able to go into a store is key. Friendly and knowledgeable people with prompt service.

Dont expect much help from calling on the phone for product questions.

We may be replacing our 18 year-old spa soon and Jason and John were very helpful providing knowledge on the differences in their offerings in their showroom. Stop by and check them out. I hope you experience the same levels of service I have for the last 28 years.

Been in this place numerous times. Never had an issue. Dave the manager couldnt find me in the system and wouldnt sell me what I wanted without my address. Didnt feel the need to give my address so he proceeded to tell me he doesnt care and I can shop somewhere else. FYI you can find everything you need for your pool and spa for a lot less on Amazon. Was trying to give my business to someone local. If you dont care neither do I.

Have worked with John & David in this store..Excellent experience. Then worked with Jason on a much needed new liner..Gave me a commitment to get back to me..Never followed thru..Important purchase for the upcoming swim season..Once he called, I already went elsewhere.He was very rude..Really lacks customer service skills..

They were able to diagnose my problem and had what was needed to fix the problem
