I recently purchased a used rifle from Arms and Ammo. I was working with Derek who provided answers to all of my many questions and sent detailed photos as requested. The rifle arrived well packed and was better then expected. I would not hesitate to make another purchase from them. The customer service is top notch and they were very quick to respond to email. Only gun store in middle TN worth going to in my opinion. Very knowlegable, helpful, and attentative staff, and the only store with fair prices Ive found yet. Good selection and helpful updates online when new stuff comes in. They deserve way more business than any other store in the area.

If this was a 10 star rating Id give Arms and Ammo 10/10. I went in yesterday for my first even gun purchase. Chris the owner was AMAZING. I gave him an idea of what I wanted and he pulled out what I was looking for and about 5 other guns just like it. He gave me the pros and cons of each gun and gave me a great recommendation of what he thought would be a great first gun. He showed me how to rack the gun, eject the clips, and showed me how to open it to clean it. The waiting process for the background check didnt take long at all. I waited maybe 10 mins. But honestly I was just happy to be there and having fun looking at everything. Chris took GREAT care of his other customers while I was waiting and was really away of who was next in line. The prices here are way cheaper than Franklin gun shop. You best believe I WILL BE BACK to this place for another purchase. I really had a great experience. Thank you again Chris you really made my experience a good one.

My first experience buying a gun was amazing with Arms and Ammo! I bought a gun online and the transfer fee was half the price at Arms and Ammo than anywhere else, and they ran my background check immediately so I did not have to wait long :) I have also been interested in learning how to load my own ammunition, and the guys at Arms and Ammo gave me a great rundown, provided me with excellent guides and reading material, and even demonstrated the process so I would have a good idea of what to expect. I recommend using Arms and Ammo to anyone buying a gun or having one transferred. 10/10

I came here a few years ago while at my grandparents place to buy ammo. Super friendly shop and great time talking about NC State and the Raleigh area. Neat to see how small of a world it is. Rich and Lucas were very helpful with purchases, as well as general knowledge. Rich was also especially helpful with teaching me about my Savage and how to set it up, use the scope; and even took me out to learn how to shoot long range. Very helpful, very nice, and very much appreciated. Great store, as they are very personable and provide a great customer experience.

Went there to buy ammunition and find a new end cap for my Sure-Fire tactical flash light. They were nice enough to tell me where to find the piece without having to charge me extra for them reselling the product. Now I can buy it direct! Arms & Ammo is the best. They took the time to help me find what I wanted and made it custom to my needs. They repair all my guns as well as advise me on the care and upkeep of what I own. Always nice and willing to help. Rich is by far the best gunsmith I have ever met. He is very knowledgeable and shoots straight NO BS.The prices are fair. I have been to the rest of the guns shops in Franklin, Nashville, Murfreesboro, etc., and I can tell you, these guys are the BEST! Honest, very knowledgeable on products and absolutely the best prices youll find. Best part is they appreciate their customers and value the relationships. They take care of all my needs and are always able to answer questions and concerns. They stand behind their products and the service they provide. If they dont have what you want, theyll have it within a week. I have purchased several pieces from them. My wife purchased a piece from them that had a pretty strong trigger pull and their gunsmith dropped the pull from 8 lbs to less than 1 lb, I had an old shotgun that had been in the family for 40 years, that hadnt worked in 20, they got it working like new with original replacement parts. A friend of mine suggested I pay them a visit about a year ago and I am so appreciative that he made the recommendation. These guys are great and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

These guys are the best, give them a chance to earn your business. You wont be disappointed! I used Arms and Ammo for an FFL transfer on my AR-15, the Fed-Ex guy was running late and they didnt receive the shipment until 430 they were gracious enough to still let me come pick my rifle even though it was closing time. They ran my background, helped set my new AR up and did it all after closing time. They go above and beyond. They might not be the biggest gun shop in the area but I promise you they will go above and beyond to earn your business. They sure earned mine. Great prices on bulk ammo too!
