This place is Awesome! The Staff always goes above & beyond. Our company needed a part but we werent going to be there before closing time. Justin and Earl both volunteered to stay after hours to take care of the issue. Also, The Warehouse Staff always delivers on time. Byron has a ton of experience with plumbing . Jonathon adds a Great deal of knowledge with Heating & Air. And since Win re-opened the Showroom, Dustin has added a Great selection of kitchen & Bathroom accessories.

Wow! Exceptional service! They saved me at least $1,000 assisting me with the replacements parts and wiring for my HVAC unit. A shout out to Jonathan who assisted my in the store and over the phone to ensure I was purchasing what I needed. Honest too! He informed me that my fan motor might be good which I had intended to replace, that it might be a failed capacitor and he was right. Even tested my old one to verify and permitted me to return the motor I had just purchased, that I didnt need. Friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable staff. Beautiful bath hardware and fixture showroom and excellent selection of HVAC, Electrical components and tools. Better prices that the big box store too!
