Walmart Franklin Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever seen in the USA. The people are awesome and professional and very friendly and helpful.All pharmacist are great along with All Pharmacy Technicians, but Mr. Tim, Jared and Baseera are super awesome, I always see smile on their faces and really enjoy getting my medicine and get consultation from them. All are my favorite, but these three are special and very closed to my heart. Baseera is a great asset for them, she is super nice person with beautiful smile, very patient and professional.I recommend this pharmacy to all my colleges and people I know to transfer their medications to this pharmacy. God Bless them.
A lot of the bad reviews seem to be from almost a year ago, my experience was great especially since I was picking up a prescription here while on a work trip, the staff is kind and extremely helpful and were able to answer all my questions overall a great experience.
They are always very nice, professional and helpful! I believe they deserve a 5 star average rating!
I have always been well cared for at this pharmacy. His employees go out of their way to please patients. Also here I received my two Moderna vaccinations. Very thankful.
Pharmacy is something else. Nobodies prescriptions are ready on time. Jesse, an employee in the pharmacy, is always on a power trip, yelling at customers, for something as simple as standing in a line. Horrible customer service, not to mention, their actual job.. the pharmacy, isnt ready on a consistent basis.
Understaffed. Slow. You can leave an RX a day before you want to pick it up and it still isnt ready and they lie about why that is. I hate this place And will find another pharmacy to fill Rx at. This is awful horrible customer service. The pharmacy manager needs to be let go and someone who can run a pharmacy properly needs to start over with this place.
I would not trust a must have prescription to these folks. If it is not in stock do not trust it will come in with their order. I waited two days for them to get a controlled drug that I need every day. It did not show up. They said “we don’t know why it didn’t come in”. This was on a Friday after my doctors office closed leaving me without over the weekend. This makes 4 days without my medication. You have a flaw in your ordering process when you can’t explain why something didn’t come in! I am switching back to my previous pharmacy and would encourage anyone that has must fill prescriptions to do the same.
This review is mostly for the pharmacist. Unfortunately, I was in the midst of moving when I last refilled my prescription here so Ive forgotten his name (as this review is long overdue), and its not on my receipt!I recently had the misfortune of learning that a longtime medication of mine is not in the formulary on my new Marketplace insurance. This medication is extremely expensive out of pocket. The pharmacist helped me use a GoodRx discount I found and made sure he oversaw my whole order so that everything went through well. Even though the prescription I sent in for the generic, he gave me name brand (since insurance companies arent covering name brand anymore and its cost prohibitive so he cant sell it otherwise).He took an extremely stressful situation and made the process easy. I finally felt heard (as my insurance company was being awful) and he made sure I was completely taken care of. Im a long-time Kroger pharmacy customer and Ive moved about 30 minutes away from this pharmacy, but if my next insurance company does not cover this medication, I will 100% be returning to this pharmacy for my refill.Just want to make sure he knows his efforts are felt and hes doing a great job!
