If you ever want excellent customer service make sure to ask for jonathan! he was very helpful and was able to step me though the process of ordering a cake and made it very easy. Will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone!

Today I went to go pick up two cookie cakes. When I arrived I told them I was there to pick up these cakes. I was never asked for my name nor proof of the fact this was my order . Did not ask me if I wanted to see either cakes. This is important for later . I then ask to add two other ginger bread cookies to my order and a drink . The girl then told me a price with an 8 digit number but the mall was so overcrowded and loud I could not hear the exact amount I then oblige to what I assumed was $80 for the two cakes, cookies, and drinks . Then the girl took my card, charged me and I left. She said have a good night and walked away. I assumed everything was fine. On my way home I see I was only charged 8 dollars so I was confused and planned to call when I was home. When I arrive my mother calls me to say that the manager has called to tell her “She showed up and walked off without paying and we were only showing her the cakes “. My mother then informs them that “my daughter did in fact pay and assumed the cakes would be added on to the purchase of the other two gingerbread cookies” Then the manager says “oh must have been our fault, but you need to pay” I then call back to pay and they refuse to let me speak to the woman who falsely accused me of stealing and slandering my name. A boy answers saying oh yes you are calling to pay. I then pay and ask for a receipt of my payment . I have still yet to receive one. Overall I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience since I have been purchasing from this establishment for years now and I received such poor treatment. If you wish to be slandered or falsely accused for a issue on their side then definitely give this place a try. I would’ve gladly paid on my arrival with no complaints but the unjustly conviction of assumed actions is deeply disappointing and disrespectful of this company.

I ordered a cookie cake with a bow and specifically said only use blue & white do not add brown. well when I picked it up they used brown and the bow looked like a cross. I made it clear I was not satisfied with the cookie but did they care? No, I didn’t even get an I’m sorry 😐 they have horrible customer service and terrible attitudes!
They are pretty good. I think that Subway has the best cookies.
I ordered a cookie cake for my daughters birthday. On the day I was to pick it up it snowed an inch. The store never opened. Not a problem, but the store never notified me. I show up after work to pick up the cake and find out there will be no cake. If I had been notified I would have made other arrangements. Very poor management, poor customer service, poor professionalism.

There were only two teenagers working there tonight and I stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes and watched them sit back there and have a conversation without even looking up to see if there were any customers they just pulled two chairs behind the ovens and sat there chit-chatting

This is the 2nd time In the last year that an employee has waited on me with her gloves on. Took my money, gave me change and went back to rolling out the cookie dough with her nasty gloved hands. I said something the first time, this time I decided I wouldnt go back. Its obviously a training and management problem. I am going to report them.
