This place is a joke. Yes their cookies taste good when you can get them but the last 4-5 times we have been there they have been sold out of 3-4 of their flavors. When all you do is sell cookies and you only have 6 choices to choose from, how hard can it be to manage keeping at least 5-6 in stock at all times. Doesnt matter what time of day or how busy they are, you can pretty much count on them not having half their inventory. This is just poor management.To top it off, tonight after I told them what we would substitute for the out of stock cookies that we ordered an HOUR in advance, i got home and they didnt even put the right ones in the box. I won’t be back, and we used to be weekly customers here until these issues started being a routine occurrence.

Dont bother showing up on a Saturday night. This has been my experience at multiple locations, and tonight is no exception. Half of the varieties are sold out by 7pm. Any other day of the week is 5 stars, just avoid Saturday night.

So yummy and I like that if you don’t like the seasonal flavors there’s always something next week and the “regular flavors” are always so yum!

We first tried Crumbl in CA on a trip. We were so excited that we have one close to home in Franklin. These cookies are delicious. Buying single cookies is more expensive than buying a 4 or 6 pack box. Today we each tried a fruit pizza cookie. We also bought the strawberry shortcake and oatmeal chocolate chip. We loved all but the strawberry shortcake. We did not taste any strawberry flavor. Biy a couple flavors and share since the cookies are so large. You’ll want to check the menu weekly because it changes each week. If on the menu we also recommend the cinnamon swirl, PBJ, chocolate chunk, sugar cookie, oatmeal, and cosmic brownie. We look forward to trying more flavors.

Crumbl Cookies are amazing and taste amazing!! Theyre so good and even stay soft even after a day or two!!! Theyre a bit expensive but the cookies are so big and thick that theyre more like 2 cookies. The employees are super nice and answered our questions about the app!

The best cookies! Their chocolate chip and sugar are delicious and all of the limited time ones I’ve tried have been so good! Great size too! Sometimes I can’t finish it all in one sitting

Just updated my review from five stars to two. This used to be a weekly highlight for us – I mean like every week. Unfortunately you’ll find that by three or 4 o’clock they’re out of half (of the only six things they sell.) They don’t even offer ice cream anymore. Not sure how long they’ll be around when they only sell six things —and they rarely have even half of them…Trader Joe’s is right up the block just open usually have some really yummy stuff

THESE. COOKIES. Hands down the most incredible things you’ll ever eat. And when you think a flavor sounds crazy or funky…GET IT. Because 12/10 those are usually the best ones. Also, don’t follow them on social media, because you WILL get what’s on the menu literally every week. I’ve gained 12 lbs #NoRagrets

Some of the best cookies I’ve ever had in my life. I’m a desert person, I eat way more desert and sweets than I should and cookies are my absolute favorite, and nobody in this area does it better than Crumbl. Constantly changing the menu keeps things exciting but I do wish they would keep some of the flavors because I miss my favorites. It is a little pricey but the cookies are massive and more than worth the price.

Such an amazing place! Easy to order. Great options. The staff is helpful. I look forward to Mondays, getting to see what the new options will be.

Exceptional cookies! My family shared a box of 4. Rocky Road was my favorite! Personally, I would have liked to taste a little more nuts and marshmallow. It was still great! Also, as a first time customer... it would be helpful to have worker telling us while in line that we’re about to order on our own through their computerized pad. It was fine... but I waited a few as glancing down thinking it was credit card swiper. This isn’t common practice. We were looking at them bake cookies, talking and not watching those in front of us “order”. That’s my only real negative... yet it would shave off time for others as well waiting in line, etc! Thank you!

I frequently get Crumbl on Fridays to share with my family over the weekend. My daughter loves the chilled sugar cookie and is somewhat picky with trying new things. In the past I’ve seen that the chilled sugar cookie was sold out, therefore I didn’t get cookies that week out of fairness. Today, I thought I would be smart and order ahead to avoid that issue. However, I was wrong. After waiting a few minutes after my arrival, a Crumbl representative let me know they sold completely out of the chilled sugar cookie. I asked why there was not one put aside since I not only ordered ahead but also paid for my cookies. The Crumbl representative was very nice, unfortunately they are not the ones having to break the bad news. I’m disappointed in this business flaw. If something has been ordered ahead and paid for..why not put it aside?

My bf and I are first time crumbl cookie goers, and they’re delicious. The fruity pebbles were a bit weird. The chocolate was our favorite.

Great cookies. First I liked that they were open late. That’s hard to find anywhere other than downtown Nashville. Second the cookies are big and tasty. My only advice is if you order a warm cookie and a chilled cookie ask your server to keep them separate or they’ll put them in the same box. We got a chocolate chip cookie (warm) 2 sugar cookies (chilled) and a lemon iced cookie (chilled) like I said they were all in the same box. That’s small potatoes though. The cookies were very tasty and soft (how I like them). I never thought I would pay $3 for a cookie but I would do it again...a pretty good cookie.

Everyone is always so welcoming and friendly... Even when there are technical issues. The cookies are always perfect too!

I was so excited to try this place because it’s all over social media. First time me and my friend went there they had a big pile of raw cookie dough sitting out, and we seen 4 flies on the cookie dough! Then we got our cookies and I bit into it and there was a long black hair inside of the cookie. Absolutely Disgusting.

I love love love Crumbl cookies, but man it seems like this location needs some staffing help. There’s always only 2 or 3 people working & my order ahead orders are taking 20 minutes minimum. Not the workers fault at all, I see them working & moving nonstop. They just definitely need help.

If I was only reviewing the cookies, I would give 5 stars. The cookies are amazing however, the customer service is lacking. I placed my order on the app and scheduled a a pickup time since I was on my lunch hour. I arrived 25 minutes after the pickup time thinking my order would be waiting for me. I walked in and was not greeted or asked for my name. After waiting 5 minutes I asked if my order was ready. I was then told orders are not prepared until arrival. I then had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my order to be dropped on the counter in front of me without a word. Lastly, the box had chocolate all on the top and bottom of the box. I did not ask for another box as by this time, I was running late getting back to work.

I tried the Caramel Apple. The flavors were good but it was overly sweet, and I love sweets. The sugar crumble on top of the frosting was unnecessary. After a couple small bites, I brushed the rest of it off. I think the cookie itself might have had sugar on top, which seems overkill for a sweet cookie that is going to be topped with a thick layer of frosting. Also, the cookie itself was really underbaked. Only the edges of the cookie were properly cooked. The center was practically raw. I managed to finish the cookie, but couldnt eat more than 1/3 of it in one sitting. I dont see myself coming back, mostly because I really dont care for underbaked cookies.

Went in to get 5 cookies.Got to the car to discover several were unfrosted. Took them back in, the employee went to Frost them then AGAIN discovered the cookies werent the correct cookies.She said Well--- THIS time well take redo them for you but were not supposed to take them back once the customer has them.Um, you want me to come back there and fix them myself so I dont have to come back in the store IN THE POURING RAIN twice? My wife and daughter visited today, they ordered and waited and waited and waited while ppl that came and ordered after them all got their orders. This location is very unhygienic. there were flys all over the raw cookie dough landing on it and evening. we ordered the milk chocolate cookie and when bit into we found a long black hair since no one in this establishment wears hair nets around the food. very poor first impression will not be back.

What is not to love about freshly baked cookies that are served warm? They are huge. They are amazing when fresh. The Chocolate Chip cookie is still good the next day when microwaved for 15 seconds.

I walked into the Franklin TN store at 1:40pm on a Tuesday and walked up to the counter to order. After trying to make eye contact with one of the 1/2 dozen plus staff members and not receiving a single greeting, I finally walked out. This is not the treatment that I am used to receiving at the Brentwood store.
