I received rotten eggs on my sandwich. I see that someone noticed similar black spots on their sandwich and expressed concerns about it. The black spots felt a bit slimy when I touched them; they’re definitely NOT pepper. The yolk was also really discolored, and had a dark black tint to it. I was pretty far away by the time I noticed, and didn’t think it’d be worth the trip back due to the rudeness I encountered there while ordering in the first place. I know COVID has been rough for this sector, but there’s no excuse for serving food that is visually rotten.

Love this place. Missed it since leaving the Midwest. Happy knowing there are 2 locations in Franklin. Now if we could only get a few more in Nashville and the. Hermitage Mount Juliet area. Great place to hop in for your morning coffee break or a quick, good breakfast. The quality of their food is excellent. Great to have indoor seating, outdoor seating and a drive thru. Try the smears

Decent bagels, much better than what comes out of a bag at a grocery store but not comparable at all to what one might get in NJ/NY.Eggs were premade and tasted like it. Overall, not a waste of money, but we wont rush to go back, either.

Hated it! Hard bagels, aweful cream cheese spread. Cant think of anything to suggest for improvement other than get a better bagel recipe and the spreads are disgusting. $16+ for 6 bagels a a spread. Disappoint wont go back. Heres what a bagel should look like vs the plain tasteless ones chosen for me in me in my 1/2

That place was awful. 3.60 for an everything bagel with barely any cream cheese an nothing on it but a couple of poppie seeds. Absolutely awful. $2 for a great bagel in time Square an 3.60 in Tennessee

Tried the drive though, great service, sandwich was ok, I have had better. But the coffee was terrible. I’ll skip the coffee next time and just stick with food.

Nice store; clean & service fast. My favorite Einstein Bagels & Caribou Coffee combo store is in Minneapolis (hometown of Caribou Coffee), but this is fine. Breakfast bagels great- and a lot of options

Came at 6:30am and it was closed even tho store hours say they open at 6am

Good bagels, great coffee, excellent service

This is the third einsteins bagel I have been to and I just am not a fan. I come from a place where they have super soft fresh made flavorful bagels all day. The flavor is just bland. Not to mention it is expensive for a bagel here. I gave it three stars because the service was good and the staff was friendly.

Got an egg and cheese on a bagel and when I went to eat it, there were all these black specks on the eggs. It is NOT pepper. I am hoping it is only from a dirty appliance they cook the eggs on but it was so gross that I could not eat it. See photo.

The food is ok, not great and the prices are high for what you get.

The breakfast foods are good. I do wish they had decaffeinated coffee drinks. All they offer is plain decaffeinated coffee. All of their specialty drinks are caffeine.

This review is for Caribou, since I did not purchase a bagel. First, I’m from the East Coast where Caribou was replaced by Pete’s. I am not a fan of Pete’s!! Good espresso, great customer service. I was also in at a non-peak time though, so I can’t see how they perform under pressure.

Love Einstein Bros! Their bagels and cream cheese are awesome. Also, I had their cold brew coffee for the first time and it was great! Much better than Starbucks’s cold brew.

Love this place. Great food, and very helpful/ pleasant staff. They have a dog friendly patio that you can use with a small section of grass. My pup and I frequent this place for breakfast on the weekends; she loves the doggie bagels!

Coffee station needs attention.. looks like it doesnt get cleaned to often. Customer service was good and food came out very fast.

I ordered a toasted bagel with lox spread - not a schmear which is a reduced portion. They literally put it on paper thin, with one tiny piece of salmon. Yet of course they charged me full price. Normally a full portion of spread is at least 3/4 to 1. Being frugal to save money is one thing, but ripping off customers is entirely wrong. I wont be back.

We have been customers for years now. Bagels are consistent in quality. For bakers dozen box, they always seem to mix sweet and savory bagels w/o packing them separately. It makes for an awful experience to eat sesame bagel with cinnamon sugar on it, or blueberry bagel with garlic and chives flavor... My feedback about separating sweet and savory was met with a shoulder shrug. It is relatively clean inside, although tables have that sticky feel of smeared food, disinfectant and whatever else when not cleaned properly.

I love the Nova Lox from Einsteins. It was as always delicious here, but the layout of this location was very disappointing for someone using a cane. If one is in a chair or using a walker either use the drive through or consider a different store.

Great selection of bagels and sanwiches. Service was fast and efficient. We will come back and try more. We have only been here once.

I am usually upset with these guys but I have to say, we went and got a couple of bagel sandwiches this morning (3/17/18) and they were on point! The best weve had. Eggs were not oversalted, cheese was melted, good amount of meat, etc. My wife and I were shocked at how much better these sandwiches were compared to past visits. Whoever is in charge, thanks for the improvements!

Love this bagel shop! Good variety of bagels...spinach florentine and jalapeno cheddar are fabulous! And they have great coffee!! Wish there were more of them.

We love the food but the service and management are terrible. They conveniently set their menu on UberEats to “lunch only” so they don’t have to take orders but they won’t get penalized by Uber. It always happens on the weekend and has been this way for months. They say it’s a technical issue but it’s obvious they’re busy and they don’t want to deal with it. I even spoke with Uber and they flat out said that the store’s response was a lie.The food is good, just not the service and the management is just incompetent.

Good coffee, SLOW service. I mean REALLY slow. 15+ minutes for a small coffee drink. I could have driven somewhere else and still gotten my coffee sooner. Ill review again at some point, because I really may have just caught them on a bad day.

Constantly messed my orders up. Things as simple as a plain sliced bagel have been given to me wrong. They cut it up like loafs of bread, instead of slicing it like a normal bagel. How can you mess it up hat bad?Atleast when the food is served right it tastes good.Edit: My girlfriend keeps taking me back since she loves Einsteins and the service has been much better since then.

The bagels are miniature and they charge over $7 for an egg sandwich, come on now.

Customer service could use some work, food is good though. Often the employees seem annoyed to help a customer (I generally show up in between rush times). Often the bagel sandwiches arent cut or not cut all the way making it very difficult to eat.

I am usually a Brueggers fan, but Einstein Bros is closer to where I live. I had the Nova lox on everything bagel and it was delicious. A little pricey for a bagel sandwich but a nice treat on occasion. Bottomless coffee is another positive of this place, if you want to linger and talk or study.

Google needs to implement a no star rating reserved for exceptionally poorly run establishments such as this one. I actually feel sorry for the person who owns this franchise. Surely if they knew how lazy and incompetent the people working here were they would do something about it. Surely?Today is the last time I will ever go into this particular franchise. I sat in the Drive-Thru and waited for 3 minutes for someone to acknowledge me there. They didnt. I drove up to the window I waited for another two minutes for someone to acknowledge me theyre, waving at the person behind the counter who was staring blankly into space. They didnt. I rang on the phone whilst I was still sitting IN the drive thru... no one answered it. I went into the franchise and saw one employee standing behind the counter, the other sitting at a table eating a bagel on company time. Was then told they were out all of the bagel I was looking for so at this point I just gave in.Have had so many bad experiences at this particular franchise that its beyond belief and I will not return. Other bad experiences include continually asking for a bagel to be toasted, getting home to find out that it hasnt been. Asking for no tomato on a bagel as I have an allergy to it, and this is an allergy not just a preference thing, only to return home and find out that theres tomato on there and have had to throw the entire order in the trash. Getting an order and it just plain missing things like capers or onions. The hilarious thing is when you ask for the order to be remade when you ring up from home and they say do you have your receipt and your response is no because no one gave you one in the first place to which they respond sorry we cant do anything about it cause we dont know if youre tell the truth. Absolutely incredible and just truly Beggars belief.For such a great franchise this particular location is a shining example of people doing less than the bare minimum just to collect a paycheck at the end of the day.

I love Einstein bagels. They come the closest that I have been able to find to NY bagels....real bagels. They dont taste cakie like what is sold in local grocery stores.

I have been to Einsteins 4 times and I keep wanting to like them, but they are seriously lacking in the customer service department. I had a BUG on my deli sandwich and brought it back AFTER they also forgot to give me the chips my co-worker and I ordered. They proceeded to pick through my sandwich looking for the bug (which I pointed out) and then didnt even acknowledge the incident. They made me another sandwich, but not before they made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them and their store. Doubt I will be going back.

Welll I love the bagels but the guy in the wondow was rude and probay psychotic....didnt say thank you or anythong. Matter of fact he got my order wrong then screamed at my car so loud i thought i ran over someone lol
