This place is sooo good. The service can be interesting, but the woman at the register, and the gentleman on the grill were superb! My food was delicious! Definitely this place a try!

Passed by alot but first time eating there. Better than I thought it was going to be. I got their gyro platter. Whatever parsley type salad and their cucumber salad was really good. Gyro meat tasted good. One person offered me a wrapped thing but was never given to taste, but thats neither here nor there. Overall friendly staff and decent food.

I work at Lenscrafters in the Cool Springs mall. Pyramids Cafe is my favorite restaurant in the food court. The gyro plate with pilaf pita bread and cucumber salad is the best. They give you a FULL plate for about 13.00. Great Staff too!

My wife loves this place and I’ve never eaten there. She talked it up so much and I gave it a try. I trued the Mediterranean shrimp plate and it was wonderful. The Staff incredibly friendly, outgoing, and an absolute delight to talk to. Very bright and bubbly. The food was hot and delicious.

Food poisoning after eating there. I dont recommend going there.

Ive been eating here since it opened. I fantasize about it daily. Two other gyros places gave me food poisoning and it was divine (and well deserved) punishment for betraying Pyramid Cafe. Ive worn full Spanx before eating here a few times and even though it squeezed my stomach in half, I still made myself sick eating a whole plate because I cant control myself. Some kind of black magic, love spell happening here. 10/10 let me die wrapped in warm pita.

Stopped here and my family and I ate at Pyramids Cafe .....such an awesome staff there fresh food AMAZING gyros so much food had to take with us. When we are back this way we will definitely come back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If there were more stars wed give them a higher rating. Way to go Pyramids Cafe!

Very disrespectful when I was with my wife and kids .... speaking in spanish trying to be slick with his words the owner himself is a real dirt bag ... I really can t believe how disrespectful a person / owner of a business can speak to a customer like he did ... may someone teach this man so respect

This was in the mall, so it was over priced. One sample of the Sesame Chicken and we were hooked! Had to take Coke back because it was diet. Employees didnt look to thrilled to be there.

Fantastic gyros. This place has great food with high quality ingredients. A smiling and friendly staff helps too. :-) I went up to get a refill today and the last behind the counter genuinely asked me how my meal was. Ive been going to this mall my whole life, and this is the first time anyone working in the food court had ever done that. Just good people.

Tasty and quick

...Seriously surprised and impressed. They made the best Gyro Ive ever had and this is the opinion of someone who spent a summer in Greece. It was hot, fresh, seasoned beautifully... I tried a bite of their ranch chicken and that was amazing too. These are hardworking people making great food and you should try them if you are in the area. Its called the Pyramid Café because they are Egyptian, those who work here, and knowing that, Ill ask for something more Egyptian next time because everything looked fantastic. One word of caution, the season salt they offer for the fries is very spicy and Ill probably salt the fries myself next time.

Best Gyro in town!

Employees harass you for buying from them all the TIME. They also will rush you to order and take your money without you even knowing what you ordered. For years I ordered Falafel and they gave me only 2 in my sandwich and one day I saw that the advertising picture of Falafel has 3 Falafel on it. I got so upset. I will never return there or any other locations of theirs because they are all the same. Always pressuring you to buy.

Great food, great service. I always feel full after eating there. Just a great portion sizes and good prices. The only problem I have is the fact that I cant understand the cashier or workers that well. But we still work it out fine.

Very surprised by this mall food court offering. Hummus was excellent and the Gyro platter was probably the best Ive ever had. Like Subway, you get to choose sides and toppings to tailor the tastes to your liking. Hard working staff is entertaining, hospitable, and make you feel like you are in a Greek restaurant rather than a mall food court.

We have come to the mall for the sole purpose of eating here. The first time they let me try that chicken I was hooked. My wife absolutely loves this place as well. We get a craving and then take a drive to Galleria.

Great customer service, smiling faces, helpful staff, and food that is above average in the fast food world. I enjoy the way they season their meats, and they serve lamb... makes sense... its a Greek Cafe. Even if youre not familiar with Greek fast food, Pyramids is a decent choice at the Food Court of Franklins Galleria mall.

The best, authentic, Mediterranean food in Franklin. When in Cools Springs mall, I always try to eat at the Pyramids cafe. The real deal!

I always get the falafel it is so good and they let me put hummus in place of tzatiki they are super friendly and I always feel like I am getting my food prepared by friends. Yeah that is pretty awesome for a food court place.
