Very busy on Saturdays with the Farmer’s Market right outside but it was worth the wait. I got the Roosevelt latte which has their homemade cinnamon syrup and wow! It was really good. I went back the next morning to get another!

Remains one of my favorites. Known not only for their presidential nods but for their richer flavors, some used to burnt beans (aka Starbucks) are rarely ready for just how good coffee can be. Roasted in store. Their space was renovated to have more seating options for gathering or working or... just sitting.Expect a patient wait for your beverage, but try some of their unique creations.My favorite far and away is the Roosevelt in long term specially drinks, but their experiments can be fun!

Smooth coffee and roasting on site. This location is located inside the Factory at Franklin in a nice sized space with an outdoor patio. The vibe is very chill and staff are extremely friendly with great customer service.

Our favorite place to get coffee. We try to make a point to at least go by there every Saturday morning during our walk/hike to get a treat for ourselves. Their Cuban coffee is just the right treat for me. And Mocha for my wife. Go there if you want the best coffee!

Came in during the Holidays while visiting family about 30 minutes before closing. Was told that I could not get a pour over as they had stopped that for the day. Got an cold coffee which was a little bitter for me. Asked if I could get condensed milk and was told they don’t do that. I understand I would have to pay more but it was not offered. Overall it seemed as if my wife and I were an annoyance for ordering coffee. Disappointing as the venue seemed pretty cool.

Im a regular at Honest. Why? Great atmosphere for a quick meeting, to get. little work done, or to meet a friend and catch up. Every single barista is friendly, professional, and knows how to make a perfect cup of coffee. For me, its an oasis before or after a busy day. Its worth a trip to Franklin for a cup of coffee at Honest and a walk through the Factory.

You can watch them roast the coffee in the middle of the shop while youre ordering. Charming atmosphere!

Coffee is fresh brewed, hot, and tasty! Located in The Factory at Franklin, the old Jamison Bedding Factory. Plenty of parking and lots of eclectic shops !!

Pretty legit coffee. Unfortunately, they didnt have heavy cream and I cant give 5 stars to a coffee shop that only goes as far as half and half. The seating was unreal comfortable. Outside seating is great too. Plus theres a poke/ramen place right next door.

Dope space. Cool vibes. Delicious coffee. Friendly and educated baristas. Make sure to tip them when you are there! ;) a little loud when they are roasting so just don’t have a important meetings there when they roast. But outside that a really great spot. Worth the experience.

I had been looking forward to coming here for a while. It was a really good experience! I got one of their summer specials and wow! It had marmalade and espresso with some heavy citrus notes. Looking for a great local coffee shop and/or roaster? Well this is the best place in Franklin/Brentwood! As you can see they roast their beans almost daily! The aroma when you walk in is great, the coffee even better! The teas are also very tasteful too!

Im very disappointed in the customer service, both baristas that were working were very rude. From the reviews I read prior to going I had high hopes, but unfortunately for me it was a very unpleasant experience and I will take my business elsewhere.

This is definitely a place for specialty coffee, coffee that is roasted and defined by its excellent quality and taste. The prices reflect that of a higher end shop but the variety and deliciousness of the coffee justifies it. The staff is beyond hipster status but they are very friendly and kind, definitely not the stuck up barista you sometimes find. The atmosphere is cool although very small, but it’s convenient that the shop crowd can pour into the mall as to not fill the shop to an uncomfortable level. Definitely a “treat yo self” type place but wonderful nonetheless.

The line looks like its going to take *literally forever* but it really doesnt. I wish they offered 16oz cups, or even to-go gallons... such good coffee!!Its a quick trip back to France in a cup, for me.

This place serves excellent quality coffee, including their nitro cold brew and coffee soda among the usual offerings of a good quality cafe. Located at The Factory, plenty of parking is available and there are many interesting shops to peruse.

I am in complete agreement with other reviewers. I have been a loyal supporter of honest coffee at The Factory location in Franklin. After months of patronage I can no longer support them. The Factory as well as Williamson County has a mandatory mask mandate. I follow it. Even if a few patrons do not I expect the baristas and owners of Honest Coffee to follow the laws and to afford me the care, concern and protection of a mask while serving me.Also, masks mean masks, not “cool” looking kerchiefs that don’t really cover your nose or mouth. Is it ego or politics or both??? I’m sadly back to Starbucks.

HCR has been my favorite coffee spot in greater Nashville. Their coffee, space and people have been an amazing combination for several years. Today, my wife and I went to the Franklin Factory location and were EXTREMELY disappointed in the way the space was managed. There was little to no adherence to basic public safety. The staff was not wearing masks properly (under their noses or chins) and not spacing properly. This manifested in no enforcement of mask rules or distancing for customers. My wife and I did not feel safe. We had to move several times to avoid unmasked customers waiting for coffee. It was stressful. Please keep your staff and customers safe. Its essential.

Ive enjoyed each time Ive visited here. Honest seems to take a lot of care in providing high quality beverages and roasts.Ill be honest (see what I did there), every time I visit I get the cortado, and it has always been excellent. When Im there with a friend they always rave about what they are drinking as well.The baristas are knowledgeable, kind and laid back, the prices seem reasonable (for high-end coffee) and the clientele are all cooler than me and seem on the verge of starting a hip, new lifestyle design internet biz.If you enjoy well-crafted coffee in an environment that promotes the entrepre-hipster lifestyle youll love Honest Coffee Roasters...honestly.Cheers!

Everything is good, BUT the coffee. The interior, the presentation, the attention to some little things - all great. It’s a nice place to be in, really. Very hipster. But when I ordered espresso, the disappointment was huge. Unbearable. You get a tiny piece of chocolate that’s really good, the sparkling water is a bonus, but not the coffee. Sour beyond any reason. Maybe something with lots of milk would have watered it down.

The iced coffee is the best.

Great for artisanal coffee, specialty espresso drinks. Last time I was there, ordered the prim and proper seasonal espresso topped with spiced whipped cream.

The coffee & customer service here is so great! There are so many methods to prepare coffee & I don’t understand some of them. Fortunately the staff is so knowledgeable & kind when it comes to answering all my questions that I’ve tried my coffee in so many new ways. Plus, I’m always on the hunt for delicious & healthy, yet filling, lunch options, and their açaí bowls are just that! I love this place so much!

Went in to purchase coffee as a gift, after hearing great things. Was super disappointed to see none of the patrons or staff wearing masks nor were there any efforts being made to set up social distancing. I left right away without purchasing.

Moved to Maryland 2 years ago and the thing I miss the most in Middle Tennessee is Honest Coffee, these people are absolutely amazing and some of the nicest people. The coffee is always amazing. Great selection of coffee and tea in a perfect location. Usually super busy on Saturday’s due to the farmers market, but any other day of the week it’s pretty easy to get in and out. Great place to grab a coffee and walk around the factory.

I frequent this place often! It is my go too place for coffee, because it is amazing and you can tell they prioritize the entire experience down to the atmosphere. The one thing I do walk away everytime wishing could be improved is the customer service. But only *sometimes* There are a couple of the employees who are very friendly and welcoming (like the guy who is frequently on their Instagram page), but i also experience lot of their employees as not really happy or caring that you are there. Again! Love love love everything, but I wish I felt more welcomed to be there, because when you love a place, you want to feel like they love you too :)

A barista on shift (Brad I believe) brought my partner another shot of espresso totally out of the blue just to try, and even answered our questions about their coffee supply and menu drinks. Definitely coming back for the summer blueberry drink!

Simply, truthfully, the best crew, coffee, and service I’ve ever had at a coffee shop. They have barista classes, competitions (the winners go on the seasonal board,) and in house roasting. I always get good recommendations!They also have a subscription service for their nitrogen sealed whole bean bags. I love the roasters pick. Always great.

Best coffee ever. Even though they put a lid on your to-go coffee the barista still makes a design on it, its just a beautiful place. Great place to chill and have some coffee soak up the free Wi-Fi visit with friends.

Most of the people in there were not even drinking coffee or eating and they still had no mask on they are on lol on laptops why dont they just stay at there dorm instead of putting us at risk .

Unfortunately the Uber-coiffed barista taking everyone’s order felt his looks should not be hidden behind a mask mandate. Very disappointed the management doesn’t take public health seriously.

I have lived in Franklin for a few years and have never had a great experience at Honest. I am usually not greeted by the workers with a hello or even a smile when I come in. I can understand this when it’s busy on a Saturday but I am talking during a weekday with low traffic and they clearly all look at me come in (this has also been the experience of many friends). And I have been fighting the urge to write a less than great review, but the other day I bought a gift card and the lady taking my order finished the transaction and left me at the register wondering if it had finished. No thank you, no have a nice day just left. I had to walk down the bar and ask if everything was finished with a feeling that I had done something wrong. I know Honest has some of the best Coffee in the area but I would want this to be known to me If I was them to create a better environment to come in to.

I had an oat milk mocha & was happy to hear the barista tell me their mocha syrup is homemade and vegan!

This is a beautiful coffee shop located in the quaint Franklin Factory. The coffee is delicious and I love that their roasters are right inside. I had a Roosevelt this morning and my daughter had a hot chocolate. I was not sure if I would like mine but it was delicious and the hot chocolate for my daughter was just the right temperature for a child. Lots of seating and nice atmosphere inside and the staff was friendly. I did see a few breakfast pastries inside and Im not sure where they came from but when youre next door to Five Daughters Bakery, its hard to not go there. Lol

I stopped in here while checking out some places inside the factory. Its a really cool coffee shop. I didnt order coffee while in there, I ended up with tea but I loved that they took the time to brew and steep my tea. It was very refreshing. Its hard to find good tea. Also, they brew their own coffee on site. You can watch the whole process with the beans and everything. Its pretty cool. The place is also super spacious. Its a great locale for a coffee date or event meetup.

What a great coffee shop. I love working from here. The coffee is top notch (whether pour over or drip), and the environment is warm and inviting. The employees are always smiling and respectful, and they have good taste in music. Highly recommended!

This is my go to place for great espresso drinks. They are extremely dedicated to great beans, roast, shot...start to finish. Love how intentional they are about quality product. My current fav drink of choice is half-sweet mocha. The Roosevelt is outstanding as well.

The atmosphere is really great. Not busy at all on a Sunday afternoon. Neat location. The coffee isnt really that great compared to what can be found in Nashville. The espresso i had was very under extracted. Could be a fluke, Ill give it another chance the next time Im in Franklin.

They dont have any syrups, just chocolate .. my latte taste like a hot chocolate with espresso .. not good. Wouldnt recommend coming here!! Oh & I paid $12 for 2 SMALL lattes not worth it, 12 ounces lol ridiculous !!

The coffee here is always a true treat. The staff is cordial and friendly, and the atmosphere is lovely. The design and seating gives the type of atmosphere most chains can only ever pine for.

The coffee is OK. And there are no large sized coffee cups here. My large was $3.20 for a cup the size of a small Starbucks coffee. I drove 15 minutes to get some good coffee before my long trip to Savannah Georgia. I am also disappointed that my coffees status was not light to medium roast but really more of a medium to dark roast coffee.

This is the first coffee place Ive ever been to that described the mouth feel of one of its roast like tomato soup. The coffee shop is a cool space tucked inside a VERY cool space called The Factory of Franklin. Walking in you are greeted by Honests Large Roaster and friendly staff. They offer a few seasonal concoctions as well as all the standards of a premium coffee shop. Last time I was there I tried a coffee lemonade that was bright and refreshing. This place is slightly out of the way for me but the drive down to Franklin is beautiful and the shop so unique that I find it worth it for a nice change of pace.

They always have great coffee. Plus they are located in the factory which is a really cool place to go visit when you want to look at a bunch of shops and stroll around. The waitstaff and barista‘s were very helpful and the coffee was excellent. If you get a chance you should go check the place out.
