Really adorable coffee shop. Tried the Earl grey latte per a friends suggestion and it was awesome. The atmosphere is great and service was good. My husband had the peach kombucha and said it was fantastic. While we didnt order any food, the pastries looked yummy. Will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

One of my favorite coffee shops in Franklin. Good coffee, very awesome staff, overall awesome. The only gripe I have is the size of the sitting area. It seems like the space could have been set up more effectively to allow more room to roam. But on less crowded days, I have spent entire mornings working from there and been glad to do so. Westhaven wouldnt be the same without this shop!

Excellent matcha green tea latte, but only average coffee. My wife drinks coffee, I dont. She said its really hard to find a place as good as Philz (west coast chain). So I suppose that should be factored in. But so far, this place seems about in line with others in the area as far as coffee.

I came here to say that High Brow, hands down, has the best coffee in the United States. I lived in Colombia for an extended period and spent a lot of time on coffee farms, so I feel that I have enough expertise to make that claim.My wife and I come here every Saturday & Sunday morning for our Latte and to walk around the lake. It is a ritual that we look forward to throughout the week. The prices are similar to what youd find in a bigger city (its the same price as my coffee shop in LA), but its better than my coffee shop in LA.If youre looking for great coffee and an establishment worthy of your hard-earned money, youll appreciate the friendly staff, clean dining room, and nice selection of coffee & pastries.

This place is AWESOME! Really like this place. Very nice decor (wood, Edison bulbs, exposed ceiling). I got their Coffee Soda and Ive got to say - Fantastic! - a great mix of bitter and sweet. Will definitely be buying this again :) Their Paninis are also really good. :) I got a Ham and Swiss. Very tasty!

Great drip coffee and amazing lattes. I even had them cater coffee and hot chocolate for our Fall party in October. Really efficient shop and they care. Owners are amazing and a great local family.

The bacon egg and cheese panini on sourdough bread is one of the best Ive had! The bacon was crispy, and bread was cooked to perfection, the egg wasnt the best but it didnt even matter! Giving four stars because I wasnt in love with the expresso.

More of a low brow person hahaha. I wont hold it against them. Great coffee and tea. Very nice people working here, they dont act like therere doing you a favor by taking your order.

High Brow Coffee + Tea has some of the best coffee in town. But it is not just the coffee that will keep you coming back. The vibe inside is great and Devon and his team do a great job of serving their customers. This is a great place to meet up with friends or clients and enjoy one of the best brews around.

The coffee has a distinct flavor that you will either love or hate. The fresh treats are a plus and the environment is very inviting! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It is a nice place to go and visit with a friend or just a nice quiet place to go and get some work done while having a snack and cup of coffee.

Its my favorite coffee shop in the Franklin/Nashville area. Their Bourbon Caramel Latte with Coconut Almond milk is to die for. Its not one of those lattes that covers up the taste with sugar...but brings out a good coffee flavor mixed with something else. Excellent place and I 100% recommend.

Love high brow. Such a cool place to hang out, work or rock in a rocking chair outside. They make the most delicious coffee and tea drinks and take pride in what they do. Lots of vegan options and snacks for kids too. Love this place!!!

Love, love, love their Bourbon Caramel Latte and Spicy Mocha. Not overly sugary or fake tasting. Quality beans. Divine cinnamon rolls. Vegan muffins for people with egg sensitivities. And FRIENDLY staff (unfortunately thats not the case in all Franklin coffee shops).

I love their homemade pop tarts. They pair so well with a latte ☕️ Their seasonal lattes were amazing. I had both the pumpkin spice in November and the peppermint mocha in December. I loved them both. I can’t wait to see what’s new next!

I have mixed feelings. I didn’t find it kid friendly, but it’s not really advertised as kid friendly so that’s okay. However, I can’t help that I have a toddler, and I felt a little unwelcome with him. The woman behind the counter was very nice. The male barista was not friendly at all, but perhaps he was having a bad day, so whatever. The coffee was pretty good, but I agree with another reviewer who said the items are overpriced. I won’t be back. I prefer Starbucks.

Yummy, yummy, yummy! If you are a tea drinker and like it a little sweet and creamy....you have to try a Franklin Fog1. I am HOOKED! And a sweet from The Triple Crown Bakery is a great combination!

They have a bourbon caramel syrup that alone is worth the trip! You definitely pay for it but if youre worried about that, stop going to coffee shops.

Atmosphere, staff, cleanliness were all 10/10.Coffee, was okay. Not bad, but not impressively good either.Pricing and value have room for improvement. But youre kind of paying for the atmosphere of a place like this. Very nice modern vintage feel. Have not yet tried the ice cream.

The coffee was excellent. I ordered a sausage and biscuit, and waited for over 15 minutes and they still have not even started prepairing it yet. There was a pan of freshly baked biscuits sitting there, and they were warming up biscuits that looked like they had never even been cooked not golden anywhere in the microwave? And still they had not gotten to my order yet. Their food prep method seemed very inefficient. I finally told them that I could not wait any longer and had to leave.An update... the owner texted me and issued a refund for the biscuit and offered to make it right. That is a demonstration of great management/leadership and people skills and I really appreciate it. For this reason I edited my review to 4 stars. Thanks Dustin.

My latte was *definitely* better than Starbucks or Biggby (for those familiar with them). The 2 baristas I dealt with were friendly without being pushy friendly. The Super Carrot muffin I had was very good. Nice and heavy with whole grain flour. Maybe a bit overpriced, but worth it to me.

Excellent coffee and other things. Their pour over coffees are very smooth. The people that work there are very nice and knowledgeable. They also sell fresh eggs straight from the owners farm. Never had their gourmet ice cream - but looks good.

Brought some out of towers to get coffee today and the staff was very unfriendly. No hi, welcome, how are you etc.. I’ve been here twice before and it was the same coldness. The coffee drinks are very bland. Also charging extra for caramel syrup you can’t even taste isn’t my kind of place.

I love coming here when Im in town. The baristas are always so kind. The coffee is as awesome as it is beautiful. AND they have rocking chairs on the front porch where I can read peacefully. I will definitely be back.

This cute little coffee shop was such a delight! I walked in and the ladies were super friendly! I was in town for a workshop and stopped to recaffinate and wish they were in my hometown. The atmosphere was great and welcoming. If I am ever in that area again I will stop again!

$7 for a latte? Behave! I’d have expected a chartered plane to bring the beans direct from Columbia for that price. Coffee was a bit hit and miss and staff were not overly friendly. Underwhelming.

Best coffee in the zip code for sure. High Brow knows how to take care of coffee connoisseurs. Dont forget to try Ernie Greers sausage, ham, or bacon biscuits, too. Produced right around the corner in Southall. The ice cream is nothing to sneeze at either.

Really top-notch espresso drinks & delicious pastries. When they have their pumpkin cheesecake muffin, you definitely need to try it! Also, their chai tea is just the right amount of spicy ;-)

I spent the day working here and found the Pour Over coffee to be tasty (Malita Wave) and I had an excellent cinnamon roll. The atmosphere was inviting and the internet was plenty speedy. Great view of the lake, too!

Good coffee and pastries. Gelato is hit or miss, sometimes its really gritty or icy, sometimes its amazing. Fun atmosphere and lots of places to plug in devices if you want to hang out to use the free Wi-Fi.

Great coffee, just unfortunately theres these two lecherous old men that act like they run the place that have always been there when I stop in. You can visibly see the women cringe when those cassanovas put their hands on them. I was late meeting a friend there and one of them tried to sell her a car and invaded her personal space and put his hand on her back. Creepy!
