Toby. Big fans. We were in Franklin, TN this past weekend and wanted to see your new store, Citizen. I have to tell you we were quite disappointed. The music playing was hip hop, but was not edifying. Had many swear words and did not create an Christ honoring atmosphere. The guys working were disinterested in helping us. Kinda of a bad look. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Sorry for the rough feedback, but thought you would want to know.
