Clean,organized store. They didnt have the right size in. But the staff was very helpful and friendly. They were able to order them for me and had them shipped to my house at no extra charge.

One of the best champs I’ve been too! Best customer service & employees. They even let us record a entire dance video in there store when outside the mall wouldn’t let us because of certain mall policies. Still highly thankful for those great workers! 🙏🏽❤️

My boyfriend and I went to the Franklin Champs and we had an amazing experience. Briana(719179) was absolutely perfect! She helped us find everything we needed and sense the size we needed was out of stock, she went out of her way to order them for us and even offered to call another store in the mall to see if they were available there. All while helping other customers in the store! Such an amazing employee. Thank you so much Briana.

One star is one star too many, this is the worst Champs in Tennessee!! I have never been so disrespected and disgusted of customer service in my life over the phone and in person/store...the woman who claimed to be the “manager” Monshell and her ignorant accomplish Markus should be terminated ASAP the misinforming thieving bandits are two of the most unprofessional employees I have ever seen, its a surprise they both even have a job. I will walk barefoot before I ever step foot in the Cool springs Champs again…if I were Chuck who they “claimed” to be the GM I would be embarrassed put them up for review and fire them both…Also I will not stop with this review I will move forward to the Better Business Bureau

Called in to ask whoever was working there if they had pull-up bars. Guy answers no, and before I can ask any follow up questions just hangs up the phone.Not impressive. Wont be shopping here.

The female cashier with short haircut (African American) has the worst customer service ever. Inattentive informative and no acknowledgement what so ever. The guy with glasses was just as bad bald head! Horrible! I’ve huven this champs two times to gain my business but there will NOT be a 3rd.

The employees were so rude. Barely said hi hello or piss off. Short one word answers and wouldn’t even look at me. Ridiculous!
