A great place for a sweet treat! I swing by anytime I need a unique chocolate treat for myself or others.

Everything I have ever gotten at schakolad has been wonderful. Only place I will ever get my grandchildrens birthday cakes. Everyone asks where the cake came from. Good flavor, great decoration. And the chocolate covered strawberries are just delicious.

I would give this place 0 stars if there was an option. I placed a large company order and picked it up a few days ago. After opening a few boxes of chocolates I ordered, I noticed that every single one of them was messed up. I called the store to report the issue and was told that they tried numerous times but just couldnt get the printing right. They failed to tell me this before I picked up my order. I shouldve been asked what I would like to have done as an alternative. To solve the issue, they want me to open up each individual package, contaminating the chocolates DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC. They were not willing to replace them with plain chocolate bars. I am very disappointed in the customer service that I received. As a returning customer (I placed the same exact order last year and it was fulfilled properly), I expected more from Schakolad Chocolate Factory. I will not be returning as a customer.

Huge disappointment,by far the worst chocolate I think I’ve ever eaten in my entire life and I just spent $50 one was for a gift that I’m giving to someone and after eating it I don’t even want to give it to them

Although I could say I was a little disappointed they didnt have some of the flavors I wanted, its actually a positive sign that this place does such a great business that they sold through those popular flavors for Valentines Day. Everything is always expertly made, well tempered chocolates, and a wide variety of flavors.

The sugar free chocolate creations keep me coming back. Yes, just entering the store for the smell alone feels like cheating on your diet, but totally worth it.

Fantastic truffles and specialty items. They did an outstanding job making custom chocolates for my wedding. I remain a loyal customer. The exquisite smell inside the shop is worth a visit!

To say I loved it, may be an understatement!!! We recently worked with the staff there to hold a company event for some of our clients and it was a WONDERFUL experience! They taught us about different coco beans, did a tasting and then made our on molds of chocolate and decorated them! All with a little wine to sip on... It was a great time and the staff was so accommodating and kind. Ask for Marc! Thanks Schakolad for a great evening out!!!

The chocolate is absolutely delicious. I cant remember the last time I had something as amazing as the salted caramel. Beyond that, the staff is amazing. We made our first visit last weekend and my family was treated with so much kindness. We will definitely become regulars!

Excellent tour experience! The staff went out of their way to interact with everyone. Lots of great information and tons of fun! Would definitely recommend the tour and dont forget to buy some chocolate while you are there. It is fantastic as well

I went in on Valentines Day to buy some chocolates, and though there was a bit of a line, I was able to get in and out quite quickly. The service was good, but the chocolates, while not bad, were a little too subtle in flavor for me to give it 5 stars.

Will and his team are great! I had ordered corporate gift boxes with a company logo a few months ago. They were quick and the chocolate turned out super cute and they were delicious! Thank you!

Sample was good as well as the Oops chocolate pretzels. Ordered a customized chess board and it was just slightly more than the regular piece. Looks great and was ready when stated.

Would give it zero if I could. They messed up the birthday reservation, then canceled without telling us. I now have a 10 year old with no party place tomorrow and in complete tears. The OWNER hung up and argued with me instead of admitting their complete failure and making it right. Luckily I work for such a large organization that I can completely spread the word.Lousy customer service and completely HEARTLESS!

Delicious chocolate!!!  Ive been there 4-5 times.  Their chocolate is extremely high quality and consistent in taste.  Dark Chocolate Bark and the Buck Eyes are two of my favorites. If youre looking for outstanding candy for yourself, give as a corporate gift or need a unique place for a birthday party, Schakolad Chocolate Factory is the place.  I got a tour and the place is spotless especially important since they make their chocolate on the premiss. It cant get any more fresh than that.  The staff is courteous and friendly.  Their location is convenient too, a minute off Interstate 65 in Cool Srings. Easy to get to from Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin and Spring Hill.  Well worth the drive if you go to the Cool Springs Mall.  Ill be back and encourage you to give them a try.

Terrible! I got champagne glasse frim them... site says 5 bucks per glass they charged 10 bucks.The design makes it quite tough to use the chocolate. It is chocolate coated inside plastic champagne glasses. There is just no other ay but to scratch it... i didnt want to throw it away after paying 10 bucks for it.

My wife and I did the Schakolad Factory tour last night. It is educational, lots of fun and delicious. The ladies of Shakolad are true chocolatiers, and their love or chocolate comes across and is contagious. The video they showed to start the evening, about the history of chocolate and harvesting of cacao, was fascinating Then we moved on to tasting a range of chocolate from chocolate nibs (unprocessed cacao beans) to white chocolate, and everything in between. Then came the really fun part ... tasting chocolates made in the store and being guided through hand dipping our own chocolates and decorating chocolate bars. The tour was paced just right, and the staff were all friendly, informative and fun. We each came away with a little bag of our own hand crafted chocolate treats. They werent as pretty as those made by the chocolatiers, but they were delicious. Everything in the store was so appealing that we just had to buy some additional little treats for my wifes parents and our two girls while we were there - the pretty kind though, made by real chocolatiers! :)
