This shop is great and I will definitely be back! I work as a lodging coordinator in the area and had a client coming to town with some guests from CA who wanted a southern experience. I purchased a few of the Tennessee treat boxes for room drops and they were all very impressed. I was able to easily place the order online and pick up in store. I will say the store was not at all what I expected - in a good way! I was expecting a touristy gift shop but no, Made in TN is beautifully curated with a large selection of art, food, apparel, jewelry, and more! I will definitely be back!

My wife bought a necklace from Made in TNs shop at The Factory several years ago and LOVED this necklace. The pendant recently came off (likely ripped off by the therapy dog we are training) at a store and we couldnt find it. I called Made in TN and the gentleman I spoke to told me they no longer carried it, but pointed me toward the two likely vendors who made it, low and behold, I found the one who makes it and was able to order a new one! Love this place! I visit the area often from out-of-state and we picked up some soap from here for my husband while visiting one time. This is a cool little shop with a lot of unique items. I have bought an Old Fashion drink mixer, some bbq sauce and rub, soap, and a few other items. I think the prices are pretty reasonable. I will most likely shop here again when i am in the area.

I go only once a year to get gifts for the top executives at my company. I only spend about $150 to $200, but I feel like no one ever offers to help me and when I have asked questions, they usually dont know the answer or make me feel like I am bothering them with the question. I like the products but I have really not had good customer service.

This store has an excellent selection. However the sales clerk was useless. There might as well had not been any one there.I asked for assistance finding something and she said go look over there. She did not move one muscle off her seat to try to assist her customer. I also told her I would like 20 of the colts candy bars that was right beside where she was sitting. She didnt move a muscle. When I came back with other items she was ringing up my order which was good. I asked her if she got the candy. She said no you can get them out of the basket. Subsequently I left without purchasing the $80 worth of candy.I later called to talk to the owner to tell him about my experience.The man who answered the phone said the owner doesnt answer his phone. My last time at this store.
