This location made my experience exceptional! The moment we walked in we were greeted and told that we would be attended to shortly which was less than 2 minutes. Avery made everything go by quick, easy and smoothly from helping me choose the right phone, it’s accesories, and making sure I’d have everything I needed. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and to the best of his knowledge. It made me feel 100% sure and completely happy with my purchase. Thank you so much!

We always use this location because it isnt as busy as some of the other locations. We were helped quickly but then the computers kept freezing and the transaction had to be started over more than once. Weve had good experiences in the past and this was not controllable. Luckily we didnt have anywhere else we needed to be as this took almost 2 hours. Kiersten was friendly and knowledgeable which helped pass the time. We will continue to use this location.

Everything was Great! Dana has awesome customer service skills. The girls answered all our questions and then some. They set us up and out the door with smiles on our face. And the assurance that if I have trouble with anything they will be happy to do whatever they can to help just come back into the store. Thanks Much Girls!!

Went in for new phone - two hours later had new LG phone. WAY TO LONG FOR ONLY ME IN THE STORE. Then phone died. Sent to LG. They sent back with no battery. Tech said nothing they could do. LG sent out new battery- hasnt arrived YET two weeks, stuck with this loaner phone. No compensation for my time and inconvenience . Phone was three weeks old- should be able to swap out immediately. Will not go back.

Worked with Cliff, he is extremely nice and outgoing. Really appreciated how I was spoken to and was treated very nicely. Thank you very much for being a perfect example of what excellent customer service should be!

The staff here was amazing, I came in with a broken water damaged phone that was not backed up on icloud, I was traveling and needed my phone to work before heading home and they were able to dry out the phone and get it working for a super reasonable price! I was extrememly grateful! Definitely check them out before taking your phone to your carrier!
