I have been calling the Franklin Indiana store all day. And have not gotten any one to answer. Good customer service you pick up the phone by the third ring.

DO NOT go to this store! NOT only was I treated rudely.... But we were paying for someone elses phone for months and wasnt remembrance back! They acted like it was a favor to have my sons number changed...so he wasnt sharing a phone line with a complete stranger! I WISH I could give 0 Stars!

Do not use this store, they are not honest. Go to any other metro store. NOT THIS ONE. Tell you one thing one day and its different the next. Asking me to pay half cash and half on a card. I could not put all of it on a card. Very very dishonest

Great location very friendly staff

Came here to get a phone line for my fiances work and there was a sign stating back in 30mins well we waited for over and hour and no one ever came back!! We even called and left messages and not even a call back! Horrible -_-.

Ive had issue after issue after issue at this Franklin Indiana store I have left my phone number for the owner to call me and have called in several times to still not receive a phone call and then today Sunday I leave work early I arrive at the MetroPCS store at 5:54 p.m. and the doors locked and they will not let me in the sign on the door says you close at 6 p.m. very piss poor service

Amazing!! Mallory and Bailey are the coolest ever!! Very fun an helpful. We love our phones and they are great employees!

I think they only have drunks working here. I have yet to be here at 10:00am and the store be open. I wont even begin to tell you how bad the service is. Sad

You need to teach your employee cheyanne to have some respect for customers. She hit on my husband in front of me and then proceeded to use her personal phone to call his so he would have her number. I will be upgrading in a couple weeks and I will be driving up to indy to do so.

The only reason why Im giving a one star is because it doesnt give you the option to give zero. The girl that works in this place is rude and a know it all. She leaves the store and puts a sign on the door saying she will be back in 10 minutes but Im still waiting outside after 40 minutes. Nothing is ever done about her when you complain

I had nothing but trouble with our phone service and when ask for help fixed it tell there nothing wrong with your phone service why sure pay for phone if you cant use but on WiFi and text take to long to send and get Im very unhappy with your phone service

I literally have to sit out on my front porch or use a phone holder in the far window of my house to get signal.
